My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days in January 2026. The room was modern, with a a comfortable bed, a big tv and a mini bar. We had a room with a scenic view that we enjoyed a lot. The breakfast was nice, from cooked eggs, to fresh fruits and vegetables and fresh bakery. Staff were polite and helpful. I would like to say thank you for the champagne on my wife’s birthday.

Our stay was a wonderful experience. A family trip to Lake Garda made special by the impeccable property: excellent daily cleaning, a varied breakfast with high-quality products, and a super friendly, welcoming, and always available staff. The jacuzzi on the terrace overlooking the lake was the icing on the cake. We highly recommend this stay.

The view, the location, and the service at this hotel cannot be beat! They are incredibly welcoming and at breakfast they had a box of gluten free items for me to pick from. There is no AC on certain dates so that’s hard as an American and we had to sleep with the windows open and our blankets were really thin so I was cold most of the night. Otherwise 5/5 for the cost in the area.

The room and spa were beautiful! I definitely recommend upgrading to a terrace room with lake views. It is so worth it to have the outdoor jacuzzi in your room. My hour reservation in the spa was so relaxing. I loved the different features of the steam room especially. I only regret not staying longer. I will absolutely return.

Friendly from the very first moment
. Unfortunately, on the first day
we were only able to check in at midnight, and they very patiently left us the room keys with all the necessary information. Although the room we chose didn't have a lake view, if you looked out the window you could still see it. The breakfast room had a spectacular view of the lake. On the last day, there was a misunderstanding with a family staying there, but with great professionalism and patience, they managed to resolve it for the best, despite the rude guests shouting and disturbing the quiet of the room.

The hotel's location is wonderful, the reception staff were incredibly friendly, and we loved the breakfast buffet!
The only thing that disappointed us a little was the room; the air conditioning/heating unit came out of a hole that exposed the false ceiling (a terrible finish), and it also made a constant noise all night long despite our attempts to turn it off.

We stayed at the hotel from November 6, 2025, to November 12, 2025. We booked a Comfort room. It was quite large, with two windows. Everything matched the photos. Daily cleaning included a change of towels. The room always smelled pleasant. The bathroom had everything you need, including a bidet. Liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were all from Comfort Zone. I'd especially like to highlight the beauty of breakfast. It was served on the ground floor with panoramic windows. Breakfast was standard, but I especially appreciated the option to make your own freshly squeezed juice. A generous amount of fruit was also offered, not chopped, which was very important.

Beautiful rooms, attentive service, very clean. The highlight is the breakfast/restaurant room with its lake view. Breakfast leaves little to be desired. We didn't try the restaurant. A drawback: On the 4th floor, there was loud noise from the restaurant ventilation, which didn't stop until late.

I only spent one night at this hotel and I'm left wanting more. I regret not staying longer. I will definitely be back next year for a longer stay.
The hotel is worth its stars.
The rooms are spacious and fragrant, as is the bathroom. The toiletries are excellent, and the towels and bedding are top-quality. The mattresses are comfortable. Everything is spotlessly clean.
The staff is friendly, helpful, and very professional.
The food is another strong point of the hotel. The breakfast is exceptional. Five stars isn't enough. And the view while eating deserves another five stars. Mountains and a lake at sunrise. It's magical.

The hotel is excellent in terms of location and comfort. The staff are very respectful. The breakfast is decent. My note is that the parking is a bit far, a 10-minute walk at a reasonable additional cost. My second note is that my reservation was for two people with a child and they gave me a room for two people, but they charged me an amount for the child because the request they received from Booking was different from my request... I will follow up on the matter with Booking.

We were completely satisfied—there's really nothing to complain about! The breakfast, with a stunning view of the lake, was fantastic, varied, and certainly something for every taste. Our room was very clean. We booked directly with the hotel, so the in-room minibar was free, as was the parking. Convenient: you can park in front of the hotel for 15 minutes upon arrival, unload your luggage, and then you're given access to the parking lot, which is about a 10-minute walk away. We would definitely come back!

I had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Di Garda. Part of a cycling group by Race quest, I was made to feel at home straight away. Impressive service and such a friendly atmosphere. The food at breakfast and meal times was superb and the hosts couldn't do more for you, they took a genuine interest in everyone a quality which is really missing these days. I would definitely recommend staying here, whether cycling, skiing or just visiting, it's a superb location and the wellness facilities were excellent and just what was needed after a long day.

