The rooms are starting to lose their look a bit and the breakfasts and dinners were repetitive, but the rest was ok

The complex itself is quite nice, and the location right on the lake is simply fantastic. We booked a deluxe mobile home. It was okay, but not the nicest. The advantage over the other mobile homes was the second bathroom and toilet. However, the mobile home was very dirty and only rudimentarily cleaned. The windows were completely filthy. The gazebo for the "terrace" was 10 centimeters away from our home, and the self-made stairs were very dilapidated.
With the exception of a few days when the Limone Cup was on, we were almost alone in the huge complex.
The big advantage of the complex was its location near the lake and into Sirmione, which was a lovely walk along the lake.
The staff were all very friendly.
The supermarket doesn't have much. And items we ordered for breakfast in the evening weren't available the next day. That wasn't so good, unfortunately. But there's a C&C supermarket within walking distance, or a large Migros nearby, which also sells all the relevant local products.

The many reviews from students don't give much hope for a good holiday/trip, but apart from the paid Wi-Fi which is only available in certain zones, everything was actually quite okay.

A green and pleasant complex with pools, bars, shop and basic restaurants on site. Very child friendly: the kiddies pool is not just an afterthought, it has slides, a fountain and those buckets that tip water randomly. It is on the lake Garda. The "beach" is a pleasant tree lined strip of grass that borders the lake, with a footpath. The main town is about ten or fifteen minutes walk. You have to pay extra when you arrive for sheets and pillow cases if you don't bring your own but it was very reasonable, a lot less than the tourist tax

Mobile home is okay but could be improved. There are a few cobwebs (small ones), and it smelled musty when we arrived (it should be aired out before guests arrive). The interior amenities are very minimal (1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap, no replacement trash bags).
The exterior is well-maintained, the rest of the campsite is okay. The minigolf area needs some work; it's fun but needs updating.

This review is for August 2025. The location of the resort is excellent, close to shops, the lake, and the center of Sirmione and the old town beyond. Regarding the number of people and the quietness, I must say it wasn't crowded. It was quiet, safe, and exemplary. There's a children's playground and a well-stocked minimarket on the grounds. Entertainment is offered every evening for both younger and older children. The pools are clean. The Maxicaravan Deluxe, the cabins we stayed in, were clean and well-equipped. However, there were some drawbacks. The awning over the terrace leaked, so the rain drenched everything on the terrace and the steps to the cabin. The stairs are poorly installed, and you could easily fall. The lack of a veranda in the Deluxe version is a drawback (the description of the offer listed a veranda as standard). An animal was feeding in the space between the roof and the bedroom at night, effectively waking us from sleep.

I stayed at GARDA VILLAGE from August 27, 2025, for three nights, and I have to say it's not a bad place. Unfortunately, I don't think it's a suitable camping spot for those looking for a bit of fun, as it's more suitable for those who want more tranquility and peace.
On the plus side, the staff is incredibly friendly. I'll never forget the wonderful chat I had with the woman who served us. She's one of the most polite and kind people I've ever met. They even gave us a bottle of wine during check-in. The place is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, with a breathtaking view of the lake. There are three types of pools, one with a hot tub, a children's pool with a simple slide, and another pool that's deeper than the others but still reaches the bottom. The bungalows are neatly arranged, numbered, and each has its own parking space. Each bungalow is furnished to the bare minimum, depending on how many people are staying. There are various play areas, including tennis, volleyball, basketball, minigolf, golf, and small parks. The campsite has a bar and a restaurant with a games room. One of the things I really enjoyed was the evening train ride, which costs €2 per person. There's also evening entertainment where the staff gets you involved in games.
If I have any criticisms, the first is the grocery store inside the campsite itself. It's stocked with the bare essentials, so to avoid disappointment, I left the campsite to shop at a decent supermarket.
Another criticism is the prices in the restaurant. I've never seen a plate of pasta cost €20 or more. That's why we shopped outside, which saved us money. They might be tasty, but they're a pain in the wallet.
Lastly, the double bed is actually two singles. The mattress, which is also two singles, was also a problem, and it didn't take much to collapse.
Anyway, there are many interesting places nearby to visit, such as GARDALAND, NATURA VIVA PARK, MOVIELAND, and SHOPPING CENTERS. For a simple camping holiday, GARDA VILLAGE is very suitable; I would definitely recommend it.

I was hesitant to book, given the numerous negative reviews. We finally booked, and it was a great experience. My family and I had a wonderful week.
The common areas were well-kept, the pools were always clean and large, and the view of the lake was stunning. The kiosk bar near the lake also offers free sun loungers that can be set up right on the lakefront.
We stayed in a prestige Maxicaravan, and it was functional, very beautiful, and well-equipped for six people.
I never use the campsite markets; they're almost always expensive. In any case, there's a Lidl and Eurospin within 6 km, both towards Peschiera and Desenzano. There are also supermarkets closer by. The location is perfect for visiting the surrounding area (10 minutes by car to Peschiera, Desenzano, and the historic center of Sirmione; 45 minutes to Verona).
As for restaurants, it's well known that prices are higher at campsites, but if you want, Sirmione has excellent pizzerias that will bring pizza to your campsite at great prices.
It's a campsite suitable not only for children but also for teenagers; we had three, and they had a blast.
The entertainment wasn't great, with only a few hours, but the kids were definitely polite and helpful.
The pool surveillance was attentive. The reception staff was courteous, as were the security guards at the entrance.

We stayed for a week in mid-August. The resort is well-maintained. There's good entertainment for children in the evenings. The only real downside is the bar/restaurant service: the only bar in the resort can't possibly open at 8:30 in the morning. The market only has the bare minimum, and at extremely high prices. As for the restaurant, I went there on my first night, and it was enough for me; in fact, it was always half-empty. I forgot: the beach is practically non-existent. If you're looking for a campsite with a beach for swimming in the lake, this isn't for you. I recommend going further north, past Garda.

A beautiful park in a lovely location with a lovely pool. The bungalow, unfortunately, could have been cleaned and maintained a bit better. The entertainment for the little ones is fun, but it would be nice if there were more activities for older children/adults as well. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay.

We stayed at this resort for a week and had a great time. The resort is very large with all the amenities, including a bar, pool, restaurant, and laundry facilities. The location is good; you can easily get to any area. The entertainment team is nice, they're young but very polite and courteous. The only flaw is that the apartments aren't very clean, and they should be renovated. The cleaning staff is dirty; I've seen them take 40 minutes to clean an apartment. The apartments aren't very clean, and they should improve their cleanliness and maintenance. The internet doesn't work, and they charge a fee for it, they should offer it for free. The market is expensive, but the bar and restaurant offer dishes that change daily.

Large, well-organized resort with several additional paid services. Each unit has its own parking lot, and other free parking spaces are available nearby. Three pools with numerous loungers and umbrellas, but there's no lane for swimming. Attentive lifeguards are available. The pool bar is well-stocked, though small, and the only place for breakfast in the morning. There's also another bar, pizzeria, and restaurant. A minimarket is open until 9 p.m. There's a games room with billiards and table football, and some entertainment on Sundays in the area between the lakeside bar and restaurant. Access to the lake is available. Our apartment was quite small, clean, but dated. The photos on the website show a bidet in the bathrooms, but instead there was a shower with a 1-meter hose, which was quite inconvenient (I lived abroad for four years and had a bidet installed). The bathroom door had a hole in it, and the bedroom door couldn't be closed without moving the bed, and the handle was broken. The refrigerator defrosted after three days, leaving water on the floor. The door to the apartment had a foreign knob that didn't work, so you could only get in with your keys. The air conditioning was only in the living room/kitchen area. The cell phone connection was poor...at least with Iliad. The common areas were well-maintained and clean. The reception and entrance area were well-organized. Bed linens and towels were provided for an additional fee.

We stayed in a bungalow. They are old and worn, but easy to keep cool on a hot day (aircon doesn't need to run all the time)
There is a problem with hot water for the shower....
Otherwise the place is great with small children, as you live in a closed area with pool, playground, café, small supermarket, restaurant and children's entertainment etc.

We got a bungalow in a divine location overlooking the lake, clean and tidy.
Excellent entertainment and friendliness at the reception.
If I may, the only two negatives: the decidedly expensive marketing and the excessively noisy outdoor air conditioning unit.

Beautiful location, beds were fine, but the maxi mobile home is otherwise cramped and basic. Cutlery and plates for 5 people, along with 5 glasses, are provided. No beer or wine glasses, bowls, etc., so it's handy to bring along a spatula, coasters, and pan lids. Good to know: the coffee is made with a percolator; there's no other machine.
Fortunately, malfunctions are resolved quickly, but discounts are promised for things like boat rentals – you don't receive them. In fact, the boat rental company had a clear opinion on this. The amusement park discounts, however, are.

I was there with two friends, and we stayed in a bungalow. The facilities were okay, and the room was reasonable for the price. We did, however, have trouble flushing our toilet immediately upon arrival, but that was quickly resolved. You had to buy swimming caps to get into the pool, which I found a bit annoying. We only went there once anyway, and otherwise only went to the lake, which was beautiful there. The water wasn't too cold, and you could see everything clearly. There was always an evening program for children starting at 9 p.m., but there was also entertainment for adults. You could sit comfortably at the bar and enjoy nice cocktails in the evening, at a fair price, in my opinion. We had a lot of fun there and would go back.

We returned for the second year with our camper.. 5 days in August.. Small camper area but excellent quality/price.. There are about ten pitches.. gravel and not grass.. but they charge so little that it's perfect for unplugging for a few days without spending a lot.. Reception service as always IMPECCABLE!! The girls are extraordinary!! Excellent services EXCEPT FOR THE ENTERTAINMENT! I'm sorry but if last year we had a lot of fun .. this year was pitiful .. for August 15th nothing special .. they organized the Olympics .. absolute sadness (crappy games) a total flop .. lots of complaints .. very few smiles .. lazy .. I haven't seen a single Hydrobike lesson in 5 days and they have some available .. a proper water gym lesson .. (Last year the lessons were always full!) .. we will definitely be back next year .. we hope for nicer guys and with a desire to do ..

We had half board. I can't recommend it. Breakfast was okay but nothing more. There is one type of roll. One croissant. Always the same sausage and cheese. A bit of fruit. Dinner was the same. 5 different hot dishes. One day 4 of them with fish. (I don't like fish) not much variety. For vegetarians, for example, it was impossible to survive. Staff very friendly. Prices exorbitantly expensive. A can of beer, for example, costs 4 euros in the supermarket. The restaurant where you can eat alla cartoon. Never again. Pizza was really disgusting. Pasta so small that not even our 2-year-old could fill it. Cheeseburger at the pool 15 euros. 8 chicken nuggets 9 euros. At the pool it's the same as everywhere else. 200 loungers occupied and only 5 people there. Evening entertainment was funny and varied but only in Italian or English. We won't be back.

Our holiday was a bit mixed. We enjoyed ourselves, but that was because we were away a lot.
The bungalow I rented was clean, nothing to complain about, but for a €1576 luxury bungalow, you'd expect a bit more. The locks were broken, the doors jammed, and it was very small for 5 people. The stovetop worked only halfway, and the right pans for the stove didn't work. We did get a replacement quickly, but there was no kettle, coffee maker, or anything else, and the cutlery was counted correctly.
The terrace was also only half full. You don't have any privacy if you're using the toilet and the window is open; you can see the neighbors inside.
The noise from other campsites is an added bonus.
The air conditioning worked perfectly in these temperatures. The grounds itself had a well-maintained pool, and that was all.
For this price, I expect more.

