Very, very clean and elegant apartments.
Some of the nicest and cleanest apartments I've lived in in Italy. Each apartment has a balcony and a view.
The location is fantastic, next to a small mall with a supermarket, shops, and excellent restaurants. The beach and center are also a 10-minute walk away.
High-security systems are in place, and parking is located in a parking lot below the hotel.
The staff are helpful and friendly. At the entrance to the apartment, there's free fresh fruit and pamphlets introducing you to all the city's tourist attractions.
Riva del Garda is elegant, and the city center and beach are stunning. Living in these apartments has made me fall in love with the place even more.

The apartment consists of two rooms, a hall, a kitchen, and each room has a private bathroom and balcony. The employee, I think her name is Lin, is respectful and well-mannered, and helps you and responds to you immediately. She gave the directions in Arabic. Parking is free and is behind the hotel. The hotel has high security. There is a supermarket and a market near the hotel. Honestly, its location is very excellent and its view is beautiful. I will book from her again if I return to Garda, God willing.

Absolutely fantastic. Modern apartment. Small, modern kitchen. There are also so many thoughtful touches, like free fresh fruit, a water dispenser, etc. My only complaint was that the beds were incredibly hard and it's quite close to the main road. Nevertheless, I'll definitely go back. Oh, and the rooftop pool is great too.

My family and I (four people) stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with a private bathroom and balcony, a comfortable living room with a balcony, and a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary appliances.
We appreciated the thoughtful touch in the lobby, where they provided fresh fruit and brochures about activities available in the city.
There's a small rooftop pool with comfortable loungers and a beautiful view.
The staff was incredibly friendly, and the place was very clean overall. The apartment's location is excellent, close to the city center and within walking distance, and private parking is available.

Everything here is perfect! The location, the rooms, the amenities, the views. The photos are 100% accurate. I've stayed here twice while in Riva del Garda. I recommend the connecting apartments for families with children. Comfortable, modern, and fully equipped. Bicycles are available, underground parking is available, and there are shops and restaurants nearby, and fruit and water are available in the lobby.

We stayed as a couple for a short two-night break in Riva del Garda in March.
The property is in an excellent location, very close to the city center and very close to the Blue Garden shopping center, which offers all amenities. The property also offers all guests free use of comfortable bicycles, allowing them to easily explore the surrounding area while leaving their cars in the garage.
The property is a modern, recently built apartment complex, spacious and equipped with every comfort, including a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a modern, high-quality kitchen equipped with utensils, silverware, an induction stove, a dishwasher, and a microwave.
The furnishings are refined and elegant, like the rest of the property. It features a spacious reception area, an elevator, and, to top it all, a large terrace with a heated pool and loungers.
The welcome was excellent, and the very kind receptionist immediately showed us around, even providing us with a free upgrade to the penthouse!
We highly recommend Aris if you're looking for a relaxing stay in Riva del Garda. We'll be back!

I recently stayed at the Aris apartments and Sky Pool in Lake Garda, Italy, and the experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived until we left.
Check-in was quick and smooth, a real piece of cake. The apartments are very spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need – just bring your food, and you’re all set to cook. The beds were incredibly clean, and the terrace was absolutely fantastic, offering a stunning view.
The entire facility is gated, so you don’t have to worry about safety. There's free parking available, and once you park your car, you won’t need it again. They offer free bicycles, which are perfect for getting to the center of town – just a five-minute bike ride away! I also appreciated the fruits and water refills at the reception.
It's a family-owned business, and they ensure everything is perfect throughout your stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Lake Garda.

Wonderful hotel apartments! We very much enjoyed the stay. It was spacious and very clean. It had all the amenities you could possibly need. The balcony is amazing and along the length of the apartment. Parking is available and the employee, Lynn, was very nice and helpful. The lobby has fresh fruits daily, a wonderful gesture from them. The location is excellent. It was a 5-minute walk to the lake and the promenade, in addition to the main street and restaurants around it. There is a simple complex and a supermarket, possible 3 minutes walk. As for the Riva Del Center Qarda is 5 minutes away by car and approximately 20 minutes away by walking

This was our second and certainly won't be our last stay in the apartments.
The complex, including the apartments and Hotel Kristal, truly deserves 5 stars.
We would give the staff, service, and cuisine more stars if possible. Special mention should be made of the management of the apartment complex; they lack nothing, and Jack Tonelli is always approachable and helpful.
Overall, the complex is well-equipped, in a quiet location, yet close to the beach and the old town.

