Our house is the ideal destination for those, who want spend holidays with family or friends, free from constraints and formality. Residence Toblini and our Casa Toblini directly at the Lakeside are also ideal for true lovers of sports and outdoor life!

Comfortable apartments & excellent service

We offer our guests five different types of holiday flats, which are comfortably equipped and take the needs of families, sportsmen or couples into consideration. On request we offer also bed-linen and towels. Time for relaxation you will find in our extensive garden with tables, sun loungers, pool, covered barbecue, shallow pool and children’s playground. From here you have also a direct access to the heated indoor pool. In our Residence Toblini there is also a bar, free Wi-Fi, a monitored bike and surf storeroom, possibilities to wash or repair your bike, a washing machine and a dryer.

Directly at Lake Garda

If you place importance on a unique panorama and direct access to the shore in your holidays, you should choose an apartment in our Casa Toblini. The house is located directly at the wonderful lake shore of Torbole, and offers two categories of apartments for up to 5 persons. They are equipped with every comfort and offer a balcony or a terrace. On the nearby bicycle path you can reach easily the idyllic centre of Torbole. Here you can find restaurants, bars, shops and picturesque places for unforgettable moments at Lake Garda.

🔆 Typical Italian appartment (equipment, size, amenities). For two people the space was sufficient. You can either have a sofa or bed, third bed would be reclined next to it. We appreciated the balcony. Residence is located 150 metres from the lake front. Parking is totally a huge advantage. Although we did not use them, there is an indoor and outdoor pool. Kitchen was humbly equipped (typical Italy). Bed linen and towels are not included (your own or 20 EUR per person)

🔆 Stefano and Claudio made us feel right at home and provided super helpful tips for exploring the area, which we absolutely loved. They truly made all the difference during our stay—I’d give them 10 stars if I could! The location is unbeatable, the pool area is large and relaxing, and the apartment was modern and spacious for our family of four. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Toblini Residence and cannot recommend it enough. Thank you Claudio, Stefano, and the whole team—we hope to see you again soon! P.S. Anyone leaving a 1-star review here either has their own issues or probably shouldn't be traveling abroad!

🔆 We had such a wonderful time here! The Toblini brothers treated us like family, always ready to ask about our day and offer some advice or information as needed. They took very good care of us. Their hospitality is truly unmatched, beyond any place I've ever stayed. If you want to feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for in an authentic way - this is the place for you. Our apartment was perfect in every way. Comfy beds, clean, and a nice little kitchen with everything you need to cook. I prefer to prepare my own meals as I have an allergy and this was very easy to do at Residence Toblini. Best of all, the view from the balcony over the lake was exquisite. Relaxing there in the mornings and evenings was such a treat. The air conditioning was so/so, but we love our AC as Americans and the unit here was better than other places we have stayed in Europe. And we were there during some of the hottest days of the year. The AC, two pools at the residence, and nearby swim beach made the heat manageable for us. It's in a great location, not too close to crowds but close enough to the beach, grocery, restaurants, gelato shops, stores, sailing schools, etc. We rented bikes during our stay and there is a clean and spacious garage for storage of bikes and other gear. We biked all over - Riva, Arco, and every place in between. There are bike paths to every place you want to go and it's generally easier to park a bike than a car in Italy! We passed a lot of cars waiting in traffic. The residence is very close to the bus stop and also walkable to the ferry port. By the end of our stay, we fell in love with Claudio, Stefano, Residence Toblini, Torbole, and Lago di Garda. If I'm ever lucky enough to return to Torbole, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