August 2025. We returned to the same hotel and also enjoyed the hot tub on the room's panoramic balcony, truly beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. The only drawback was the dinner service. The restaurant serves quality dishes, but they may not be to everyone's taste. I recommend offering a simpler menu for hotel guests.
January 2025. A lovely holiday between New Year's Eve and Epiphany, worth repeating in spring or early summer. Excellent cuisine, kind and friendly staff, and an enchanting view. The spa is also very nice.

We were (unfortunately) only there for a few days, but we were thrilled.
The staff speaks very good German, and otherwise, you can communicate well with basic English.
We had a room with a private whirlpool; the view was gigantic and beautiful.
We were also surprised at first that the parking garage was "so far away," but in the end, it was quite good, as you can also look around on the way back to the hotel.
Perhaps you could include this in your booking, as I didn't read it anywhere.
The rooms were cleaned and tidied every day.
You couldn't hear any street noise at all when you were in the room.
Breakfast was great, lots of choice, and you could get almost everything you wanted right up until the end.
We will definitely come back.

Me and my husband celebrate our every anniversary in Torbole - Lago di Garda. Our must have is hotel Lago di Garda because it is simply the best. The staff is always nice, kind, willing to help and nothing is ever a problem for them. We stayed in several rooms with lake view, without, we were on all the floors and honeytly we couldn’t find a single flaw. Every corner of the hotel was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed. We especially appreciate the comfortable bed, we always sleep like babys.
The overall atmosphere was relaxing, elegant, and cozy — a real home away from home.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking top-tier service, comfort, and quality. We always return — and that says a lot, considering how high my standards are. If you’re looking for a place that truly delivers on every level, this is it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Lago di Garda. The room with its terrace and private whirlpool was a particular highlight, providing plenty of opportunities for relaxation.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and delicious coffee.
The rooms were clean and well-maintained. While they were a bit small, they still offered sufficient comfort.
Overall, a very pleasant stay with a successful combination of relaxation, quality, and good service.
The hotel has its own parking spaces in the Goethe Garage, about a 5-minute walk away. However, for check-in/out, you can park your car directly in front of the hotel.

Simply: Almost perfect. Helpful staff, with bright smile that answered all questions and helped with requests. Room was quiet and comfy with AC. Huge respect to Cleaning Service for daily cleaning shower-cabin without leaving any streaks on it. Only complain I can think of is not that huge choice for breakfast, but good quality of it is more than enough to outweigh that. Not to mention lake view form hotel restaurant. It's beautiful.

We came in for a single night stay, and wish it was few more.
Once we learned that this is a central location for wind surfers, we wished to spend couple extra days having fun.
The hotel is super modern, and comfortable on the inside.
We were able to taste the delicious breakfast in the hotel. highly recommend it.
We utilized the paid parking, along the street, which is free from 8PM to 9AM the following morning.

I couldn’t have been happier with the hotel choice for lake Garda. Booking directly with the hotel gave me free parking (5 min walk) and free drinks from the minibar.
The hotel have the look of the original
building but is renovated inside. Rooms were nice with a spacious bathroom.
The breakfast was delicious with a good selection and a view of the lake. Also have to mention the amazing juicing machine with fresh greens/fruits to design your own glass of juice. The breakfast area turn into the Michelin guide mentioned restaurant Aqua in the afternoon. I didn’t try the dinner there but I heard it was amazing.
The staff (front desk, breakfast, cleaning) were all so very helpful and friendly, and made the stay extra special. They also helped me book a boat tour on the lake which I recommend everyone to try. The boat is 20 meters from the hotel.
Restaurants, beaches, bike rental stores, gelato shops etc is all nearby, but I would also recommend taking day trips seeing other towns nearby while staying here.

Firstly the staff here are the best, helpful, happy, friendly really incredible from the reception to breakfast, we accidentally double booked through booking.com who refused to refund us, got to reception and the lovely lady sorted it and got our money back in hours. Breakfast service was great, all so friendly and chatty. We had the jacuzzi room, the view is unmatched, its a little less private than we expected, you and your neighbours are basically in one another's balcony but it was fine. The room is a little basic, nothing fancy but the view & staff make up for it. All round an incredible experience and would highly recommend the jacuzzi room

I must say as a world traveler -- few places truly capture the heart. Hotel Lago di Garda captured by heart the first time I ever showed up there. I almost don't want to leave a review -- I want to try and keep it "segreto"! I have spent many nights at this hotel, frequenting on New Years Eve many times...sitting in that hot tub, watching the fireworks go off in Torbole. The town is like a dream. I will return in August to this beautiful place. And the restaurant is tremendous. Fantastic. Enjoy yourself.