We had an excellent welcome from the owner who, upon our arrival, left us an excellent wine in the fridge and at the reception there is a cold water dispenser that we can take.... We took an apartment for three people, it was very spacious, had air conditioning and a good location. We arrived at their break time and they finished our paperwork. There was an employee named Rashid who did not hold back at all. He came and helped us with our bags and guided us. Parking outside and around the hotel is free, but inside it costs 10 euros per day. There is an employee named Lin, she is very respectful and kind. She comes to us every day and asks if we need anything and brings us everything.

We stayed in 2 apartments in July 2024. We had 2 garden rooms which were absolutely beautiful. We were greeted in reception (so sorry, I can’t remember his name) and Lyn contacted us on WhatsApp for our arrival time and kept in touch during our stay. These new modern apartments are very well equipped, we even had a TV at the foot of our bed. Large bathroom with rainfall shower and bidet, a comfortable lounge area and the garden had view as of the mountains. There is a water cooler which offers room, cold and sparking water - this was a great bonus. We also had bottle of water in the fridge and a bottle of Prosecco. Fresh fruit was available daily in reception. The sky pool has stunning views of the mountains and you are provided with towel for the sunbeds. There are bikes that you can use with locks and we used them every day to go to the nearby shop to buy breakfast and then down to the lake. It’s about a 15min walk to the old town and Torre Aponale in the main piazza along the main road, slightly longer if you take the pedestrian walk along the stunning lake. I really couldn’t fault anything about these apartments, they really are high end and we enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely be back!! 10/10 5️

We stayed in these hotel apartments for 3 nights, and it was one of the best we've ever stayed in. We highly recommend it! The location is close to the lake and in a lively area. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for daily life. It's spacious, the furniture is clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the terrace is large and furnished with sun loungers and a dining table. The terrace extends along the length of the rooms, giving the apartment a sense of spaciousness. ️ We were greeted by Jack and his mother, who were incredibly kind and helpful. They were one of the reasons for our happy holiday.

A great place in every respect. Very clean, both in the apartment, the garden (we stayed on the ground floor), and the common areas, including the terrace by the pool. Bikes are available at all times (enough; we never ran out of bikes, and we used them regularly, as there are countless bike paths in the area with stunning views and you can use them to reach interesting places in the area (e.g., a waterfall with a grotto, the castle in Arco). A very pleasant surprise for us was the constant availability of fruit and still and sparkling water, and the apartment has everything you need in very good condition. And very importantly, the views from all sides (both from the garden and the terrace by the pool) are stunning! The service is also a 5-star, very friendly. Thank you very much and best regards!

Centrally located. 10 minutes to the lake, 20 minutes to Riva. A very good Coop supermarket is 2 minutes away.
Free bicycles are provided during your stay, so you can be in Torbole in 15 minutes.
Plenty of parking is available.
The apartments are very modern and well-equipped. Large, clean rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you needed for a good meal. Oil/vinegar, salt and pepper, as well as coffee and tea, were provided.
The only thing missing was an oven, but you can manage without it just fine.
Great rooftop pool for relaxing or swimming (counter-current system). Plenty of loungers available.
The service is extremely friendly and helpful.
Highly recommended. The price is a bit higher, however, but everything is new.

This summer, our family of four spent a week in one of the three-room apartments. The staff was super friendly, and the location is fantastic: just a few minutes from the beach and shopping, and just a few more minutes from the old town.
The apartment is tastefully furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and at approximately 75 square meters, there's no shortage of space. Parking and free charging for our electric car were included, as were rental bikes.
For a view of the lake, you can use the roof terrace and pool of the associated hotel opposite.
Given the amenities and the size, the price/performance ratio is very good! I can't think of anything negative to say; we'd be happy to come back!

We stayed for 14 days in the apartment complex, which has a total of 22 apartments. The rooms are, as already described, bright, modern, and very tastefully furnished. The underground garage is also very spacious and offers easy parking. Furthermore, each apartment has its own cellar, where, for example, bicycles can be stored, which I found very convenient. Laundry services are available for a small fee of €2. If you don't feel like shopping, you can have breakfast or dinner at the hotel across the street. Shops are within walking distance, though. Bicycles are free to use.
Even though it's centrally located, it's very quiet, and the view of the mountains in Riva is always beautiful.
Overall, everything has been thought of, and both the house and the apartments are in very good condition. In short, you can spend your dream vacation here.
The only downside: Unfortunately, the vacation comes to an end at some point ;).