Good location and beautiful pool
Friendly staff
But the accommodation...
No sofa, only one small closet to store four people's belongings for the week, no shelf in the bathroom or cupboard to put things on, no appliances except a microwave, very few dishes, barely enough to cook!
Very small accommodation

We were considering rebooking because of all the negative reviews, but thankfully we decided to give it a chance. As a family, we booked an apartment and had pretty much everything we needed. The apartment wasn't dirty, and we can't understand the negative reviews. The bathroom and kitchen equipment could be improved, for example, a small shelf in the bathroom so everything doesn't have to be stored on the sink, or a whisk and bowls for cereal, etc., in the kitchen. However, we quickly remedied this by buying the missing items at a TEDi store for a few euros, so it wasn't a problem.
The beach and pool were clean, and the lifeguards were friendly. Our kids had a lot of fun.
We didn't book any meals, but the food at the pizzeria was good. The small shop also has everything you need.
We slept well, as it was quiet at night.
The animation team put in a lot of effort and brought plenty of variety to our daily routine. Our kids loved it. Two of them even spoke German, so the language barrier wasn't a problem.
The surrounding area is also very beautiful, and everything is easily accessible by car.
We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely come back and highly recommend it .

Beautiful campsite and caravan. We had the maxi caravan for 4 people. Both our children (15) (17) had their own room. Furthermore, the location is beautiful, right on the lake. We were missing some kitchen items, and they were resolved within 10 minutes, fantastic! We also had a problem with the shower drain, which was also resolved as quickly as possible. We also rented bed linen, and after a week, we received a second set, included in the price, which was promptly delivered. The service here is excellent. We do miss some evening entertainment, such as a band or a show.

We had the Maxi Caravan Prestige, and it was fine. We were a little disappointed with the beach; many providers advertise a sandy beach. That's not true—you can only get into the water via a jetty. But a few meters further on, there's a nice beach with a beach bar. The mandatory swimming caps in the pools are also awful—we're not living in the 19th century anymore! All in all, though, it was a nice holiday.

Good holiday village by the lovely lake. Excellent swimming in the lake and pools. Good position for seeing sunsets.
The village is very roomy and relaxed.
The bungalows are a bit dated. The beds were OK. Watch out: there is a box on the wall in the master bedroom where you can hit your head hard if you're over 190cm tall. I did.
It was pretty quiet at night.
There's kids entertainment every night at 21.00. Plus activities for teenagers.
This location is good if you don't want to be in traffic all the time like around Lazise and Peschiera.

Areas for improvement:
At check-in, the woman could have been a bit friendlier: she was busy with three things at once, and we felt like we were being rushed through.
The bungalow is officially booked for 4 people, but we found it far too small for that. Your bunk bed is in the kitchen, making the cottage really cramped. However, it's perfectly fine for 2 people.
If you like a firm pillow, I recommend bringing your own. The pillows are very thin.
The supermarket sells fresh bread in the morning, but it's only a few baguettes. For a 4-star campsite, they have a rather disappointing market.
Positive points:
We booked the standard bungalow for a week. It was perfect for 2 people (for us): the beds were comfortable and the cottage was spacious enough. I was a bit apprehensive because I'd read reviews about dirty cottages, but the one we had was clean and tidy!
The air conditioning is in the kitchen area, but it cooled well enough to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the cottage.
The pool is clean. Some sunbeds are broken, but there's plenty of room to relax. Access to the lake is easy, and you can relax there as well.
We had a great location! You can quickly reach many nice spots by foot, car, or shuttle bus!
In short: we may have been lucky with the cottage (it also seemed like the plumbing had just been replaced): it was clean. It's a bit dated, but you can tell from the photos on the website. The facilities were excellent. For a week at Lake Garda, it's a great place to stay.

The camper pitches are a bit neglected, but overall comfortable, although some basic amenities are lacking, such as wastewater disposal. The restrooms are a bit far away, although very clean. It's best to at least have bicycles to reach the pools (very nice and clean) and all the other amenities, such as the restaurant, small theater, minimarket (a bit shabby, by the way), and the lakefront. In any case, it's suitable for children, with entertainment always available. It's wonderful for those who rent a cabin. Finally, the reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always with a smile.

Village overlooking Lake Garda, located at the entrance to Sirmione.
A so-so house, tiny and barely adequate. We expected better, to be honest.
On the other hand, the 3 pools are lovely, and the entertainment staff are excellent, engaging children and teenagers in various games and activities throughout the day.
Large spaces, 4 tennis courts, and lots of greenery, and the overall organization is excellent.

We stayed at the camper area of this village. The village is well-located, right on the lake, but it's a shame there's no bike path connecting it to Sirmione.
Plenty of amenities and activities for everyone: this is definitely their strong point.
The bathrooms are adequately comfortable, but the dishwashing area could use some work (two sinks in a countertop).
Unfortunately, the camper area is located near the busy road and isn't at all quiet at night.

Fantastic vacation – highly recommended!
We were very happy with our stay! Although check-in officially starts at 5 pm, we were able to access our mobile home at 2 pm – excellent service! There were four adults and two children in the MaxiCaravan Deluxe, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and had a lovely terrace.
The entire complex is very well-maintained and clean, with a great pool area (the swimming cap requirement didn't bother us at all) and superb lake access, ideal for swimming and relaxing.
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The prices on-site didn't seem any higher than in Austria – overall, very fair value for money. We'd also like to give a special mention to the restaurant – the pizzas were absolutely delicious!
Conclusion: A thoroughly enjoyable vacation – we'd love to come back!

I think bad reviews are only written by people who generally only look for the bad and find it pretty quickly in their whining universe.
It was definitely different for us.
The complex, the mobile homes, the pools, the entire ambiance, everything was tip-top. All the staff were extremely accommodating, always nice and friendly.
The complex has everything you need, and the shop is no more expensive than anywhere else. The restaurant is very good . Children's entertainment is provided.
It's a three-minute walk to the lake with all your belongings. By the way: Down there by the lake, the water was clean and clear, something I've rarely seen, and you can stand out for ages .
All in all, we were very satisfied and relaxed, and I highly recommend it.

Nice place, 3 stars because they give the property at 5pm and you have to leave at 10am. 3 stars because the pool's whirlpool wasn't working from May to the end of June and hadn't been fixed yet. There was work being done to resurface the children's play area flooring, which was also unusable and with bulldozers making noise. This is in June, right in the middle of the season. These places need to be inspected and inspected before the start of the season. People pay and the services need to be functional. I hope the criticism is constructive. Best regards.

We had a lovely stay at this campsite.
We booked the Maxicaravan Prestige with 4 adults and 1 crawling baby.
The floor wasn't all that clean, and we even cleaned it ourselves once, especially since we have a crawler.
Otherwise, nothing to complain about. Quiet surroundings, excellent swimming pools (wearing a swimming cap is mandatory), delicious food in the restaurant... all in all, a nice place!
The location was perhaps a bit disappointing, as there wasn't a quick way to a town. You practically needed the car for everything. However, this is certainly not a negative point for hikers, as the nearest town (with some sights) is about a half-hour walk away.

A large resort with a swimming pool and its own access to the lake (closed at night! :( ). The campsite has numerous toilets, showers, a shop, a bar, etc. The cleanliness of the cabins was average, but bearable. We know how cabins go. The air conditioning worked. The downside is that there's only one entrance (secured), so going out to town is a short walk through the entire resort and into the surrounding area (for those who like it). We experienced power outages almost every day. The reception was apologetic, and the electricians worked, but the improvement was average. Parking is for one car right in front of the cabin, with additional cars staying in the main parking lot. Overall, if not for these minor hiccups, it would have been fine.

After all the negative reviews we went with the fear of what we would experience. We went with a group of 12 people in two basic mobile homes. The end of June belongs to the schools that came here, but they behaved perfectly. It is a large campsite with a reception, several types of accommodation, restaurants, bars, a shop with basic necessities, a theatre, entertainers, a nice swimming pool and a lifeguard who requires swimming caps, several laundries, recycling bins. There is security checking the entrance and night peace. The houses are from 2012, so yes, there is wear and tear, but if you notify the reception or the local maintenance directly, you will have it repaired after a while. There is a lot of activities for children and athletes. We were very satisfied.

Contrary to many negative reviews that had initially made us hesitant, we were pleasantly surprised: It was truly wonderful! The accommodation (MaxiCaravan Deluxe) was clean and well-maintained, and all the staff were consistently friendly and helpful.
A frequently criticized point: the kitchen equipment. Our experience: You don't need to buy any pans! Should something from the standard list actually be missing – simply inform reception. It will be delivered directly to your accommodation within an hour. It's that easy – you just have to speak up!
Regarding the swimming cap requirement in the pool: It's clearly stated on the website. So no reason to be indignant. Even the often-criticized lifeguard was extremely friendly during our stay. You reap what you sow… Some guests behaved inappropriately, and you don't want to remain friendly in such situations.
The food in the restaurant was very good (pizza, pasta, salad). We hadn't booked breakfast or half-board, so I can't comment on those. However, I wouldn't expect a German breakfast or whole-wheat bread in Italy.
The lake is right on our doorstep, which is fantastic. Some people are bothered by the stones in the water – but again, it's not a sandy beach or the sea, it's a lake! If you know this beforehand, you can be well prepared – grab your water shoes and off you go!
Bed linens must be rented or brought along; this is also stated on the website and didn't surprise us.
We didn't mind the lack of free Wi-Fi. A nice family evening with conversation and card games is worth much more.
Our only real criticism: The prices in the bar and the mini-market on the premises are quite inflated. BUT: There's a large supermarket just a 10-minute walk away that really has everything. The on-site market is expensive, but at least it's well-stocked.
We see room for improvement in the accommodation: Families with small children shouldn't be placed directly next to noisy groups. Better room allocation would be helpful here. We were lucky and were able to sort this out by talking to our neighbors – but that's not always possible.
Conclusion: We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday, would come back again and would definitely recommend Garda Village!

We recently spent a week there on a school trip, and my colleagues and I were absolutely thrilled! Sure, the mobile homes are a bit dated, but it was fine! We were treated kindly several times, even with over 70 students, which unfortunately isn't always the case when traveling with so many young people. Apparently, the food has improved, because even our usually picky kids enjoyed it. As one student put it, "It's no better and no worse than any other hotel!"
The price for this resort is unbeatable. We paid €498 per person for the entire trip and booked through schulfahrt.de, which I highly recommend.
The location is fantastic! We would definitely go back there again.

The recent negative reviews regarding the food have had an effect. The Garda Village now offers a good breakfast and an even better dinner. There are two or three pasta options, grilled vegetables, a small salad bar, and a variety of meats (e.g., burgers or chicken wings). The resort offers plenty of opportunities for sports, is conveniently located, and the bungalows are adequately equipped, even if some are a bit dated. Overall, we – four school groups – thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the Garda Village.

