The Eleonora Ex app. Irene, is located on the first floor. It has a private garden where you can enjoy relaxation, a wonderful view of the lake, the swimming pool of the surrounding nature. You can reach the apartment both from the external staircase adjacent to the parking lot, and from the concrete slide, which facilitates the possibility of carrying luggage by car. The garden is equipped with chairs, table and deck chairs. It is accessed from the outside and is independent from the others. The entrance has a corridor that leads on the right to the fully furnished and livable kitchen, with table, chairs, and cooking tools; to the left of the corridor there is the door of the room which is spacious and with the bathroom inside. The apartment is very bright, the kitchen window very large, as well as the bedroom window.

The Elisabetta Suite consists of 2 bedrooms and a single bathroom. It is suitable for families with children. The master bedroom is equipped with an antique iron bed from the early 1900s, has a private balcony that has a breathtaking view of the lake and the surroundings. It is very spacious, but with basic furnishings, with a very small corridor leading to the left to the bathroom, and in front of the children's room which is not very bright, but very welcoming.

The Martina room is located on the first floor. It is the most requested room, because it is independent, bright, with a private garden that reveals a truly unique view of our lake and nature. From the garden you can see the swimming pool and it is a very relaxing sight. It has an independent bathroom with shower and is spacious.

The Teresa room is located on the ground floor. The entrance is independent from all the others, it has a solid wood door. The exterior is located under a porch which is furnished with table and chairs, for guests who, in the warm season, can enjoy the breathtaking view of our lake and the environment that surrounds our farmhouse. The entrance is convenient to the car park and the swimming pool. The Teresa room as well as the Emma room is also suitable for the disabled, as is the bathroom. Particular color in the room is purple and beige.
The Emma room is located on the ground floor. It is the room with the entrance in front of the Noemi room.
It is large and suitable for the stay of 3 adults, or even 2 adults and 2 children. The bathroom is inside the room, also large, spacious and with a stepless shower. The room is also suitable for the disabled, as is the bathroom. The main color that stands out is orange.
The Noemi room is different from the others; it is located on the ground floor, near the main entrance, convenient to the porch, which is furnished to be able to admire the view of the lake, the garden and the surrounding nature. The furniture in the room is in antique style, with a hand-made wrought iron bed and a wardrobe, formerly a pantry. The bathroom has a bathtub. This room is recommended for those who want privacy and confidentiality or is the most suitable for those who want to travel alone.

🔆A little paradise on Lake Garda!
The agriturismo is in a charming location amidst olive trees with a view of the lake. Since there aren't many rooms, it's pleasantly quiet. Our room was comfortably furnished, the bed was very comfortable, and everything we needed was provided (coffee machine with capsules, kettle, refrigerator, cups and glasses, towels, air conditioning). You can hear the road, but it's not bothersome; it's very quiet at night, and we slept with the window open. The beach, the nearest supermarket, and several restaurants are a 10-minute walk away.
The pool is fantastic and was the perfect temperature. The owners are very welcoming; Enrica speaks good German, and we felt very much at home. She even brought us extra blankets and a bed for our dog. Her two dogs, Rocco and Molly, are simply adorable; we were always delighted when they visited us on the terrace. Thank you so much for the wonderful time we spent here; we'll definitely be back soon!
