Each of our lovingly styled apartments is spacious and provides a good soundproofing; because of this they are perfect for families. Villa Rosa offers apartments in various sizes and with different equipment. They are equipped with heating, parking space, partly whirlpool or steam bath, air conditioning and spacious terraces or balconies with panoramic view. Furthermore they offer a gas cooker, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, satellite TV, a big dining table for up to 10 persons and WLAN on request.

Our Cherry Red apartments (2 + 2 beds - 45-60 sq m) are very elegant and bright attic studio apartments, located on the top floor of the building and easily accessible by lift. They are welcoming and colourful, furnished in a minimalistic style, with a double bedroom and a sofa bed for two people. The bathroom has a multifunctional shower with body jets, the large living room with table has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, with gas hob, large traditional oven, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. 🔆 Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The apartment was visibly dirty from the moment we arrived: "clean" towels were left on top of the bathroom trash can, a decidedly unhygienic choice. The pans were completely ruined and encrusted, and the terrace was dirty, even though the website stated it was a well-kept space to enjoy. Despite the fact that towels were changed every four days, they were never replaced. The overall impression was one of careless and neglectful management. The apartment's soundproofing was a positive point.