I came here with my class, and we waited a really long time to check in, 40-60 minutes in the scorching heat. We went into our room and were shocked, it was cramped and dirty. I don't know what they did in these little houses for so long before we moved in. The floor was stained, the sofa was old with bald spots, someone's hair was in the shower, and the refrigerator wouldn't close all the way. We called a worker, showed him the problems, and he cleaned the shower drain and fixed the refrigerator. The mosquito nets were full of spiders and other gnats, and the windows were dirty. The walls were made of cardboard, so you could hear your neighbors perfectly well, you could eavesdrop on their secrets. If you leave a window or door to the street open, expect guests in 5 minutes; a million gnats will fly in and start hanging out on the ceiling. Also, if you shower or go to the bathroom with the light on in the evening, your neighbors will be able to see you perfectly; you could even create a shadow theater for your neighbors . The lake is dirty, there's no beach, and the water is a mixture of mud and huge rocks. It's best not to go there without proper footwear; I punctured my toe while getting out of the water. There's a pool, but you need a swimming cap, which you can buy in the store for €3.50, if I'm not mistaken. One plus is that it's almost deserted and there's plenty of space on the sun loungers, so you can just stretch out and sunbathe. I didn't like the cafeteria; the food isn't very varied and the buns are bland. There are croissants, but they're greasy (whatever). You can make coffee or a drink, but when we were there, the machine only dispensed water and pineapple juice; when you clicked on other drinks, it just poured out water with sediment. The food changed a bit in the evenings; we had pizza once. Regarding the grounds, there's a playground, washers and dryers (?), a bar, a shop, restrooms, and pitches for soccer and other sports. I think that's all, the situation with the number was saved by a pleasant time spent with friends.

Lovely facilities and scenery, good pools. Very close to the beautiful town of Sirmione. The recreation area is poor, and you can't really enjoy the lake; the sun loungers are too far away. You have to pay for bed linens and towels. And bring insect repellent—you're in the middle of the countryside and nature.

The location is fabulous, right on the shores of Lake Garda. It's a campus where you can find everything. The rooms in the container I stayed in are very small. You can't open your suitcase and walk in front of the bed, but considering it's a container, it's not that bad.
The restaurant is large and you don't feel the big flow of people.
The pool has limited hours and is open at inconvenient times. 10-18 is the interval, when it's very hot

We had a positive and memorable experience. The campsite and the cottages were very clean, equipped like home. The food at the restaurant was extraordinarily good, and the restaurant terrace had a wide view of Lake Garda... Wonderful mornings. The children really enjoyed the playground. The staff was very friendly.

Excellent facility, excellent service, perfect for both those staying in the various bungalows and those arriving by camper.
The only flaw is the food, as there's little choice for a buffet.

For all teachers going on a school trip soon: the previous reviews from colleagues couldn't be confirmed, so don't worry!
The entire staff is absolutely wonderful and friendly. We arrived and were able to access our apartments from around noon, but they hadn't been mopped, so there was a lot of sticky residue. After we reported this to reception, a woman came and cleaned them 10 minutes later. The size of our standard apartments was as advertised. Unbeatable for the price! However, the check-in process is chaotic overall, because management seems unable to plan or doesn't hire enough cleaning staff. All the mattresses were fine, with one exception, which had a few stains at the foot. We cleverly solved the problem with a sheet.
The night watchmen were always friendly, even when we were still sitting on the terraces after 11 p.m.
The food was the best I've ever had on a school trip. Every day there was a selection of at least 15 different dishes, so there was something for everyone. On two days of the week, pizzas were freshly baked in a stone oven. The staff was fantastic. After a friendly request, and despite the large number of guests, the restaurant management baked a Nutella cake for our birthday child at a fair price. It was absolutely amazing, as was the daily fresh tiramisu. There was also a wide selection at breakfast, and you could get various types of coffee from the fully automatic machine. The only drawback at dinner was the lack of warming plates to keep the buffet hot. However, empty plates were immediately replaced with fresh, hot food.
There was an entertainment program every day, but our students didn't participate.
It wasn't perfect, as our Italian hosts could have improved their organization, but anyone who doesn't approach it with the typical German complaining mentality will be satisfied. I would advise the previous reviewers not to eat raw meat and instead to have a quick chat with the kitchen staff. You'd be surprised how simple it can sometimes be.

I just had an unforgettable stay at Garda Village and I can't help but comment on the extraordinary culinary experience I had. Both the buffet and the restaurant exceeded my expectations, offering a variety of delicious dishes.
The buffet was a veritable triumph of flavors, with a selection of fresh and beautifully presented dishes. Every day there was something new to try, from local specialties to international options.
At the restaurant, I had the opportunity to enjoy even more refined dishes. The staff was attentive and friendly. Each course was a work of art, both in taste and presentation.
I can't wait to return!!

The room was quite dusty, with many insects and cobwebs. The hotel's concept as a vacation home is interesting, but for tourists staying only one night, it's not worth it. You even have to bring your own towels; bed linens and pillows are charged separately.

Big nice camp, well equipped, clean. Nice pool. Playfields and playgrounds. The beach is clean, but the water is very shallow, even 50 m from the beach, water is still waist-high. Good for children, not for swimmers. Mobile homes with basic equipment, clean. Camp could be more shaded, there are no trees to shade mobilehomes. If you have noisy neighbours, partying until 3am (like we had) you will hear everything.
Dissapointing was the camp gelateria -in mid July it was closed...We had to go to the town to get icecream.
Shop with basic stuff, 5 minutes walk from the camp there is a big supermarket, cheaper than the camp shop.

I stayed at this property in April with my whole family. The resort as a whole is very beautiful and well-maintained in its outdoor areas. Its location near the lake is stunning, and the terrace overlooking the bar is magnificent. There are many amenities and very friendly staff. However, I can't help but point out what many have already mentioned in their reviews: the cleanliness of the accommodation. Upon arrival, our little house was very dirty, with dust everywhere, bugs and ants, cobwebs, and not to mention the sticky kitchen. The outside was also very dirty. I went to reception and discreetly reported the matter. The staff sent someone to clean, but the result was disappointing, especially since upon returning, I found the debris, which had been swept up with a broom, all in a corner near the kitchen. I thought that, since it was a quiet period, the dirty accommodation might be due to the limited staff at the time. In fact, reading other reviews, I've noticed that inadequate cleanliness is a common flaw, and this is unfortunate. Reading the property's responses to negative reviews almost makes it seem like they were written by a robot; they're always the same. So, it's not enough to just tell the reception staff; the property needs to do something to keep the accommodations cleaner, because this resort has a lot of potential. Reading other reviews has significantly changed my overall opinion. I was very disappointed with the on-site restaurant, which was good overall but poor value for money. There's no phone number to make reservations; I had to send an email. The same goes for the bar service, which is very expensive compared to the average.

A really nice place to stay. I stayed here with my school class for four days. The most of things were fine, we had a half board, the food was truly delicious. Every day they had a lot of different food, and it was nice. But the disadvantage I have to mention is the fact that Wi-Fi is not for free like in most of hotels, you have to pay a lot for that, and it is still not possible to use it in your bungalows, only on certain places in the village.
One further disadvantage is that in our shower cabin it wasn't possible to close the door properly, it always had a small hole where the water was flowing during showing, so we had to dry the floor every time. It was annoying, and I think that some other bungalows which we rented for all of my classmates had also the similar problem.
Despite these disadvantages, we had a great time here, the location is pretty nice, the campground is mostly clean and you can do a lot of things, like playing mini-golf, basketball, soccer or swimming in the swimming pool when it's hot.

We went for the first time last summer. The kids had such a great time that we've booked again for next year. The caravans were a bit damaged. The only downside last time was that the beds had very thin mattresses, which meant you'd wake up with back pain during the holiday.
The food in the restaurant was excellent.
The entertainment for the kids was also good.
The park is tidy and well-maintained.
It could use some major maintenance.
See you in summer 2025!

Very nice in general but it's when you look at the small details that you notice the annoying things. A week or less is very nice but being there for a longer period would be too much... one of the things that was annoying was that in the bedroom we were in there were no power outlets so we had to leave it in the living room. But fine in general cool if you look at it with a smile.

My family has mixed feelings.
Some say it's too sprawling and that the houses are poorly arranged to provide privacy but also isolation.
Some say there's too much asphalt, but on the other hand, there's no mud and there are reserved parking spaces for everyone.
Compared to many other campsites, this one holds up well.
I personally recommend it.
P.S.: When we got home, we realized my wife had forgotten her wristwatch in the "house." After calling the campsite, they directed us to a service that sent it back to our home. The service cost a bit, but it was fair. Very serious!

We will come again. The facility is getting old but we didn't find it bothersome. We didn't find anything broken like I read in other reviews. Everything was childproof.
The service gets a point deducted because the restaurant service is not friendly and the food is not the best. The pool bar, on the other hand, is super great. Service and food top. We'll be back just because of the food there. Thanks for my extra Pinsa.
The crockery equipment was sufficient. The bungalow was very clean. We found no mold. The whole facility is clean and tidy. Our children had great fun. We extended one night.

We had a fantastic holiday at Garda Village.
The lake itself is fantastic for swimming, and the kids had a blast at the pool. The only downside is that the music is a bit loud.
We had a deluxe mobile home, which was fine, though the double bed was small and quite a bit of kitchenware was missing.
Tip: bring your own cutting board and knives; the pans were terrible for frying, constantly burning.
The air conditioning worked really well, and it was great that part of the terrace is covered.

We're still here. We arrived on Saturday.
We've been vacationing here every summer for 8 years. With our two children. It's nice and quiet... etc. But now. Please! The lifeguard is completely crazy. He makes a fuss every day. Basically, the guests aren't allowed to do anything at the pool. The kids aren't allowed to play ball. We're not allowed to use the air mattresses or swimming rings either. He whistles nonstop all day long. Man ️ total idiot.
Sorry! It's our vacation. I don't need any stress and 100 rules for swimming.
I think this was our last vacation here. It's a real shame, but I don't want it anymore.
And one more thing... He smokes by the pool almost all day. Of course, he's allowed to. It's legal for them.

I've never been to a resort where you have to pay for sheets and towels separately. No one ever comes to clean the rooms, and they only give you one roll of toilet paper. The only thing they give you is wool blankets. On August 15th? You be the judge!

The resort exudes the charm of a woman of about 40. You know what you're getting, and everything is going according to plan, but the first major renovation is imminent. We stayed at the campsite for the August bank holiday weekend! Very quiet, clean shared bathrooms and showers, and a camper area in good condition with water loading and unloading included in the price! We ate at the restaurant a couple of times; the pizza was excellent and the food was really good at a fair price! The outdoor areas could use a little more maintenance (dark paths and some grass to cut), but otherwise, you're here for a vacation and relaxation is guaranteed! I'll still give it 5 stars, but there's one major flaw! If you go to the pool, you never find a free lounger. The facility should put up signs, or the staff should warn pool users that if they leave, they should bring their own towels and not keep the loungers occupied all day. They should give those who come after you a chance to find a spot! Unfortunately, the people are rude and take advantage of the fact that no one tells them anything! We'll be back!

Great value for money. The campsite is clean, and the bungalow we rented was really nice, with a nice terrace. Nice place to stay with kids. Local programs are interesting. The pool is good. If you come late sun-beds can be already taken.
Just a few minutes walk to the lake where you can enjoy different bathing experience.
Rooms were minimalist, not much sound isolation in between cabins and the kitchen equipment was also too little. But you can survive.

I've been coming here for 25 years, but since it was taken over by a commercial entity, the cottages have been given little to no maintenance, food prices have risen sharply, and the entertainment has been significantly reduced. We had a fantastic holiday! Daily entertainment for the children (crafts, mini disco, a little train that takes them along, etc.) but also for the adults (aqua gym, sports, foam parties, pool parties, etc.).
Entertainment in several languages and very enthusiastic entertainers. The location is ideal, right on Lake Garda with a small beach (grass and pebbles). We had a deluxe mobile home and it was very clean. The air conditioning worked well. The shower drained less, but otherwise nothing to complain about. There's a very large, partially covered terrace. You can park your car next to the caravan. Tip: bring a coffee maker; there isn't one, nor is there a sharp knife. A clothesline is handy for hanging things. There are 3 swimming pools, one with only one slide. Open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. It's best to put down a towel in the morning if you want a spot on the chairs. The pool bar offers food and drinks. We would definitely return. It's within walking distance of Sirmione town (about 50 minutes). And you can quickly reach Desenzano, Lazise, Gardaland,…

Overall, I actually thought it was a good 10-day stay.
Activities every day, except the travel day, Saturday. Good atmosphere among the guests, and no charge for sunbeds and parasols by the pool. The 3 pools in the holiday village are really good!
The cleaning in the mobile homes when we arrived is not really something to put a finger on.
There were small things missing, like forks and a coffee machine - we got the forks, but we could have shot a white arrow at the coffee machine.
The children have loved being here, and there has been a children's disco every day at 9 pm.
Small things in the holiday village that could have made it better are that most of the employees radiate "I hate my job" unfortunately... The ice cream parlors in the holiday village have been closed the entire time we have been here.
The holiday village is VERY close to Sirmione, and if you are fresh here in 36 degrees you can easily walk the 4-5 km there.

