Climbers know Arco. And this not only because of the many low priced shops which sell climbing equipment, but naturally because of the biggest number of climbing gardens in whole Italy reachable in a few footsteps.
You should only enter climbing gardens with the right equipment. Who climbs need climbing harness, helmet and climbing shoes. Everyone should be familiar with security techniques, otherwise please contact mountain guides.

Besides Arco there are some other climbing-hotspots at Lake Garda. Very rewarding ones are situate in the Valle dei Laghi and in the Valle di Sarca, in Trentino, near Nago and Torbole, in the Valle di Gresta, in the Valle Giudicarie, in the Val di Cavedini, in Mori-Rovereto, in Valle Rendena and some other climbing-garden you can find also at the south side of Lake Garda.
