A wonderful place just a few minutes' drive from Riva del Garda.
Clean rooms, a large bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and a large cooking hob.
The mountain views are heavenly.
The owner, Cristiano, is very friendly.
The entire property is exceptionally well-maintained and clean.
The swimming pool has very clean water.
The reception desk is connected to a mini bar where you can buy good coffee to drink on site or any cold drink, including alcoholic beverages.
Fresh bread service is available every morning.
Very good value for money.
The property boasts a lot of well-maintained greenery, including palm trees, shrubs, and cypresses.

We spent two weeks here in the first half of July and I can definitely recommend it. It has a large swimming pool, free city bikes, free tennis courts, comfortable apartments, and is very clean. Fantastic! The manager welcomed us like we were friends. He was very helpful, the location was beautiful, away from the chaos, and it offers many amenities (swimming pool, ping pong table, tennis court, free bike rental, and paid rental for higher-end bikes), as well as fully equipped apartments.
There's also a lockable, video-monitored storage room available for each apartment guest to store their bikes.

The apartment wasn't the one we'd chosen, but the owner, given the size of our group, decided to upgrade us to a higher category one at the same price. Everything was very clean, both the apartment and the garden. The tennis court and ping pong table are a plus for those traveling with children. A must: free bicycles available to guests.

We spent a wonderful week in October at Residence Segattini and can only recommend it! The complex and our apartment were in perfect condition. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. We were particularly impressed by the bread delivery and shopping service – super convenient!
The highlight for us was the tennis court right on the complex, which we used every day. Cristiano, the owner, was very friendly and accommodating. We felt completely at home and would love to come back!

A very beautiful complex with holiday apartments.
Use of the pool, tennis court, and bicycles is included in the price. There is an alarm-protected bicycle storage room.
Host Cristiano is always friendly, always available, and always willing to listen to any concerns.
Lake Garda is about 3 km away, but is easily accessible via a bike path.
The complex and the apartments are always clean and in very good condition.
You can pre-order bread rolls and croissants, which are delivered to your room door, except on Sundays.
This accommodation is highly recommended!

A beautiful place, a great base for trips to various places along the Garda River, such as Lago di Tenno, Torbole, Arco, Limone, Malcesine, and Monte Baldo. I also recommend the Modonna della Corona sanctuary hanging on the rocks.
Furthermore, the owners are incredibly friendly and the apartments are excellent with mountain views.

I really enjoyed staying at Christiano's 17 and 18 years ago, and I have to say, it's even better and more beautiful now. Absolutely fantastic value for money. A bike path runs 200 meters from the house, leading directly down to Riva. What more could you want? The apartments in the old house have been beautifully renovated, and everything is very clean and well-maintained.

We‘ve been the second time at the Residence this year and we really enjoyed our stay for the whole week.
The appartements were top and also Christiano is very friendly and helpful, so we had a great time at lake garda although the weather wasn‘t as good as last year.

The only minus was the poor air conditioning in our apartment. It simply couldn't keep up even though it was just normal Italian summer weather - about 29-33 degrees.

I spent a short stay with my daughter at this beautiful residence. We felt at home. Cristiano and his wife were incredibly welcoming and available to answer any questions. The apartments, each different from the other, were well-kept and spotlessly clean. Nothing was missing.
There are bicycles (the bike path to Riva starts behind the house), a swimming pool, and tennis courts available, all included in the price. What can I say... a truly special little place, with attention to every detail.

We stayed in the holiday apartment and we just have to say WOW – it was truly wonderful! The rooms are fantastic, and the beds and shower were top-notch. The kitchen was also very well-equipped; we only missed a few things, like dishcloths or dish soap. Nevertheless, we were very happy with our stay overall. We especially loved being able to use the bicycles free of charge, and we were also thrilled with the swimming pool and tennis court – everything was simply superb! The owner was a wonderful and tolerant man who was very friendly and patient with us, even though we are deaf. We had absolutely no problems and are simply delighted Thank you so much

We (five children aged 4-13 and two adults) felt very comfortable at the Residence Segattini, which is located just outside of the center of Riva in a quiet and easily accessible location.
We had a two-story apartment, which was ideal for our large group. The amenities were excellent, and the price/performance ratio was great.
Very friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere, a lovely garden with everything your heart could desire – a small playground, pool, sauna, and tennis court.

