They are equipped with heating, parking space, partly whirlpool or steam bath, air conditioning and spacious terraces or balconies with panoramic view. Furthermore they offer a gas cooker, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, satellite TV, a big dining table for up to 10 persons and WLAN on request.

Our Cherry Red apartments (2 + 2 beds - 45-60 sq m) are very elegant and bright attic studio apartments, located on the top floor of the building and easily accessible by lift.
They are welcoming and colourful, furnished in a minimalistic style, with a double bedroom and a sofa bed for two people. The bathroom has a multifunctional shower with body jets, the large living room with table has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, with gas hob, large traditional oven, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. The apartment also has a satellite TV with digital decoder, intercom, closet, and a balcony equipped with table and chairs.
Apartments 401 - 402 - 403
The Apple Green apartments (4 beds - 50 sq m) are elegant and refined, and come with two bedrooms – one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds, ideal for those travelling with family or for two couples of friends.
The living room has a kitchen and table, and it is equipped with a complete set of plates and pots, with hob and top-notch appliances. The bathroom with window has a shower, and the apartment also has a satellite TV with digital decoder, intercom, closet, and a balcony equipped with table and chairs.

Our charming Lemon Yellow apartments (4 + 2 people - 55-65-80 sqm) are suitable for those looking for exclusive services, more space and comfort – especially on holiday!
The apartments are large, suitable for up to 6 people, elegantly furnished with stylish finishes. They have an elegant bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a sofa bed for 2 people. They are equipped with a bathroom with a large shower or Teuco whirlpool bathtub and a hammam-style sauna, where you can relax. The living room is very large, with tables sitting up to 10, and the eat-in kitchen is equipped with a complete set of appliances and everything you need, including a dishwasher. Very stylish and spacious, furnished in modern style, the Orange apartment (6 + 2 people - 70 sqm) is located on the third floor of Villa Rosa and can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms - one double and 2 with two single beds, plus a sofa bed for 2 people.
The living room is large and bright, with a comfortable sofa and satellite TV, plus a kitchen with everything you need to cook independently, like at home. In the bathroom you will find a large Teuco shower with body jets, and you can also enjoy a stunning large terrace equipped with tables and chairs, creating the ideal setting for outdoor dining, surrounded by magnificent views.

🔆Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The apartment was visibly dirty from the moment we arrived: "clean" towels were left on top of the bathroom trash can, a decidedly unhygienic choice. The pans were completely ruined and encrusted, and the terrace was dirty, even though the website stated it was a well-kept space to enjoy.
Despite the fact that towels were changed every four days, they were never replaced.
The overall impression was one of careless and neglectful management.
The apartment's soundproofing was a positive point.