A small and relatively quiet campsite. We stayed in the mobile home "prestige" and it was really nice. Everything was clean but a bit sparse with the contents in the kitchen. The pool area was also really good, but there was a lifeguard who was very rude and scolded at the slightest thing. For example, the parasol could not be moved 50 cm without him coming running with his whistle and getting angry. At the reception we were always received with kindness.

Vires experience right here and now. The site and the cabins are really lovely, the location of the place is unique . The restaurant is COMPLETELY HOPELESS you have to order the same thing to be able to eat together, if pasta and pizza are ordered at the table, it can take up to an hour before the person who ordered pizza gets their food. We tried for 2 days and agreed that we had been unlucky the first time, we came an hour earlier, there were only 3 tables occupied when we came, but had to give up, my old mother waited for over an hour for her pizza, which we eventually got to take home in a box. I said that we didn't want to pay for it, but if we took it with us we would have to pay, there is only 1 restaurant on the site so I could choose that my old mother should not have food. Really bad style. At all the tables there were children without food and the parents had been given.

The entertainment and management of the campsite were excellent.
The restaurant service was a disaster; waiting an hour for three pizzas and a hamburger seemed excessive.

We returned after an eight-day stay at the campground. We had no experience with other campgrounds and, based on the reviews, were a bit hesitant to go, but there was no need. The campground is small and very nicely located. The attractions for children are interesting and shaded. The bedding and towels are clean – they required an additional fee, but that was clearly stated on the website, so anyone who can read won't be surprised. The cottage is rather spartan, but comfortable, equipped with two air conditioning units, and clean (I always wipe down the surfaces with disinfectant wipes after arriving at a new location, and they were clean afterward). The mattresses are very comfortable. They're sufficient and comfortable as a base for a getaway. The pools are nice. A swimming cap is required, but that's okay, as the kids spent so much time in the water that I was glad they had hats. I never had a problem finding a sunbed at the pools, and the pools aren't overcrowded. The pool bar is friendly, the staff is great, and they're always smiling! The lifeguards are caring and happy. The animators were enthusiastic, smiling, and helpful. The overall service was amazing, always there to help. I had an accident outside the campsite, and they recommended a hospital, helped me with the paperwork for renting crutches, and cared about my well-being. A truly wonderful group of people. I don't know where the negative comments are coming from, but I think it's the perfect place for people who enjoy peace and quiet and are looking for a base.

The RV area is quite neglected—gravel pitches with little shade. All facilities (bathrooms, bar, pool, etc.) are far removed from the camper area.
Wearing a cap is mandatory to enter the pool.
As a campsite, it's a large one with lots of activities, but I don't think it's the best option for campers.

Lake Garda Holiday Resort
I had the pleasure of spending a few days at a Lake Garda holiday resort, and I must admit it was one of the best places I've ever stayed.
The resort is simply beautiful, situated in a picturesque setting offering breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The cottages we had the pleasure of staying in have been completely renovated and furnished in a modern style. Everything is new, and the interior design has been designed with attention to the smallest detail. The cottages are impeccably clean, which certainly contributes to the comfort and pleasure of our stay.
The cottages are equipped with all the necessary amenities, making us feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals, and the spacious bathrooms offer a high standard of comfort. An additional advantage is the terrace, from which you can admire the beautiful lake views.
The resort's service deserves special praise. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to meet all of our guests' expectations. Every question or request we had was immediately addressed with a smile and professionalism.
In short, this Lake Garda resort is the perfect place to relax. The beautiful surroundings, high-standard accommodations, and excellent service make it a place you'll want to return to year after year. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable vacation spot.

A good facility, but you should bring a lot of things yourself, like more dishes. The rooms were clean, but unfortunately the bathroom could have been cleaned better. The staff is very friendly. I can't recommend the restaurant; getting frozen lasagna served to you isn't exactly great. The location is good.

As soon as we arrived, the house was ready, but we had to wait 20 minutes for a €165 house, which was full of dead bugs all over the place. The house wasn't too far from the sea or the pool.

Garda Village (Sirmione)
A village with all the amenities, functional and comfortable bungalows and mobile homes, swimming pools, a restaurant, a bar...
We were assigned a Deluxe mobile home with a lake view...
Excellent dinner at the Bellavista restaurant and lunch at the pool bar. Super friendly staff.
We only stayed two days, but I would have stayed at least a month.
The only "negative" points were the linens and the paid Wi-Fi.

The accommodation was clean, small but well-organized, and equipped with every necessary comfort.

A solid campsite on the outskirts of Sirmione. We had a bungalow with two rooms. The facilities were okay, but everything was a bit dated and not 100% clean. However, everything was fine for a few nights and sleeping. We brought our own bed linens and towels.
The pool area, including the pool bar, is great; a bit pricey, but the service is friendly and the pizza is delicious.
The complex itself is well-maintained and clean. There's a small playground, two soccer fields, and tennis courts.
The restaurant isn't great, but it's okay. I can't rate the bar, as we only got ice cream there once.
Lake Garda is right on the doorstep, with a great view and a place to swim. It's about a 25-minute walk to Sirmione. There are plenty of shops, including a small market at the campsite itself.
Overall, a lovely stay, and I can't wait to come back.

When we arrived at the bungalow, we were particularly impressed by the view of the lake. Unfortunately, the bungalow was incredibly small. Supposedly for four people, but the children's bed was a fold-up bunk bed. It looked life-threatening, completely wobbly, and there was no safety rail at the top. So, every night, we put the bottom mattress in front of the bed, and then we couldn't get through. The bungalow smelled absolutely musty, as moisture seeps up the walls. With lots of airing and air fresheners, we were able to get it somewhat under control. The kitchen was completely inadequate. No kettle, no coffee maker, no oven, no toaster, exactly four plates, cups, glasses, knives, etc., just one bowl, no bowls. Cooking was an adventure because the two pots in the kitchen wouldn't fit on the two stovetops. There weren't even spatulas or salad servers.
On the positive side, the location is worth mentioning; the pools were opened during the week, and the staff at the pool bar were super friendly. The restaurant is delicious. The small shop has more than you'd expect, and freshly baked rolls every morning. The entertainment team is super friendly, and the mini golf course is okay. It's a nice course in itself, and the grass is regularly mowed. I wouldn't say the holiday itself was ruined, but the price-performance ratio could definitely be improved.

So, I admit I have mixed feelings about this place, which blows hot and cold.
It's a beautiful place with a lovely aquatic area, well located, but you can tell everything is done on the cheap.
I won't mention the phone network and Wi-Fi; others have already done that.
First of all, kudos to the pool and entertainment staff who work non-stop, every day from morning to night.
So much so that one of them fainted.
Not like the maintenance staff, who were supposed to be absent during my stay!
Trash on the lawn that stayed there for my entire week!
Branches and leaves everywhere that have been there for a while, dirty air conditioning units near the pools (see photos).
On the other hand, the mobile homes look spotless! Speaking of the bilos, I constructively think they need an upgrade because there are plenty of cracks, dirty paint, and shower doors with missing seals.
The double beds are actually two beds, and not very comfortable either.
Another problem is the soundproofing, which is a real disaster. I know everything about my neighbor and his phone vibrates every time!
As for the evening shows, despite the team's superhuman physical efforts, they're on par with a school fair or end-of-year show!
And I'm talking about the after-party mini-disco!
I wonder who can approve these shows?
Otherwise, the location (1127) in relation to the lake is excellent, and paddleboarding at sunset is magnificent.
While keeping your paddleboard inflated for the next day.
Beautiful place, but could be greatly improved.
I'd be happy to come back and see the improvements.

3 stars for the service. Complaints were responded to promptly, and our children enjoyed the childcare. It was available from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the playground. At 8:45 p.m., there was a "children's dance" in the theater area.
The pool area was open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Swimming caps were required. The water was still slightly cloudy shortly after 9 a.m., so I went there to swim. We spent 14 days in a mobile home in the area to the left of the gate. The amenities were a bit poor, in our opinion. If you know in advance, you can bring any missing items. The mobile home had two children's rooms, each with two single beds, and one bedroom with a double bed. The maximum capacity was 6 people. Each person received one set of each item of crockery. Unfortunately, there was NO kettle. There was a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a
TV (we didn't use it), a ceramic hob with an extractor (the light bulb was broken, but it was quickly replaced), a sink, and air conditioning. The mobile home had a canopy with a table and 6 chairs.
What bothered me most was the mold in the bathroom, which was partially removed after we complained to reception. See pictures. I was bothered by the smell in the mobile home; I don't know if it was from the mold or the plastic. We kept the windows with fly screens open overnight, and the air was fine.
The toilet wasn't particularly clean when we arrived! Our neighbors arrived with various cleaning products.
Our mobile home was older and worn. It cost €1,000 per week.
The lawn around our mobile home wasn't mowed during our stay.
I was disappointed with the campsite.
3.9 stars on Google when we booked.

We booked a mobile home at Garda Village. The amenities are okay, but the space takes some getting used to for larger people. (But then, you're booking a mobile home.)
The complex itself is super family-friendly, and the village's own outdoor pool is super clean and suitable for all ages.
The Restaurant:
We tried eating there, but the servers walked past the table and there was no response when we asked. We didn't try any further.
(20% of the tables were occupied)
It really felt like the season was over.
Supermarket:
Great if you need something really quickly, but the prices are a bit steep, even for a holiday resort.
Swimming in Lake Garda:
Well, you should definitely bring water shoes (in my opinion). The few access points to the lake are very rocky and slippery.
But overall, a lovely place to spend a holiday...
And finally, a big shout-out to the Italian military and their "Frecce Tricolori" air squadron! Great performances right above the lake...

Overall, we spent 10 relaxing days there. Upon arrival, the caretaker had to replace the shower hose and a light bulb. Otherwise, our apartment was okay.
The complex was acceptable so far.
The many minor issues are probably due to a lack of staff️
It's a shame the owner of the complex doesn't care about that...
Restaurant Well, I can only agree with the others. If we come back again, we would book without meals.
In the apartment, at least we could have breakfast outside (it wasn't allowed there), had porcelain cups, and no bread, which is already very dry... there was no variety at all during the 10 days.
As regular guests, we could choose from the entire menu in the restaurant and we would all be able to eat together.
Only once did we manage to get all three courses from the menu and eat together. Otherwise, at least one person was already finished before the others' food arrived, let alone actually having all three courses.
Pizza was almost always good. But 10 days of pizza? Who can or wants that?
We're usually campers, but this time we wanted to treat ourselves.
That's enough. I can't change it now. I just wish the friendly staff some relaxation so they can continue to do their jobs on beautiful Lake Garda for a long time to come.
And I wish all the other vacationers a wonderful time.