Stunning hotel even from the outside, interior is lovely inside also and our room was a good size. The breakfast was our favourite part. Food was great and the view was beautiful.
Would definitely stay again if visiting Lake Garda.

Overall a good stay. The bike room is unsecure, as it does not require a guest key to open it. As your bike is not allowed in your room, be sure to bring a bike lock. Breakfast is nice, free welcome drinks were included. A great view of the water from the dining room. Excellent location.

We loved this hotel! It is well worth it to
upgrade to a lake-view room with a balcony. We spent so much time out there enjoying the vista. Next time we’d upgrade to a hot tub room!
Breakfast was hearty and delicious, and all the staff members were so kind. We also enjoyed the free drink from the bar. The location is perfect for exploring Torbole and enjoying activities on the lake. We also liked that the mini bar was included in the room rate. The hotel even gave us a gift upon checkout!
Our only criticism: we purchased a wine opener in town to drink wine we’d purchased at vineyards. The housekeeping staff assumed we’d taken it from the hotel (we had not) and took it from our room without asking. So we had to go to the front desk to get it back. They did apologize for taking it, but perhaps don’t leave wine openers out if you’ve brought your own!

We checked in with our family and we had 1 child with us, but also a small cat, very small, the next day, we were told that we couldn't have a cat and they offered to move the child out or leave the hotel, but we had 2 rooms, 1 big and one small for the child, yes, we probably should have found out in advance, but we didn't expect it to be so cruel, there was another hotel across the street and we had to rent a room there for the child and the cat and my wife, the vacation was already ruined, but we managed, maybe it's our problem but it seems to me that they could have met us halfway, yes, they offered to check in to another hotel that belonged to them 500 meters from this hotel, BUT for us it was stressful, the cat was very small with short hair, a friend of the child, 3 kilograms and 8 months old, in the other hotel they told us no problem and laughed at it. Magnificent. In winter (low season) time, the place was magical. Lights everywhere, the lake smooth as ever, just beautiful. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel on Lake Garda! Everything was impeccable. When we arrived, they welcomed us with an aperitif in our room, a gesture that immediately made us feel pampered. We celebrated our birthday with dinner at the hotel restaurant on two consecutive evenings, and I must say we ate divinely. The icing on the cake was the spa experience, a moment of relaxation and well-being that made our stay even more unique.

A large private terrace with a super-functional in-ground jacuzzi, a wonderful view of the lake with a ramp leading to it, and a wonderful breakfast. Since it was my birthday, they even gave me a little gift at checkout: a beautiful package with various beauty products inside.

Unfortunately, the lake-view room didn't have a balcony, and the Wi-Fi didn't work well either (there was very little reception, which meant it frequently cut out). Centrally located in the city and only a 10 minute walk to their parking garage this is a really nice place. The room was nice and we had a hot tub right outside on our patio. The hotel took our car to the parking and I assume they’d get it out but we just walked over there ourselves to avoid the wait. The bar here was sub par though. Not a lot of variety and the free welcome drink was only from 630-7. Which was around the time we were getting dinner and when we got back they

When we booked it showed a balcony and a floor to ceiling view. When we arrived they gave us a totally different room that had a view you couldn’t see from the room. We inquired and they said it was the same class of room.
In my view it’s not close.
They were polite, but this was false advertising.
They also turn off the AC at night from central command so you can’t change the AC. They were supposed to restock the fridge with complimentary beverages and didn’t.
Breakfast was good, despite cold eggs. Maybe that’s the culture as it’s been that way daily.

The beach and Lido, less than a five-minute stroll away, provide the perfect spots for a refreshing dip or a leisurely day by the water. Windsurfing and SUPs were close by and easy to hire.
Our accommodation was nothing short of spectacular. The penthouse family interconnecting rooms on the fourth floor were a true highlight, offering ample space and comfort for our family. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine!
Sweet and savory breakfast with plenty of choices.

