Villa Padovani is nestled among the gentle morainic hills of Piovezzano di Pastrengo – ideally situated between Lake Garda, Valpolicella, and Verona (Lazise is just 7 km away, Verona 18 km). The historic estate was first documented as early as 1652. Passed to the Carminati family in 1672, it even served as General Masséna's headquarters in 1796. Today, the villa holds the highest "5 Leoni" classification from the Istituto Regionale per le Ville Venete and was awarded the Premio Villa Veneta in 2018 in recognition of its exemplary restoration.

With just ten individually designed suites, the house caters exclusively to adults (18 years and over), hosting no more than twenty guests at a time. The rooms charm with historic wooden-beamed ceilings and traditional terracotta floors, whilst offering modern comforts such as air conditioning and private coffee machines. Breakfast is served at a leisurely pace in the garden each morning, and an honesty bar is available to guests at all times.

Beneath the historic orchard (Brolo), a hyperthermal spring gushes forth at 52.9 °C – the hottest ever discovered in the province of Verona (Castellaccio–Zorzin, 2012). With no combustion at all, it heats the outdoor pool (31 °C), the atmospheric indoor pool in the former wine cellar (33 °C) and the hot tub (37 °C); a sauna and a steam room complete the picture. The thermal water of the spring also fills the open-air thermal bath of Le Terme di Remo, which can be reserved exclusively for two, on request (35–37 °C). The estate is open from mid-March to the end of October.