We were there in May. The mobile home looked nice, but... there were tons of ants. Everywhere. Even inside. We ended up dealing with the problem ourselves using chemicals. The chairs on the veranda are very uncomfortable. And if we had known beforehand that there were hordes of youth groups there, we wouldn't have come. We have absolutely nothing against children. But this was unacceptable. Hundreds of rowdy teenagers screaming and running around the mobile homes until late at night, etc. There was constant trouble with them at the pool. The counselors, entertainers, and lifeguards were completely overwhelmed. On top of that, there was the mandatory swimming cap. Absolutely impossible. These days, you can swim in almost any pool on Lake Garda without a cap. This resort is only suitable for school groups and youth groups. Families and couples will be less happy here. The resort itself is nice, except for the broken public toilets. Some of them can't even be locked, or there's no toilet paper.
The pizza in the restaurant was okay. The service was a disaster. The waiter didn't even understand Italian. He speaks very poor English and got almost everything wrong or didn't bring it at all.
The buffet food was cold and unappetizing. We didn't take anything.
The ice cream was good.
The pool bar was great. But we definitely won't be coming back. Not a 4-star place. They need to do a lot to achieve that.

The Garda Village is a great campsite. The entertainment is top-notch. The staff (except for the restaurant) are very friendly.
The pool is very nice. The beach is very nice.
We had an apartment, which was absolutely adequate.
Now for the only negative point.
We had half board plus (breakfast and dinner plus half a liter of water per person; and a quarter liter of wine per person).
On the first day, no one explained to us what was included in half board plus; we sometimes had to wait 45 minutes for drinks; and an hour and a half for food...
All but one of the staff was very unfriendly; however, the food tasted very good.
We would go back to the Garda Village in a heartbeat; however, due to the poor service in the restaurant, we probably won't come back (or book without meals).
It's a shame, because otherwise it's really nice.

After our booking, the negative reviews piled up, so we arrived with a queasy feeling, but we were pleasantly surprised.
We booked a Maxi Caravan Deluxe. It completely met our expectations. No. 22 is a bit more secluded than other mobile homes.
Parking is right in front. We were also informed that bed linen and towels were not included. This is not uncommon at Italian campsites.
The beach is spacious, well shaded by trees and has a lawn (common for this side of Lake Garda).
The pool area is large. We often saw free loungers. Swimming caps are mandatory (also not uncommon). You can buy swimming caps at the supermarket on the campsite.
We can't comment on the entertainment. Every evening, a little train ran through the complex—if you like it.
Food and Drink: The restaurant and bar have a fantastic view of Lake Garda, and the food was okay. Just a 9-minute walk along Lake Garda is a bar with the best view, and the food there was also okay.
Unfortunately, Wi-Fi is not included, but can be booked separately.
The quiet nights were observed.
We recommend bringing a kettle. A microwave with a grill function is available.
It's remarkable and definitely worth mentioning: After the severe storm, there's hardly any damage left; most of it has been repaired – at least provisionally. Only the many damaged cars in the area remain as a reminder.

One Week in a Comfort Bungalow
Positive: The location, beautiful panorama over the lake, especially at dinner. Very nice service. Private parking spaces in front of the house are also positive. The small bungalows are actually quite cute with terraces. BUT
Negative: Unfortunately, there's still trash in front of the door, old, uncomfortable beds, the shower could easily be cleaned from the outside – it was very dirty, no window in the bathroom. The water from the sink, shower, etc. tastes and smells of chlorine. Only one roll of toilet paper, only one small trash bag, no paper towels or dish soap. The fact that the air conditioning and TV are only in the "living room" is also a shame for a couple visiting. A small oven would have been nice if you didn't want to eat there. The food at the resort isn't that good; it's better to eat elsewhere. The cutlery in the bungalow is very old and quite disgusting, so it's better to bring your own. Beach shoes are absolutely necessary because of the rocky beach! It's also a shame that Wi-Fi is chargeable and that swimming caps are mandatory in the pool (yes, because of the chlorine, but I don't know of any other place where it's mandatory for that reason).
I was here on a school trip back then, and the four of us actually had a bungalow just like this, only with a window in the bathroom and air conditioning in the bedroom, which is how it should be! It's a shame we were disappointed this time.

We stayed from September 28th to 4th in an X6 maxi caravan.
This is our fourth time here.
Previous years: 2002, 2003, and 2008.
I remember in previous years there was a final draw for a discount on a holiday with them the following year. This is no longer the case.
They gave us the caravan near the football/basketball fields.
Let's just say that the appearance and maintenance of the place, in my opinion, could use a revamp and a modernization (you have to turn a blind eye every now and then, even though overall it's not bad).
The cleanliness of the village is good, although not excellent. You can still find paper on the floor, cigarette butts, glasses, and other things if you look closely.
The caravan was cleaned superficially. If you move the beds or cabinets, you can see it. I found some pasta in the kitchen cabinet, a label behind the cot, and a medicine sachet among the folded blankets in the closet.
As soon as we arrived on Monday, there was a heavy downpour, and the electricity and the signal went out. TV
I went to reception personally to report the problem, giving the caravan number. After more than two hours, she still hadn't returned. My father went to follow up, but no one knew I'd reported it because the girl hadn't written it down. She then returned and the signal was restored the next day. The problem was encountered on Sunday, September 3rd. It wasn't raining, the signal went out again and never came back, and the water was very low for a while.
Linen and towel kits are paid separately if you need them, and payment is only possible in cash, not by debit card. Towels are €5.00 for the kit (1 bath towel and 1 face towel), sheets are €9.00 for the double set, and €6.50 for the single set.
Wi-Fi is not free, but you have to pay for 1 hour (€2.50), otherwise 5 hours (€5), or 24 hours (€15), free only for campers. The little train that tours the village costs €2 per person. Coffee at the pool bar costs €1.40, which is outrageously expensive. Not to mention the ice cream, a simple Algida croissant costs €3.
Pool bar open from 9:00 am
We tried the round pizza for dinner, which wasn't bad, and a capricciosa (€9.50), and a margherita (€7).
Personal opinion: "The prices are exaggerated, considering you're in a village where you're already paying for practically everything: food, accommodation, final cleaning, and some services."
0.90 cents per night for the tourist tax, which is not included for children 14 and older.
There are many amenities in the village, from soccer fields and basketball courts to a swimming pool (three pools of various sizes, one with a small slide; swimming caps are mandatory). There is an entertainment program, a mini club, and classes.
The The minimarket is almost entirely discount, poorly stocked, and expensive. It's better to go out and do your shopping at the larger supermarkets.
The entertainers are good and engaging with the kids. In the evenings from 9:00 PM to 9:30 PM, there's a baby dance at the amphitheater, followed by entertainment for the parents (I didn't like it for the adults, but I did like it for the kids).
Anyway, it's a nice, quiet resort. I repeat, the cleanliness isn't perfect, but it's still very good.
Ideal if you also want to go to Gardaland, visit nearby cities, or even relax by the pool.
There are some cute and sweet rabbits roaming around the Maxi Caravan area.

We stayed at this resort for a few days. The amenities were excellent: pools, bar, market, restaurant, great entertainment, and a beautiful location. The bungalow was dirty, with bugs inside and ants outside. The bathroom had no window and the shower only had a curtain. The walls were a bit dirty, and the plaster was a bit chipped. A little more care would be needed when it comes to cleaning out wastebaskets and maintaining flowerbeds and hedges.

Certainly not 4-star. The pools are lovely: 2 large ones and 1 small one for kids. The studio apartment is comfortable, reasonably priced compared to others, fairly clean upon arrival, and a nice location near the pools. There are no mosquito nets or curtains, which is detrimental because to keep mosquitoes and flies out, you have to stay indoors with the air conditioning on. At the same time, the resort doesn't have an excessive number of insects; I believe they've done a good pest control. The restaurant is poor in terms of quality and menu variety, high prices, average food, and poor pizza. The market is terrible, both for its high prices and lack of variety. I haven't tried the bar near the restaurant. The pool bar is good; the staff are friendly and efficient. Prices are still high, in my opinion. The resort is clean. Service is good; the air conditioning broke and they fixed it right away. Overall, it's good, but again, not 4-star. I recommend it for those who aren't demanding and can afford to turn a blind eye when necessary.

Apart from the rooms, the campsite is really okay. The rooms are old and a bit poorly designed, as the crib is under the air conditioning, so we (the parents) slept in the crib. Cleanliness was okay...

Actually, 5 stars for the team!!!!
The shop on the campsite, however, is in dire need of a facelift, and the "staff" in the shop is somewhat strange; the shop's appearance is very run-down.
We got our breakfast outside, which is a shame.
I really enjoyed it here (family with two boys, ages 8 and 10)

Found a 4 day offer, all in all nice pools, good entertainers, the only thing in the bungalow was missing the shower box and with the curtain you would flood everything... a little more cleaning

We had a Prestige Maxi Caravan. The accommodation was clean and tidy. The beds were all comfortable.
The convenience store was tiny and expensive!
The complex could be tidier or cleaner.
They just need to implement a curfew, as some neighbors felt they had to chat on the veranda until 2 a.m. Since the Maxi Caravans are all parked quite close together, you can hear every word.

Affordable apartment complex right on Lake Garda. Don't expect luxury. We use it as a base for exploring the area and visiting other towns. Buy the essentials beforehand if you don't want to eat out all the time. There are plenty of options nearby (Lidl, Penny, Esselunga, etc.).

We had a bungalow, the bathroom was renovated, and everything was clean. It had the feel of a 1960s youth hostel. The reception staff spoke German but were very unfriendly. They also gave us no information from a map. We had half board plus, and they gave us different information every day about what was included. The complex is clean and generally fine, but overall, it's a bit dated and unloved, we thought. The holiday was fine; we won't come again. The bike rental on site was very good. The location for Sirmione was also OK.

Great campsite with plenty for kids to do.
Even the day after the big storm, the entertainment team was ready and waiting!
The first caravan was a bit old, but fine.
After the storm, we were able to move to a new caravan, and it looked fantastic!
A kettle wouldn't have been a bad idea in the caravan.
Everything else was well organized!
The swimming pool was great, and the staff really went out of their way to ensure you had a pleasant stay.
Maybe see you next year!

The park only has houses, apartments, and mobile homes. We'll be renovating in the coming years to maintain its connection with the surrounding parks. If not, I think it will deteriorate.

We've been here a few times now, but this was quite disappointing. The entertainment team was really great, but nothing for the parents anymore. There's simply no band or fun dance evening anymore. During the day at Lake Garda, there's no terrace open, or at least no place to buy drinks. Yes, at the pool 500 meters away. The cleaning crew's golf carts, which speed like idiots between the houses, and the arrogant security guards. The supermarket is completely gone.
The reception is very helpful and friendly, and in our case, they think of solutions. Very good, even.
We won't be choosing Garda Village again anytime soon, but that might be because our children are much older now.

The campsite is all about bungalows, the pool area is excellent, and the location is convenient for both Sirmione and Desenzano. But don't bring a camper or tent. They put you in a corner of the campsite that's really poorly maintained. The electricity doesn't work, and despite our warning, no one came to fix it. The bathroom lighting is non-existent, and the dishwashing area is dirty and full of ants. What a shame!

I stayed there for a week. The campsite itself was very beautiful, and the location was excellent if you want to stroll around Sirmione's center or explore the surrounding areas. The campsite was clean and organized, but the same couldn't be said for the bar near the theater. There was no table service, and the bartender was unskilled in making cocktails (ordered from the menu). One morning I went there for breakfast, and not only didn't even provide a savory breakfast, which could have been a plus, they messed up my order and blamed me for saying one thing for another. On the first night, the bar manager literally humiliated the new employee because he didn't know how to handle the order. Truly disappointing.
The lakefront restaurant and pools, on the other hand, were simply beautiful.
Recommended for families with children.