The minibar is fully stocked with complimentary drinks. The adjacent Aqua restaurant is excellent, offering refined cuisine and highly qualified staff. Very friendly staff, great location right on the lake, good breakfast. A fantastic view from the front. Many restaurants and bars are nearby, and the ferry is a 5-minute walk away (about 30 minutes to Limone).
The hotel itself is very clean, with daily room cleaning. Parking spaces can be rented additionally (about a 10-minute walk away). We were very satisfied and would gladly return. Thank you!

The Hotel Lago di Garda has a very pleasant ambiance and a stunning view of Lake Garda. The rooms are very modern, and the beds are very comfortable. Because the hotel is very centrally located, everything is easily accessible, but it's also right on the busy main road, which unfortunately causes a lot of traffic throughout the town. It's also very noisy at night if you sleep with the window open. I would like to particularly highlight the hotel's exceptionally good restaurant, Aqua. We had a multi-course dinner there with the finest food, and we've rarely eaten so well. If you're in Torbole, you should definitely eat there at least once; it's worth it!

The location of the hotel is ideal, in front of the lake, at the heart of Torbole. We had a very professional and warm welcome from the front desk staff. They did everything to accomodate us. Our room was modern, spacious, clean and we appreciated the luxury of the details and token items, as well as the lake view from our balcony. The best was yet to come: breakfast! Fresh juce, pastries, bread, warm buffet… what a treat, the breakfast restaurant is in front of the lake litterally. Samantha’s team was amazing, serving the best capuccini, and very helpful. That was our dream stay, really. The hotel us great, modern, clean, location is perfect, staff is super professional and helpful. I highly recommend! Thank you fir the time we spent with you guys!

This is such a great spot. In the middle of everything in Torbole but yet a very quiet spot. We had a room with a private hot tub & deck. We also booked the private spa, massages & dinner. It was a great get-away. During the day, there are so many choices, we booked bikes and went to Riva & Arco. We also spent some time in the lake. The staff was phenomenal, they were always available if we had a request or needed tourism advice. The breakfast staff was always at our service with great coffee. The room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of room to find spots to relax. We hope to return very soon! 12 out of 10 for sure!

This hotel surprised me. I wasn’t expecting much but the service was impeccable. Not sure if this hotel is new because it is so so clean. When going to the spa, they send the spa kit (robe and flip flops) to your room. The spa was a great treat after spending a long day on the water. I love the privacy you get and not having to share the sauna/steam and etc with others. The only downside I could think of is the parking spot because it is not on the property. I would pay an extra fee for valet but I don’t think they offer it. I have yet to try their restaurant for lunch or dinner but the breakfast spread was definitely above average for a small hotel. I wish I had gotten the names of the front desk personnel and the lady who made my cappuccino because they were super awesome, friendly, and just overall genuine positive energy - like they are all happy working there. I feel it says a lot about their employers. The hotel is very near the beach and lots of restaurants within the area. Definitely coming back next month!

The hotel has an excellent location. With the exception of one gentleman at reception, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast is excellent, and the view from the breakfast table is superb. The rooms were always spotlessly clean.
Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have a garage, and parking costs an extra €10 per day. The spa area is only accessible to exclusive guests and comes with a high additional charge. The rooms had no view and were somewhat noisy. There is also no gym.
It was okay for a short trip.

After my bad experience with the hotel in Venice, this unexpectedly turned out to be an awesome experience! The hotel is located on the lake. My room was just perfect! I stayed here for 4 nights in June 2023 and I loved it so much I have rebooked for 2024.
What I loved: great location means you won't have to drag your luggage across cobblestones (well only for a couple of metres); best breakfast I had during my 5 weeks in Italy, and coeliacs and vegetarians are well catered for; Greta the lovely front of house lady is just a wonderful, lovely person and a pleasure to talk to; rooms are spacious with lots of storage space; hotel guests receive 10% off food bill in the restaurant downstairs.
What I didn't love - lots of noise from the street below as its the main thoroughfare down to the lake front, I have requested a different room this time which I hope they can oblige; weird aircon set up means it only works when the windows are fully closed and even then you must ask reception to switch it on but once on it was really cold with no way to adjust in the room? So I had 2 very hot nights and 2 very cool nights. Oh well first world problems, I really can't wait to come back to this lovely hotel!

In addition, it’s not possible to use the air condition on cold mode, I understand it’s related to regulation but it was very hot inside the room and we needed to open the windows that caused to even more noise.