Super apartment, we spent a week in the three-room apartment with terrace and we were very happy. The apartment is large, beautiful and sufficiently equipped. The services of the residence are top: tennis court, table tennis, bicycles that can be used for free, washer/dryer and bread delivery service in the morning and above all the swimming pool, which despite being very cold in April, my son really liked. Cristiano is very friendly and always available for help and advice. The location is excellent for those seeking tranquility but with the bike you can reach the center in a short time, and with the car it is no more than 5 minutes. A few minutes away you will find supermarkets and various shops. The residence provides the Trentino Card free of charge which offers entry to museums and other attractions, free use of public transport services and much more.
Five stars! We will be back for sure! Thanks for everything.

A fantastic place to stay that I highly recommend.
We spent a week at Residence Segattini and would love to come back.
The owner and all the staff are very friendly and helpful, and everything is handled smoothly.
Our apartment was very clean, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. We only cooked once, but pots, pans, other equipment, and a two-burner stove are provided, as well as a coffee maker and espresso pot.
E-bikes (hardtail) can be booked directly through the property for €25. The bikes are delivered in the morning and picked up from the property in the evening.
The pool, like everything else, is very clean.
The concrete tennis court is also perfectly adequate for playing a few rounds. Equipment can be rented.
I could write much more, but just go and see for yourself! ;-)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Daily bread service was great. The surroundings are child-friendly: swimming pool, trampoline, tennis court, table tennis table, playground, and bicycles. The rooms are clean and the kitchen is well-equipped. Cons: only one air conditioner per two-story apartment, and the proximity of a busy street prevents opening the windows. The lake is quite far away (3 km). Alternatively, bikes are available for free on site.

Cristiano is a fantastic host; you can tell he loves his job and wants the best for his guests! We decided to use the vacation voucher at this property in Riva del Garda.
From the moment we booked, Mr. Cristiano Segattini was extremely kind and accommodating. He informed us that the vacation voucher had indeed been accepted without any problem, so we confirmed the reservation.
We booked a three-room apartment and found it EXTREMELY clean, with every corner accessible and untouched...
We also took advantage of the bread and croissant service to have warm bread and fragrant croissants for breakfast, a service Cristiano offers to all his guests.
The property is beautiful, with simple furnishings, not particularly high-tech but more designed to make guests feel at home. There is an LCD TV with Italian, German, and English channels.
The swimming pool is extremely well-kept, although we were unable to use it for obvious reasons. The tennis courts are also maintained daily.
There is ample parking for cars, and the apartments are spacious and comfortable.
Cristiano's smile, his kindness, and that of his staff complete the picture! Definitely a residence where guests are treated not just like guests but more like family! So much so that even my 4-year-old daughter felt at home, calling it "our other little house."
Cristiano was also able to help us fix our broken-down car, making an appointment for us with an auto electrician and helping me get the car started again so we could continue our vacation.
In short, an experience we absolutely must repeat. Thank you so much, Cristiano, for offering us a dream stay!

Christiano ist der perfekte Gastgeber. Danke dafür! Man kann alles bekommen. Wenn man möchte, dass bei Ankunft schon für uns eingekauft wird, wird das erledigt. Man braucht ein Fahrrad? Citybikes stehen in der Anlage kostenlos zur Verfügung. Wenn‘s ein E-Bike sein soll, kein Problem! Christiano hat das für uns geregelt. 15 Minuten später wurden die Räder gebracht. Wir waren Anfang Oktober da und das Wetter war perfekt. Pool in der Anlage war noch geöffnet... zugegeben etwas kalt, aber viele Hotels hatten den Pool im Oktober schon geschlossen.
Der Weg zum See ist etwas länger, aber eine Bushaltestelle nach Riva ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Auch gibt es Restaurants in der Nähe. Man bekommt sehr gute Restaurant-Tipps von Christiano. Also alles in allem... Der perfekte Urlaub!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel from May 12th to May 18th, 2019. I must admit, we were very surprised to find such a clean hotel. The rooms were very clean and lovely. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. As for breakfast, which consisted of regional products from the surrounding area, it was very tasty. It wasn't overly extensive, but there was something for everyone. My wife and I will definitely visit this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone!