What an amazing place in a beautiful location with fantastic Service. The apartments are very clean and well equipped. The roof top pool and facilities are great for relaxing and views. You have access to the 4 star Superior Kristal Palace hotel across from the apartments which has a great rooftop cocktail bar with amazing cocktails, service and veiws. You can also have breakfast and Michelin standard meals there. Jack was a fantastic host and was brilliant at helping us organise things to do in the local area and there are town bikes available for use. I can't recommend it enough.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights. We arrived at the property, checked in, and entered our room. We found a truly beautiful, clean apartment with super-modern furnishings. The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. A half-hour after check-in, the reception desk even called us to remind us about the bottle of sparkling wine included in the price. My only advice for those who want to stay longer, or perhaps require daily cleaning, is to ask if the service is included in the price. In our case, it was an additional fee and we weren't aware of it.
Overall, I highly recommend this stay to anyone because it's truly worth it for its excellent quality and very reasonable price.

We had a fantastic holiday at the Aris apartments in Riva del Garda. We had booked a triple room, but when we arrived, we were given a three-room apartment. It had two large bedrooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and two large balconies. Each room had a large TV. It was beautiful and very clean. The fruit bowl was overflowing with fresh fruit, a bottle of red wine, a bottle of bubbly, and a bottle of olive oil made by the family. We also received free bicycles for the whole week for three people, as well as a nice parking space. It was just three minutes from beautiful Lake Garda. We had breakfast at the Kristal Palace hotel across the street, but you can also prepare everything yourself in the apartment if you like, as the beautiful kitchen has thought of everything. So, I can highly recommend the Aris apartment for a fantastic holiday. The Van Leeuwen family from the Netherlands.

The apartment and the entire complex completely exceeded our expectations for our 10-day stay.
As agreed, an underground parking space was reserved for us, which was very convenient.
We had booked a one-bedroom apartment. Upon arrival, however, we were offered an upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment that was apparently still available, which we gladly accepted. This gave our son his own sleeping area.
The reception was very friendly and welcoming. A huge fruit basket, a bottle of wine, a bottle of Prosecco, olive oil, and two bottles of water awaited us in the room. It couldn't have been better.
The apartment had everything we needed. In addition, there were towels for the pool area and bathrobes. German satellite TV was also available in the living room and both bedrooms.
Our apartment had two balconies – we could choose between sun and shade. There was also comfortable seating on the balcony for enjoying meals. The air conditioning worked perfectly!
Overall, everything was very clean and modernly furnished. You immediately feel at home. In addition, there's a laundry room with a washing machine and ironing facilities on the ground floor. Breakfast and dinner are available at the neighboring hotel upon request.
And the icing on the cake is the rooftop terrace with a small pool. It's the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing and enjoy the view.
Speaking of views: If possible, ask for a room on the second or third floor so you can enjoy a lovely view of the city from your balcony, even if it doesn't offer a sea view.
The Riva harbor is a 10-minute walk away. Bicycles are available for free use, and there are numerous restaurants, bars, and shops in the neighborhood.
There's absolutely nothing to criticize. This aparthotel comes highly recommended.

Riva is the ideal starting point for day trips to other worthwhile towns on Lake Garda. However, Riva itself has many attractions that you can see from other towns on Lake Garda. We'll definitely be back

Die Größe und die Ausstattung des Appartements , dass die Endreinigung schon im Preis inkludiert ist, der beheizte Pool.
Verbesserungsvorschlag, ein bisschen mehr Geschirr , dann muss man nicht nach jedem Frühstück die Spülmaschine laufen lassen oder spülen.

Very modern and spaciously furnished apartments in the second row of Lake Garda without a clear view of the lake. The underground parking garage is spacious and easily accessible even for larger vehicles. A good location for access to Riva. Very friendly on-site staff. Breakfast and dinner are available at the neighboring Kristall Palace Hotel. On the roof, there is a spacious sunbathing area with loungers, chairs, and tables, as well as a heated pool. There were no umbrellas available during our visit around Easter.