A very nice hotel with a great breakfast that you can enjoy with a stunning view of Lake Garda.
Our only criticisms were that the spa is very expensive (€69 per person per hour) and that, for our taste, too many personal items were left unattended during room service (including toothbrushes and other hygiene products). Personally, this doesn't really bother me, but my partner is quite sensitive about it.
Overall, a highly recommended hotel in a perfect location directly on Lake Garda. Many activities are easily accessible on foot; for example, I can recommend the small wine and delicatessen shop down the street. A very friendly owner who provides excellent and friendly advice, even without any special language skills.

A very nice hotel in Nago Torbole with a stunning view of Lake Garda. The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. We were especially pleased to be upgraded to the best room category as a little surprise. The hosts are all very attentive and friendly. We stayed in the Desideria room with the 2CELEBRATE package. I must say, everything was perfect, the hospitality was first-rate. We especially loved the view from the terrace (stunning) and the dinner, which was truly superior (my heartfelt compliments to the chef and the table service). The only flaws, if I may say so, are that I would have preferred a different room layout, with a view of the terrace and less cramped bathroom facilities. I also recommend a personal hygiene kit and a quieter air conditioner.

I spent a night at the Hotel Lago di Garda for my birthday.
We chose the Desideria room to use the Jacuzzi.
Upon arrival, we left our car outside for 10 minutes to check in and then moved it to the Goethe parking lot, which has a special agreement with the hotel.
The receptionists were very kind and showed us to our room. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and some sweets. The minibar stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks.
The room smelled lovely, the bathroom was spacious, and the bed was large.
The terrace, in addition to the Jacuzzi, also had two lounge chairs, which were a bit difficult to use due to the limited space.
The Jacuzzi experience at sunset was truly fantastic. Privacy and tranquility.
The next morning we had breakfast at the hotel, and the buffet was very generous with a wide selection of sweet and savory options, including lactose-free options.
Overall, a positive experience.

The Hotel Lago di Garda has become a special place for us. Even upon entering Torbole, we're filled with anticipation; it's like arriving at a friend's house. They fulfill almost every wish with their friendly attitude and Italian charm.
Service and cleanliness are top-notch. The small private spa is superbly equipped and can be booked separately, but for us it's a highlight after hikes on Monte Baldo; the wellness treatments and massages are excellent.
Todo: Try the restaurant with excellent service and a good sommelier. They offer a variety of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, not just the typical Italian fare you'll find everywhere.
Good breakfast buffet with a perfect Italian coffee and fresh regional products and specialties.

I’ve just come back from a wonderful few days in Milan and Lake Garda, this is a sister hotel to another nearby, we got upgraded to this hotel and also upgraded the room we stayed in! The hotel staff were thorough and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay! During our stay my partner had her birthday and off there own backs the room was decorated for the occasion and a bottle of champagne and other little bits were left! Breakfast was fantastic and the dinner at the restaurant was a very high standard! There’s also a beautiful restaurant across the road called Geier we’d recommend on your stay! The views from our room and the hot tub on our balcony make it a wonderful experience for us and the views can be seen from the restaurant during breakfast as well. Just remember if you stay in the off-season travel is more limited (no ferries near Torbole just 1 route is covered, no speed boats to go one end of the lake to the other and the buses are more frequent)

We stayed at this hotel for three days.
The hotel is very beautiful, clean, and has a stunning lake view, especially from the breakfast veranda.
One small inconvenience: I'm lactose intolerant and had noted this before arriving. At breakfast, I was only offered lactose-free yogurt; only the next day were I offered more options. The same thing happened again for dinner on the third day; they hadn't thought of a dessert for me.
For a four-star hotel, these are unacceptable oversights.

Our stay at the Hotel Lago di Garda was overall pleasant, although there were some aspects that could be improved. Our room, number 109, was spacious and comfortable, but a bit noisy as it was located directly above the lively restaurant. The noise from staff/guests and music was disruptive at certain times, but overall, it didn't detract too much from our stay.
Regarding the breakfast service, we would have liked the staff to be more proactive and responsive to our needs. Questions about coffee or other requests could have been asked more often. Nevertheless, the breakfast buffet was well-stocked and offered a wide selection of pastries, which we really enjoyed.
The highlights of our stay were definitely the friendly welcome, where we were even offered an upgrade, and the valet parking service.
The hotel's unbeatable location directly on Lake Garda, just across the street, was truly perfect and made our stay special. Overall, our stay at the Hotel Lago di Garda was satisfactory, and we would like to return, hoping that some of the points mentioned can be improved.