A campsite for everyone, just steps from the center of Sirmione and a few kilometers from the historic center. It's not a campsite set up for campers. It has only 10 pitches with electricity and 10 meters from the drainage. There are two sinks for dishwashing and 100 meters for showers and toilets. Suitable for families with children. There's a bar, market, and restaurant on site. Two swimming pools with entertainment and aqua aerobics, but not for swimming. Apartments, cottages, and maxi caravans are available. Lots of foreigners. The pitches are close to the road and noisy until late. In short... if you're an unpretentious person, it's all right!

Beautiful campsite in a truly beautiful location. The entertainment is fun and there's so much for the kids! The pools are great, the entertainment, the sweet lady with the little train, etc.
The staff is very friendly, and I love that there's security patrolling in the evenings.
Personally, we think it's a shame that the beautiful park doesn't maintain the gardens and that the bungalows are quite small. We're here now, and I find the shower absolutely disgusting. We have a 6-month-old baby, and if I had known, I could have provided him with a bath. It's too dirty to put him in or let him sit in. I also miss a potato peeler and a kettle. It doesn't seem like a luxury for the price you pay.
Otherwise, everything is perfectly fine :) The park is great!

Overall, the resort is okay, with a great location and infrastructure. The pool staff, however, is a major drawback. There's this old, bald guy who's supposed to be a lifeguard and his little helper, and they're nitpicking about everything. You can't play with a ball in the pool, and absolutely no inflatable toys for children like rings, mattresses, etc. The guy is very specific and forbids everything. It's best to stand at attention, of course, wearing a swimming cap, because you can't get in without one. I've been to many places, but I've never seen anything like this. This is the first time I've been unable to play properly with the kids in the pool. He's been nicknamed "Mussolini" in our group.

It was very nice there. The bungalow was fine. There were a few minor drawbacks in the bathroom: there was only one shelf by the sink, and there was a shelf bracket, but no shelf anymore. The chairs on the terrace are a bit uncomfortable if you want to spend a long time there. But since we were only there in the evenings, it was fine. Our bungalow was very close to the lake, which was really great. Our area was also nice and quiet. All in all, we were very satisfied

In the main room, there was a massive pipe in the wall in which animals lived, just waiting to haunt us in the night. The stove took a long time to heat up, and the microwave was a ticking time bomb. Some refrigerators were also in critical condition. You had to wear a swimming cap at all times in the pool area, and the gates to the lake were locked at 11 p.m. Unfortunately, they don't open again until after sunrise.
To add some praise, however, we should definitely mention the pedal boat rental, where you could spend a wonderful time on Lake Garda at a reasonable price.

We stayed in a mobile home for a week. It was very clean. We loved the air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, great layout, and a great terrace. One negative thing we noticed was the restaurant by the lake. It was very disorganized, and the staff seemed clueless. If you book half-board, you have to get your own food (lukewarm) from the buffet. You also have to pay for that! You have to pay the bill in the restaurant. We won't be going back!!! Otherwise, the complex is very well maintained, and the staff at the pool bar are very friendly and helpful. You can also get delicious snacks there, which is a great alternative to the restaurant by the lake. We recommend having breakfast there. The pool area is also very clean and well-maintained. We will be back. Thanks to the great team at the pool bar for this wonderful holiday. We are already looking forward to our next time.

I was here with a large group in connection with a festival. The area is very spacious, so the distances are quite significant. The food was not good, and the service was far from satisfactory. The place seems very run-down, and it's definitely time for a renovation. The staff members are mostly preoccupied with scolding the guests rather than assisting and providing good service.

Very nice and well-kept resort, but it's a shame the reception staff wasn't at all kind to us. Arriving from Rome, knowing check-in was at 5 PM, we called to ask if they could give us the room for 3 PM since we'd be arriving a little early. They said yes, no problem. When we arrived, we were told to try again at 4 PM because the room wasn't ready. We met the room cleaner, who told us the keys were at reception and the room was ready. We kindly asked if they could give us the room a little earlier, as we had a wedding at 6 PM, and the response was, "You'll have the keys at 5 PM." At 5 PM, another very kind girl told us, "Sure, here are the keys (magically appeared). I understand that we have to respect what is written, but since the room is ready, they could have done us a favor, and especially over the phone, they could have said, "No, the room will be ready at 5 PM," and we would have made different arrangements. Furthermore, the room was delivered at 5 pm, and they told us they'd come and install the TV... a TV that was never installed. It's the wrong person at the wrong time.

We were there for a week over Pentecost. The resort wasn't particularly large, but very well-organized. The staff was very nice, especially the guys at the pool bar.
The ladies at reception were also very nice, although only two of them spoke German. Our accommodation was a maxi-caravan. It was functional but a bit dated. The toilet with the sink is a challenge because it's really very small and you can hardly move around in it. Cleanliness, okay. We definitely had to clean everywhere. The cleaning staff isn't that meticulous. It's important to mention that you should check all the utensils to see if everything is there according to the list. Otherwise, you risk penalties for missing cutlery, etc. If anything is missing, immediately inform reception so it can be entered into the system. And two kitchen utensils and the microwave were missing. However, they couldn't understand me about the microwave ️
The pools are very large, and there are plenty of loungers. The baby pool was relatively cold, so it wasn't that great.
There's a large playground with plenty of room for children to play.
Minigolf courses were also available.
The supermarket was okay, but due to its size, it has potential for improvement, especially when it comes to baked goods for breakfast.
The pool staff were very friendly, but they were more concerned with walking through the footbath upon entering the pool than with ensuring that adults didn't play ball in the baby pool.
All in all, it was okay, but some areas could be improved.

The beds were a disaster. The wires from the springs were already coming through. This happened in all four beds in the apartment. And that was in the expensive apartments. Not in the thinly soundproofed mobile homes, which also desperately need updating. Simple food at the beach. It's bearable at the pool... Don't forget your swimming cap or pay €2. But here, too, the snacks are out of the drawer. This has nothing to do with Italy. But the coffee is very good.

Response to your answer.
That has been clarified, yes, but the quality of the food is still very poor. If, for example, you order a schnitzel with mushrooms and get a schnitzel, or rather, minute steaks with a light sauce without any side dishes, that's truly sad. Or pasta with salmon, where the pasta is served half-raw, or the ordered food is forgotten and not served. The accommodation, etc., is all fine, but the quality of the food is simply not good, and that's very sad in Italy.

The hotel is okay.
Dinner isn't recommended. If you're halfway between Passion and Bay, you're expecting something!
You still have to pay for drinks, and the food isn't what you ordered! You get a separate menu with 5-6 dishes on it, and you have to choose something. The service is slow, even though it's not very busy! The staff barely speaks German or English, making it very difficult to order.

RV area used during the Christmas holidays.
RV area in a remote location in the campground behind the tennis courts. Pitches are reasonably well-maintained, and a sink for washing dishes and water is just a few steps away. Bathrooms and showers are quite far away, but clean and tidy.
During this period, the campground is only open to campers, so there's a decidedly depressing atmosphere.

We stayed two nights in this village, which is in a good location for those like us who were there to go to Gardaland. I must say that overall we found it very nice and equipped with everything we needed: a bar, a swimming pool, a restaurant, a minimarket, and children's games. The mini apartment we stayed in was clean but lacked a bit of maintenance (a few burned out light bulbs here and there, etc.). Overall, the quality-price ratio is good, unless you take the linen service, which has a decidedly excessive daily cost!

We stayed as their guests for a few days, 10 friends in two deluxe caravans. It's a very large resort with plenty of on-site amenities. Pools, a bar/restaurant, a minimarket, a gym, an entertainment area, a children's playground, and a first aid station. Parking was easy. Each unit, whether cottage or bungalow, has its own assigned parking space, all very close by. The reception staff were very friendly and were available for everything, even making quick changes to the original reservation. We'll be back, especially since it's just a few kilometers from the various tourist destinations, obviously those related to the lake, but also full of small wineries producing typical wines, which we visited on the tasting tour. A lovely surprise.

Very nice holiday complex.... Small bungalows are small but enough for two people... The mobile homes are more spacious, very suitable for families... Clean, roomy, with everything you need... Some of the pots and pans in the kitchen are poorly equipped... Designed for gas, but there's an electric stove... Everything burns.... 3 pools are clean, but swimming caps are compulsory... Pool bar is good... You can get the essentials in the shop, but it's OK... Restaurant is good, there's something for everyone... Very spacious... We often had buses full of schoolchildren... Overall, recommended... The entire site is fenced in, with a guarded gate, even at night... I'll definitely be back..

We stayed at Garda Village for 7 days at the beginning of September. This was definitely my 15th stay there. This was the first time we booked a Maxicaravan, otherwise we've always stayed in a bungalow.
The booking via email and phone was absolutely seamless in both German and English, and every query was answered in a friendly manner. Anna-Lisa deserves special praise here.
We were able to move into our accommodation, a Maxicaravan Prestige, well before the official check-in. That was more than good after the trip...
Both caravans had cleaning issues, but this problem was resolved immediately! Again, the communication was extremely friendly and courteous.
We had the Maxicaravan for 6 people and occupied it with 2 adults and 2 children. The second one was occupied by only 2 adults. The space was ideal. We particularly liked the fact that there were two toilets. Only the shower was a bit too small for me.
The beds, although a bit small, were comfortable and clean. The mattresses were absolutely white and clean.
We especially liked that the air conditioning was in the living room. This meant that
all rooms could be served.
Bring your own bed linens and towels or rent them.
The kitchen is adequately equipped; if you plan on cooking a lot, you should bring some basic equipment from home. A microwave and a large freezer are available.
It was a bit annoying that the garbage containers were emptied on Sunday mornings between 7 and 8 a.m.
It often happened that someone else was parked in our parking space, but that's probably because the parking license plates were no longer legible on the ground.
Regarding the complex itself, everything you need is available:
The minimarket is too expensive and the selection is relatively limited.
The pool bar serves pizzas and snacks, and you can get a great lunch there.
The complex itself is relatively well-maintained; I think it has improved compared to previous years. Here and there, you'll find the occasional cigarette or some paper, but that's partly due to the guests.
I found the pool area to be very clean and tidy; the lifeguard also made sure that everything was done "properly."
The lakeside beach, which was a few minutes' walk away, was poorly maintained.
We cannot recommend the restaurant. After a long wait and after everyone had chosen their dish, we were told the menu was only available today: pizza or a buffet.
The buffet, for €20 per person, was obviously not good value for money for us.
The food selection and presentation were more reminiscent of a company canteen than a restaurant.
The pizzas were okay, but prices were in the upper mid-range.
For these reasons, we only visited the restaurant once.
In summary, this was definitely not our last vacation at this resort. I think it's ideal for families with children. There's a playground, mini golf, etc.

Impressive camping trip it’s top notch views over the lake. The organization is really good and everything is spotless (bathrooms, showers, dish area). It would be ideal if we could rent the adapter for the plugs rather than to buy one, specially for short stays. Price wise it is also very reasonable for the quality.

We spent 15 days on holiday here just after peak season. Check-in was easy and went smoothly, and they spoke good English. Two of us stayed in a 6-person bungalow with a terrace. It was close together, but manageable. The cottage wasn't very clean, but it was passable. It was sparsely furnished for 6 people.
The swimming pool isn't heated, so it's actually too cold in colder weather. There was a lifeguard on duty at all times, and there were plenty of sunbeds. The pool was well-maintained.
The campsite restaurant was fine for one evening, but there are much better and better restaurants nearby (see other reviews).
The campsite bar had a friendly bartender, and they served tasty snacks and cocktails.
There were lots of young people on buses at the campsite, but we didn't experience any problems with them at our bungalow, apart from some occasional noise. I can imagine this might be a problem in less luxurious cottages and caravans.
All in all, we had a great 15 days, and we definitely think it deserves 4 stars.