Sehr gute Lage.....mit einem Tollen Ausblick auf dem See. Der Pool...und das Ambiente. Wohnung war groß genug, sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bei Problemen war die Vermieterin sofort zur Stelle. Die Ruhe abends war einfach genial. Wenn man wollte brauchte man nur 15 min zum See gehen um an alle Lokale zu kommen.....Einkaufsmöglichkeit war auch in der Nähe vorhanden... Würden gerne wieder kommen.....

Large, well-equipped apartments, a very friendly host, and the complex is lovingly maintained and very clean. For a vacation rental, they offer a wide range of services (e.g., bread delivery service, etc.).
Riva is about a 35-minute walk away via a cycle/footpath.
The Verone Waterfall is almost around the corner.
The recommended restaurants are really good (with lots of locals!).
The hotel's many regular guests speak volumes.

The place was very clean at arrival, the public toilets and bathroom included. There is airconditioning in every room, as it should be. Everything looks the part, the swimming pool is okay, there is enough parking space near the appartment and you can 'rent' bikes for free if you didn't bring a car. It's about 10 mins to the centre by bike and about 25 walking, 2 - 5 mins by car
The main attraction however is the owner Christiano, what a great, wholesome guy. Very helpful and always happy. Makes you feel right at home on the first day.

A truly wonderful holiday resort! The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The resort is maintained and cleaned daily; everything is in wonderful condition.
The pool is cleaned every evening, and everything is prepared for the next day. Thanks to the many options, including a barbecue area, tennis court, children's playground, and large apartments, you can also spend your days exclusively on the resort (if you wish).
Children and dogs are always welcome.
The bicycle storage room is equipped with plenty of tools and a washing area, and is secured with an alarm system.
I highly recommend the resort, and we will definitely go back.
Due to its location, the resort is a great base for all kinds of excursions around Lake Garda.
The kitchen-living rooms have lovely chairs with marble slab seats – they look beautiful, but they're also quite difficult to move; otherwise, everything is perfect.

We actually didn't have particularly high expectations, given the price of €40 per person per night, but our very first glance showed us a wonderful complex with palm trees, a tennis court, and a swimming pool.
Christiano, the owner and good spirit of the Segattini, welcomed us so warmly as if we had been regular guests for years, and we felt incredibly comfortable and well looked after from the very first moment.
In our estimation, the 45 sq m apartment we moved into roughly corresponds to the style of a 4-star superior hotel.
The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen, with its refrigerator and freezer, offers a fantastic way to serve drinks really cold. There's also a coffee machine on board.
A very nice and large bathroom completes the experience, and anyone who thinks it might lack cleanliness is seriously mistaken. Everything sparkles and shines and is charmingly arranged.
Everything is just right here, and that's why, in our opinion, the 5 stars are an absolute MUST.

Well-maintained complex with a pool and tennis court (plus table tennis and playground equipment for the little ones). The apartments are beautiful, and the surroundings are quiet. The service (reception, bar, bread delivery service, bike storage) is particularly noteworthy. I was bothered by the noise from the incredibly heavy chairs (including the stone seats) when they were moved around the dining table in the apartment above, as well as the poorly closing doors. Overall, good value for money.

A very warm welcome upon arrival; even the dog was warmly received. The property is very clean and well-maintained. The owner personally fulfills every request whenever possible, clearly enjoying the hospitality of his guests. Simply wonderful!

Having arrived in Riva at the last minute for a cycling race, we found this splendid, immaculately maintained residence nestled in the tranquility of the outskirts of Riva. Ideal for families and athletes, it features a swimming pool, tennis court, playground, and bikes, all included in the (fair) price. From there, you can reach the town center in just a few minutes, and cycle paths lead to numerous destinations, even Rovereto. And what can we say? The apartments are clean, tidy, and spacious—TOP! We'll be back, and not just for a weekend.

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung entsprach super genau den Bildern und dem gemachten Angebot. Wir können eine Anmietung der Wohnung mehr als empfehlen. Der Service des Inhabers war super. Es gab genügend Ausflugstipps, einen Brötchen-Liefer-Service und eine kostenlose Fahrradvermietung ( inkl. Sitz für die kleinen Kinder, welches nicht selbstverständlich ist ). Selbst das Reisen mit den Kleinsten ist hier kein Problem. Uns wurde problemlos ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt.

The apartment is very nice, as are the grounds and the pool. Unfortunately, there were a few misunderstandings upon arrival, so now five of us have to sleep in an apartment designed for four.