Hotel Lago di Garda is a fabulous hotel with a great location! Beaches, shops and restaurants are all walkable, includes parking as well whichbis great. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was nice. We had a small balcony and could see the lake, we loved it. The spa is amazing, we reserved for 2 hours and had it all to ourselves. The included breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The breakfast room was beautiful and overlooked the lake, we loved watching the kite surfers! I highly recommend Hotel Lago di Garda!

A very nice hotel. It's been our autumn holiday destination for several years. Centrally located, with its own parking, which is a short walk away. The rooms are modern and very tidy. A very extensive breakfast buffet, which can be enjoyed on the covered terrace in front of the hotel, overlooking Lake Garda.
All the small shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlors are within walking distance, and other great walks and bike rides can also be enjoyed from here, as all the footpaths and bike paths lead to the respective locations, separate from the road… that's really great and worth highlighting.

One note: Rooms vary! We chose the Garden Spirit option because of the bathtub in the room, which is shown in the pictures. We received a room without a bathtub because, as it turned out, not all rooms have one (a little manipulation with the photos). However, they easily switched our room the next day. Make sure to ensure that you get the room you think you've reserved. Apart from this situation, which was quickly and easily resolved, everything was great. 9/10.

Well, we stayed there for 6 days, overall it was okay, the location is ideal and the staff is extremely qualified! Just a few small surprises in the room, such as the door frame being eaten away by the water. The door at the bottom as well. The small metal circle at the base of the shower head was broken and above all, the surprise of having received one day a towel with black feet and urine stains impregnated. Out of respect I will not publish this photo. Just, overall quite happy but not worth a 4 star hotel.

Fantastic. As soon as we arrived we were met with smiles and a friendly greeting. We were taken to our room and everything explained to us. The view down the lake was exquisite and from our balcony we were able to people watch, look down the lake and listed to music from the nearby restaurant in the evening. We never met the staff looking after our room but everything was always clean and tidy with fresh towels to replace ones used. We chose the half board option so dined in the restaurant most evenings. The food was Michelin standard, not large portions but certainly big enough as the food was rich, excellent and exquisitely presented. The best bit by far were the staff who were jolly and friendly all the time and seemed to really get on together. We were always called by name and made to feel very special. Big thank you to Pietro, Ivano, Deborah, Greta, Samantha and Alex who made our visit very special. We will definitely return. Torbole was also a great place to stay as it was less congested as other areas, which we liked

We stayed at the Hotel Lago di Garda for two nights in July. The women working at the front desk were all incredibly helpful. We got a free upgrade to a room with a giant soaking tub and a view from the roof. The room itself was spacious, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the bed was really comfortable. There was air conditioning, which was so welcome after the heat outside. The free breakfast was quite varied, with eggs, bacon, sausages, fresh fruits and lots of delicious baked goods. You could even make your own juice! We really enjoyed our stay and even got to check out the private spa which was very cool. There is parking available but it is a 5 minute walk away. The location of the hotel is perfect, right near the water, near the dock.

Such an amazing 4 nights away with my ICU buddies. We've waited 3 years for this trip as Covid messed up my 50th. The hotel is great, right on the lake & so near to restaurants, bars & water sports. The Reception staff were incredibly helpful, upgrading our rooms when the transport dropped us as the wrong hotel. The rooms are really clean & well equipped with good quality bathroom amenities. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff but Samira was particularly helpful. Breakfast was included & so much choice you couldn't help but have 2 or 3 servings!! The gelato shop almost next door is amazing we went every evening for 3 scoops- never disappointed & the lady who served us was always smiling, helpful & gave us loads of little extra tasters. It's perfectly situated right near the hotel so we could roll back after eating too much. The hotel is also really well situated to get the boat to Limone, Riva etc. for lovely day trips away. All in all we had a fantastic holiday that created so many amazing memories for us all. I can't thank the hotel staff enough for making it such a special holiday.

Loved the hotel and staff. The are was fairly close to Riva del Garda, but didn’t feel like there was much in walking distance from the hotel itself. I would stay here again just to stay in the rooms and the area, maybe go to the spa and to do absolutely nothing, but if you are looking to get out and adventure, Torbole isn’t then right place for that.