School trip: The accommodations were fine. Only minor issues arose. The bungalow kitchens have basic amenities. Cooking utensils beyond the "hardware" must be brought along or purchased. However, they are perfectly adequate for such trips. The restaurant, which is on-site and part of the complex, is unfortunately not really recommendable. The breakfast is beyond minimalist and has the feel of a mass-processing operation. You can get a better deal and get something cheaper from the supermarket or even the supermarket next door. Dinner, unfortunately, wasn't much better. The pizzas are okay, but as a payer on-site—without half board—we were verbally promised a better price (for a large group), which ultimately turned out to be the same as the menu, except that dishes that were recommended to us weren't listed, and they then tried to push them on us at completely inflated prices. Furthermore, the bill was much higher than the actual number of people. This was only corrected after discussion. In summary, the complex, including the sports facilities, lake access, etc., is really nice and well-maintained, but booking the restaurant isn't really necessary. Self-catering is the cheaper and better option, especially for groups.

The resort is poorly maintained. The mobile homes were dirty and run-down; we found a lot of hair in the shower, and many things weren't cleaned at all. Everything smelled damp, and by the end, our clothes smelled like the house.
The access to the lake was littered with cigarette butts and trash. The pool looked nice, but the mandatory swimming caps were pointless considering how many hairy men were swimming in it. The lakeside restaurant was okay, but the service was very unfriendly. The bar played such loud music every evening that you couldn't hear anything at the kids' disco. The theater area for the kids' disco was filthy.
The reception staff were friendly.
Sirmione is a dream, but unfortunately, it's still 5 km away.

The mobile home for 6 people was clean and well-equipped. A big plus is the air conditioning and the two bathrooms (one with a shower). Four of us stayed in the 6-person mobile home; it would have been too cramped for us personally.
The complex is very well-maintained and clean. We ate pizza in the restaurant twice, which was delicious. Our highlight was the pool area and the pool bar.
I didn't give it the last star because the houses are very noisy, which means you have virtually no privacy. The chairs on the terrace are really uncomfortable.
It would have been nice to have a proper coffee machine and a toaster.

Quiet, tidy, and clean place, very large with several accommodations to choose from, from Boongalof caravans to maxi caravans, etc. Affordable prices, three swimming pools, a children's playground, a bar and restaurant, and a supermarket with slightly exaggerated prices.
There's an Italmarket 400 meters outside the village with excellent prices.

Check-in: English and German are spoken. We were initially given the wrong wristbands (without half-board), which we only noticed in the evening. There wasn't enough bed linen. We finally received some at 8 p.m.
3-star bungalow: Very clean. A child safety railing was missing on the stairs, as was a board on the terrace (see photo), but this was quickly replaced after we pointed it out. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, but a kitchen knife, for example, was missing. The shower and toilet are fine. The distance between the bungalows is 140 cm, and the bedroom borders the neighbor's terrace. Therefore, you can hear their conversations in the evening. The kitchen sink is only suitable for people under 1.75 m tall. Parking is available in front of the building.
3-star pool: Clean and good water quality. A bit cold at 19 degrees Celsius. Swimming caps are required. Plenty of sun loungers are available.
5-star restaurant: We booked breakfast and dinner as part of our half-board package. Breakfast is a buffet, prepared in advance in the kitchen, which was quite good.
The evening buffet is unfortunately a complete disaster. It ranges from inedible to mediocre at best. The high chairs aren't cleaned.
1 star
Overall: We stayed here for a week with three children during the off-season. It's great for kids, apart from the food. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The on-site supermarket is poorly stocked. Without half-board, it might be worth considering again.

The best pina colada I've ever had, compliments to Alessandro.
The rooms were fairly clean.
The concierges were very polite.
The restaurant staff were very friendly, and the quality/price ratio was very good.
The reception was very professional.
P.S. Don't go to the supermarket, the prices are very high.
5 stars overall.

Garda Village is a well-maintained complex with access to the lake.
The Bilo Bungalow is quite small, but equipped with the essentials. The bunk bed in the living room is not suitable for small children, as it lacks a safety rail. The air conditioning is in the living area and unfortunately does not cool the bedroom. The mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable, and there is only a very small closet for clothes. Cleanliness is acceptable.
The pool area is very nice, and the children's playground is partially shaded and well-maintained.
There are many recycling stations for PET, aluminum, etc.
The location is ideal for exploring the area by bike.

Accommodation: We deliberately booked a more expensive mobile home. This was our first time ever in a mobile home. And we were glad we booked a four-person one with three bedrooms, so we could fit all our luggage and belongings in one bedroom. It was very cramped, but if you like it/it's enough for you... We liked the small bags filled with soap/shampoo provided in the two bathrooms.
Other accommodations: They looked really, really old from the outside.
Roads/sidewalks in the village: need to be renovated. A mirror at the main exit would also be helpful to see if you can exit, as the bushes on the left and right block the view. In some parts of the village, however, it's the same with the annoying hedges; you have to drive out slowly and watch out for pedestrians.
Restaurant: has a great view of the lake. There are actually enough staff, but they seem very bored, and you can sometimes wait over an hour for your food. Patience is also required for reorders (drinks). A gentleman (the boss?) walks around with a walkie-talkie, coordinating seating assignments (I think primarily for the half-board guests who have their own half outside) and also receives complaints on the walkie-talkie. It was very annoying. The lady inside at the cash register also comes across as a bit bored and likes to smoke a cigarette (in front of the paying guests).
Supermarket: It feels like a hall, which unfortunately isn't ideally designed in terms of space. Cheap shelves, only slightly stocked. Everything is quite expensive (for the price of 1L of water there, you can get 6 x 1L bottles outside in a regular supermarket). Only the baked goods are cheap, but you have to hurry in the morning to get your desired pastry. At the cash register there, you're sometimes not even spoken to or greeted, and only hear, for example, a simple "five." You can save the "euro"; I was about to ask if they meant five "patate" (potatoes), that's how rude it is.
Reception: They were very friendly and understand several languages. Everything is handled very quickly. You receive a bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome. They also give you a card from a restaurant (Le Magnolie) in Peschiera as a recommendation with a 10% discount, almost as an advertisement. Staff from the mini-market also work in the restaurant (we unfortunately don't recommend eating there, but we don't recommend it).
Beach: The area is open to the public (which means you can also access the restaurant during the day). It smells a bit fishy in places (likely fishy?). In the water, you walk for a while (probably currently) until it gets deeper. There are a lot of reeds floating around, and the water isn't clear. Water shoes are recommended due to the rocks. The SUP rental service on the beach is great and uncomplicated.
Pool: Sunbeds are, of course, reserved – you know how it is, and it's simply rude to arrive at lunchtime/afternoon. The pools are unheated, so it can be a bit cooler after rain. A child cut his finger on the pool floor while diving and had to be treated by the lifeguard (but no one asked where the cut came from). The music at the pool was sometimes turned up a bit too loud. The entertainment at/in the pool was also okay.
Evening show: The children's program is well-organized and always the same. The kids have fun and pick up everything quickly. Unfortunately, there's no show in the adult program afterward. Everything takes far too long to explain, and the execution is far too long-winded, sometimes not funny at all, and the same thing happens every week. The entertainment staff try their best, but the concept is unfortunately the worst we've seen on a vacation.
The holiday village is recommended for a maximum of one week, or plan lots of excursions!

I stayed at this campsite just to visit Gardaland. On the day of arrival, around 12 noon, we didn't have to wait to check in, but only half an hour to get our accommodations. A beautiful Prestige mobile home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a TV, and a parking space (unfortunately, there's no hairdryer or safe, but just ask at reception). In the meantime, we ordered a takeaway lunch from the pool bar, which was very good and reasonably priced, with a reasonable wait time. In the afternoon, we went to the pool (luckily, we found an umbrella and three lounge chairs), the water was a bit chilly, the hot tub was always full, and we had a very enjoyable hydrobike lesson. The lake view was beautiful, but there was no access pier. There was a theater, pizzeria, restaurant, and a minimarket that was expensive and limited.
The unpleasant surprise came when making the beds (dirt under the nets, cobwebs everywhere, and mosquitoes squashed on the walls, even on a mattress cover (disposable), both in the double room and in one of the smaller bedrooms). Two cabinets needed fixing because the hinges were broken, a light bulb burned out, and one with a dangling cord. I hope it was just bad luck, and for this reason I don't feel like giving more stars, but I will definitely recommend it.

This campsite is very clean. The restaurant has good food. Unfortunately, we were there in September and there was little entertainment. It's a shame.
The pool area is very good. Great for kids.
Unfortunately, some cracked tiles (cuts and injuries) will require some work in the winter.
A huge compliment to the Frecce Trcolori squadron! They put on an excellent air show, a masterpiece.
Otherwise, another lovely stay at Lake Gadar.

Great accommodation for our class trip in September 2022. Relaxed and always friendly staff, information and check-in/check-out were seamless, and the location and facilities were fantastic. Sitting outside in the evening and enjoying Lake Garda is a dream.
The breakfast buffet could be supplemented with Nutella, other jams, muesli, and yogurt, even for classes, or to add some variety to the offerings. Dinner was good and delicious and just right for a 10th-grade class.
Mealtimes were easily arranged. Thanks to the excellent service.

The complex consists primarily of mobile homes and bungalows. There's a restaurant, bar, supermarket, etc. on site. From a playground to a pool, there's plenty to do. There's some gentle entertainment, and in the evenings, a mini disco for the little ones.
Prices in minimarkets, etc., are quite reasonable. Restaurants are also open to non-campers.

Beautiful place, equipped with everything from a restaurant to a mini market. You can choose your accommodation type: one-bedroom, three-bedroom, or maxi caravan. You can rent sheets and towels for a small fee. It features three swimming pools, tennis courts, a soccer field, and many other options for spending time, including children's entertainment. The location, just a few meters from the lake, is priceless. The price per stay is reasonable. On the lake, you can also rent pedal boats, stand-up paddleboards, or go for beautiful walks.

A resort located in charming Sirmione. We stayed in a small brick house for two adults and two children. The house is a basic size, with everything you need (sheets and towels are available at reception and are paid for separately; I brought my own). Everything worked perfectly (hot water, air conditioning, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator). The entertainment staff were discreet and always available, with friendly and very helpful staff. The pools are lovely, with a children's corner and a shallow slide for safekeeping with the little ones. There's a minimarket stocked with essentials, but I didn't have the opportunity to try the restaurant. The beach is within the resort. There are children's games and several washing machines and dryers. We had a great time; it's perfect for a family vacation.

Everything was really great, but I deducted one star for the food.
We booked half board.
The buffet runs out pretty quickly in the morning and evening, and the food is cold. The only advantage is that you can order a pizza for dinner. But you don't have to have pizza every night. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars. Friendly staff, clean facility.

