Residence Homingarda is located in Peschiera del Garda, on the shore of Lake Garda. Here, you will spend unforgettable and exclusive holidays characterised by relaxation and well-being. For our guests, we offer 11 inviting apartments with different sizes, allowing you to feel just like at home. Available as well is a wonderful garden with pool reserved to our guests. Our apartments are the right place for holidays with the whole family or with friends. The building also has two charging stations for electric cars outdoors as well as a third charging station in the garage.
Apartments for all tastes
Homingarda offers 6 different apartment types with high-quality and elegant furnishings each. The three-room apartments have a size from 47 to 65 m², 4 to 5 beds and are lovingly furnished. They offer a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and microwave, two bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, a terrace with chairs and table and a wonderful panoramic view. Even more space is offered in our for-room apartment with 120 m² and 6 beds, with kitchen, living room, terrace with tables and chairs, three double or two-bed rooms, three bathrooms with shower, walk-in closet and storage room. Thanks to comfortable self-check-in and access to the apartments by entering codes, you will spend an entirely autonomous holiday. Small and medium-size dogs are allowed for a small fee. Free WLAN and smart satellite TV are available in each apartment. A washing machine for common use as well as an ironing board on request are offered too.
Sports & fun in the surroundings
Homingarda is the ideal choice for active guests and night owls, offered a large selection of bars and pubs in the environs. We also recommend hikes and bike tours at the lake as well as numerous water sports and sunbathing. A parking lot for your car as well as a bike deposit are available too.

🔆Beautiful apartment on the fourth four, we had an amazing view of the lake. Our terrace had a table for eating outside and sun loungers.
The apartment was extremely clean and modern.
Just minutes walk away from the lake and not far from the town of Pescheria.
Massimo was the perfect host, answering any questions we had and keeping us informed and sending us information before check in.

🔆What can I say? Thank you Massimo for an incredibly great experience. This was a perfect apartment hotel for us. The quality gives us far more luxury than what we paid. Modern, stylish and great quality of all equipment and furniture. Modern good bathrooms and our apartment clean and neat. The 3rd floor was just high enough up that we got a bit of a sea view, but if there is space on the 4th floor I can imagine that they have a perfect view of Lake Garda. Had very good contact with the landlord from the time we booked until we arrived. Everything went smoothly and well. We would definitely recommend this place and if we ever return to the area there is no doubt where we will check if they have space available.

🔆We spent a week here with our 5-month-old son, and it was simply wonderful.
The apartment is super modern, clean, and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathrooms are spotless, and the beds are comfortable. Communication with Massimo was always quick and reliable. Even ordering a baby cot after our initial booking was absolutely no problem; it was at our door 15 minutes later.
The pool area is very clean and beautiful with its many flowers. The water was always pleasantly warm, and we spent many lovely hours there. The location is fantastic. A 15-20 minute walk along Lake Garda takes you to the town and numerous restaurants. Thank you so much, and we will definitely be back!