We stayed from August 14th to August 21st on a camper pitch.
The camper area is small but well-equipped with 10-amp electricity, a draining surface with a shatterproof grate.
Nearby bathrooms and a convenient sink in the camper area.
There are three swimming pools, one with a slide, and a tub with hydromassage jets.
The campsite is on the lake with a private beach accessible from the village.
You can rent pedal boats, stand-up paddleboards, and boats, and there are windsurfing lessons.
The village has a lake-view restaurant, a well-stocked bar by the pool, a gym, an ice cream shop, mini golf, and a pub near the arena where there's a kids' dance in the evenings, followed by dancing or cabaret.
The fireworks evening was beautiful, and the foam party was very entertaining.
My 6-year-old son had a great time at the mini club and loved going there.
Friendly and fun entertainment that kept us entertained.
I'm sorry not to give it 5 stars, but unfortunately I can't because the only flaw of the village is the market, a very large space, but completely empty during the week of August 15th.
Recommended value for money.

A great family vacation. We had a deluxe mobile home, which was very spacious. Perfect for two adults and two children. It would be tight for more people. We were able to fit everything in easily, and the children also had a playroom. It had a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a bathroom with a toilet right next to the bedroom. The kitchenette was equipped with basic utensils such as plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, a can opener, and an espresso maker. We loved the large refrigerator with an extra freezer compartment. The terrace was large and offered plenty of space for eating, relaxing, drying clothes, and playing. Parking was right in front of the mobile home.
The location was great; it was a short walk to the beach and the pool. There was plenty of space on the large lawn by the lake, and there were always plenty of loungers with umbrellas by the pool.
Three large pools, a water slide, a water feature, and aqua sports facilities.
A dryer and washing machine were available. There was a large playground, mini golf, archery, a mini market, a restaurant, a bar, and a kids' club.
A big compliment goes to the animation team, who gave their all throughout the day. Especially in the evenings, they delighted young and old with their good humor, dancing, and games. Great activities like a mini disco, color party, scavenger hunt, and foam party.
Overall, we were very satisfied. A holiday filled with sun, water, and fun. Thank you ;).

Our first camping experience was in a mobile home (maxi caravan for 6 people) with daughters aged 15 and 17.
Beautiful swimming pools, a slide in the children's pool only for children under 12. There wasn't much for teenagers to do in the pool, and there wasn't much entertainment for (older) teenagers.
The campsite itself is well-maintained.
The mobile home is definitely in need of updating; especially for the price, they should update it more often. Everything is past its prime. The kitchen was too limited in terms of supplies: only plates, 6 cups, 5 glasses, and cutlery for 6. A worn-out Teflon pan, two pots, and a colander. No wine glasses. No sharp knife or peeler, no coasters for the pots. No kettle or coffee maker (although there is a moka), and there's a microwave, but no pots or containers to use in it.
The electric stove worked fine, as did the air conditioning. Very noisy caravans; you can easily hear the neighbors' conversations. They start watering the plants and emptying the garbage bins as early as 6 a.m. Earplugs are a must if you're a light sleeper.
There were four of us, so we still had two beds available to put our suitcases and belongings on. With six people, this would be far too cramped.
The entertainment is geared towards younger children and also starts very late.
We had a wonderful fireworks display in honor of August 15th.
The beach on the lake is nothing special, just grass and some sand. There are no lounge chairs, perhaps due to the low water level this year? You're better off driving to a beach in Pescheria, for example.
There's a beautiful view in the evening if you sit at the bar, though.
We did rent SUP boards from the surf school by the lake near the campsite. €30 for three SUP boards for an hour. A fun activity.
The campsite shop hasn't been open for 20 years; you're better off going to the nearby supermarkets. The restaurant isn't great, but it's good for pizza, which is tasty.
The pool bar is okay for a quick bite.
Our toilet seat was broken upon arrival, but it was replaced immediately after we reported it. We had a wasp nest on the terrace, which was quickly destroyed after we reported it.
A good base for excursions.
We had a great holiday.

We stayed there for a week with our three children (two teenagers, one 6-year-old) and booked half-board. Our mobile home, as well as the entire complex, were very clean and well-maintained. All the staff, whether at reception, in the restaurant, supermarket, or snack bar, were very polite, accommodating, and above all, child-friendly. The pool area was very nice. Swimming caps are mandatory, but it's no big deal, as it's simply part of the experience. The entertainment staff were great. There was entertainment throughout the day for those who wanted it. The best part was the children's program in the evening. Breakfast could perhaps use a bit more variety. Dinner was good. There was always something for everyone. The little ones always got a free small scoop of ice cream, even for those who didn't have half-board.
For us and our children, it was an all-around successful vacation. We would gladly come back anytime.

Great mobile home with good air conditioning. The kitchen is a bit lacking in amenities. A kettle, larger cups, and extra cutlery would be welcome for a six-person mobile home. The property is right on Lake Garda, and the pools are pleasant and well-maintained.
The evening entertainment was enjoyable, but the market definitely needs rethinking!
Unfortunately, I had to see for myself that it's truly poorly managed. I went in the evening at 6:00 PM, and they only had a few old carrots, a few cucumbers, and a few bags of salad. Very little fruit. When you have children,
it's essential to have certain fresh foods on the property. I understand it was evening, but that doesn't justify it, especially in July. The staff working there could be more attentive to the food they sell, and why not, with a smile!

I stayed at this property for 4 days.
The reception staff was very friendly, especially when I realized I'd booked a bungalow that was too small for my needs and asked for a change.
However, when I changed bungalows, I asked for one with more than two burners (I have a daughter who is celiac, and cooking for four people with two burners was impossible). I was told that the one I'd just been assigned had four burners, but when I entered, I saw that it still only had two burners.
When I called to report a possible error, I was told that all bungalows have two burners, and I noticed a lack of courtesy compared to the initial response.
Also, please note that you can't rush to get a lounger at the pool! Either you have more loungers, or the security needs to be reassessed. The lifeguard shouldn't allow loungers to be occupied if no one is at the pool.

I'm very surprised by the previous negative comments. Are we talking about a campsite? People expect top-of-the-range services for as little as possible... ANYWAY
To talk about our experience with Dad, Milo, 3, and Mattia, 1.5 years old, we stayed at Garda Village for 3 nights. The little cottage is very well designed (1129), a few steps from the lake, with air conditioning, a connecting bedroom, and shutters (a real plus with young children who are still napping). We added extra sheets and towels, which smelled wonderful and were spotless (not necessarily the case at other campsites).
However, there was very little signal and no WiFi access in our cottage.
DESENZANO is a 12-minute bike ride away, so it was perfect for us! Bike rental is available at the campsite.
Possible improvements: Since WiFi is only available at reception, it would be nice to have a few tables or sofas to work with a good connection. The convenience store doesn't have a lot of fresh produce, which is a shame!
A special highlight: the children's entertainment team is amazing!

The takeaway pizza from the restaurant was also delicious and quick

The bungalow is very dilapidated, with cracks in the walls, a tiny shower, and no tableware at all (few plates, cutlery, no peeler, no lids, no bowls (you have to buy some), small pots and pans, etc.). The ceramic hob is very small, meaning you have to cook one after the other, not simultaneously. It's supposed to be a bungalow for 4, and luckily there are only 2 of us. No deckchairs or parasols. Very limited equipment. You have to bring everything with you.
Otherwise, the pools and entertainment staff are friendly, even though there are very few of us at the campsite.
The pizzeria restaurant attached to the Bella Vista campsite is to be avoided. Very disappointed by the pizzas (dry and with few toppings). Honestly, they're much better in France!
You have to pay 15 euros for Wi-Fi for 5 hours. It's ridiculous.
And to top it all off, there's a lot of noise. water running non-stop (as if someone was taking a shower for 24 hours straight) so it's not great for sleeping. I don't know where it comes from. We definitely won't be coming back. Given the fairly expensive price and yet before the school holidays. Zero value for money.

The pools and pool bar are very nice, and we were lucky with our bungalow's secluded location, which made it wonderfully quiet. However, the bungalow's amenities were quite basic (no colander or filter holder, and certainly no coffee maker, though it did have a fairly large refrigerator).
The children's entertainment is quite good (two 2-hour mini-club sessions for 4-12 year olds daily except Saturdays), with a fun mini-disco followed by a show (often geared towards children).
There's lovely access to the lake with a shallow shoreline.
The gym is quite good, even featuring a squat rack, pull-up bars, and a Smith machine.
The bungalow is well-equipped. The service, however, was truly pathetic, as was the lunch menu at the lakeside restaurant and the selection at the supermarket (hardly any fruit, the worst red wine we've ever tasted in Italy). The receptionist was anything but helpful and unhelpful when we, with two small children, practically crawled around on our knees asking for a late check-out several times. With a little goodwill, surely the supposedly flexible and child-friendly Italians could have offered at least a compromise, perhaps until 2 pm. And on our departure day, a Monday, the place was really not busy (meaning not many bungalows to clean, and the cleaning crews would still have had four hours between 2 pm and our stated check-in time of 6 pm), but nothing.
This last point really annoyed us, so despite all the positive aspects, we'll probably go somewhere else next time.

We stayed in an apartment, nice and clean and above all a relaxing place, amazing lake view where you can swim or just walk, inside the Village there are various restaurants and bars where there is very kind staff, there are 3 swimming pools one with shallow water for children and the slide, there is a lot of greenery and a very large play area for children with slides, swings and mini golf and entertainment for children ️

Exceptional location. Small cabins, but easy to fit in. Spectacular pools.
Great experience with the kids.
We'll probably consider returning in the future.
But don't go to the restaurant! I find it irritating when reviews are criticized for the overwhelming crowds. In my experience, a 75-minute wait for the wrong dish when there are only 7 tables occupied (out of at least 70 available) can never be considered acceptable service.
Needs improvement!

We stayed in a Trilo Bungalow over Pentecost weekend, and I have to say I was genuinely surprised by how beautiful it was and how much effort the staff and back office put into making guests happy, especially considering all the reviews I'd heard about them. We were delighted with everything they offered: great entertainment, a clean pool, and friendly staff made our holiday wonderful, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.

A lovely campsite with something for everyone. Yes, it's simple and basic, but absolutely worth the price. Anyone expecting a luxury holiday will be disappointed. It's perfect for families and larger groups.
But as far as I know, it's the only campsite in the area with a stretch of sandy beach, and you can walk quite far into the lake. I could tell you so much more, but that's for next time. Ciao everyone!

I ended up here because my original holiday destination was experiencing huge problems due to overbooking. The first bungalow I was fortunate enough to see was practically uninhabitable... very dirty, with a crooked, wobbly bed, and a stream of brown rust spraying from the shower. The second one was renovated and simply furnished, but clean and functional. The resort is otherwise well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Swimming caps are required in the pool. There are many good places to visit in the surrounding area. Our stay here was quite pleasant and saved our holiday.

Very clean and welcoming... pitches large enough to be comfortable... the only flaw is there is no evening entertainment until July... for those of us who are here now the evenings are a bit boring... but I still recommend it

We vacationed there in a mobile home at Pentecost 2022. Unfortunately, we couldn't move in until late afternoon. It was spotlessly cleaned. The pool area is also very clean, but the swim cap requirement is a bit annoying. The worst part of the vacation was the restaurant. We didn't understand the rules for half-board, and the staff were completely uncoordinated. Food is very important to us on vacation. We booked half-board, and we wouldn't recommend that at this resort. The food from the buffet is cold and not to our liking. The motto here is more: too much quantity, too little quality. I've never eaten so badly in all my vacations.

I highly recommend this bungalow! It's clean and has absolutely everything you need. It's also very quiet, and there's even a supermarket on site.

A very nice, fairly large campsite with two lovely pools and a lakeside restaurant. The market prices are decidedly uncompetitive, and the opening hours are also quite inconvenient (closes at 12:00 for lunch and reopens at 4:00).

Preis - Leistung gut.
Für ein paar entspannte Tage mit Freunden genau das Richtige. Wer Luxus sucht, ist hier allerdings falsch.