The staff are superb very helpful always and the staff at breakfast were superb also.
Only negatives though the rooms are clean they aren't very spacious so I wouldn't say kid friendly. Also car park is quite a walk away, if you're constantly in and out especially with children it's a bit of hassle.

Hotel Lago Di Garda is a little charming hotel with the beautiful view over the Garda lake. Reception staff are great and friendly. They gave us an upgrade as it was our first time visiting the area. Beautiful hotel right on the lake. The location is stunning. We had a room with a lake view and a fantastic view; the room was very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly. They even offer to park your car in the parking lot 800 meters away. Breakfast is incredibly good and plentiful, served with a view of the lake.
The hotel has 4 stars, so the price reflects that. But it was worth it, and that's why we're coming back next year.

Only thing not perfect for me is the bedding was a little harder than I prefer but it was no issue. Be prepared to walk for the car parking, it is not so far but not at the hotel although they do offer valet for €9 daily. Value was extremely high and would absolutely recommend hotel lago di Garda.

The hotel is in a prime location, overlooking the lake. The dining and breakfast room offers a beautiful view of the lake. Breakfast, by the way, offers a truly vast selection and is excellent. Dinner features a refined menu, impeccably presented by the qualified and extremely friendly staff. The room, very large and with a large TV, has everything you need for your stay, from bathrobes and slippers to bathroom amenities, not to mention sparkling wine and glasses for the welcome toast. Reserved parking is 600 meters away, and the check-in staff is extremely friendly.
An added bonus is the spa, which we loved, and the opportunity to go hiking and enjoy sports activities.

Hotel and rooms are fabulous - but the restaurant menu is soooo complicated and fussy. And this generally is the reason for my 3/5 stars.
We were informed that the 8 course tasting menu would take 2.5 hours - so we cut to 3 courses and it still took 2.5 hours because “everything is cooked fresh” - great but it doesn’t take that long to cook fresh meals! And the restaurant wasn’t even that busy! Dishes are quite small and we didn’t really feel satisfied. There are no familiar things available - so I would definitely find food outside of the hotel if I stayed again. Just could have done with a decent pasta selection, optional side dishes and be generally less complicated.

Taking advantage of a "romantic getaway" package, I treated myself to an unplanned getaway to the romantic Torbole at this lovely 4-star hotel. I must say the package was comprehensive and well-stocked, with sparkling wine and beautifully presented desserts upon arrival. The room had a breathtaking view and a Blu-ray package with various films to watch. I also had the option of staying in one of the suites with free and direct access to a heated outdoor hot tub overlooking the lake. Dinner in the restaurant was very enjoyable and truly delicious. Worth a visit.

As soon as we arrived, we were informed that they had upgraded our room (which I hadn't expressed a preference for, which was a pleasant surprise), assigning us a room with a terrace overlooking the lake that was nothing short of breathtaking. I booked for a couple's stay with my girlfriend and we were immediately pleasantly impressed by the order, design, cleanliness, tranquility, and luxury of the rooms, which were also absolutely modern, as well as the exceptional discretion and professionalism of all the staff—my compliments. The rooms are gorgeous (with several amenities such as air conditioning, wall-mounted TV, and minibar), as are all the dining areas: we only had breakfast, but the buffet was spoiled for choice. You definitely know how to start the day off right.

Hello everyone! This place exceeded my expectations from friendly staff that helped me with my accommodation, to the excellent modern room, great selection of food and wine, and the waiters and waitresses were very kind and helpful with explaining the food menu. I had breakfast and dinner included in my accommodation. The best part was waking up each day with a beautiful picturesque Lake Garda Mountain view taking in God’s creation. There is plenty of parking nearby and a grocery store within walking distance. This place is a 10 out of 10 and on my list to revisit. My goal was to relax and that is exactly what I did.

The location is beautiful. Chose the room overlooking the lake and ask for a room on 3rd or 4th floor for an amazing view.
The staff is simply the best. Samira and Arben at the reception simply said “Yes” to every request. And the staff at restaurant is so helpful in deciding what to order.

We had a wonderful trip to Lake Garda, choosing to visit it at the end of autumn this time. The weather was superb, sunny and temperatures well above expectations at the end of November. To enjoy the indescribable beauty of the lake and its surroundings, we stayed one night in Torbole, at the Hotel Lago di Garda. We booked directly from the hotel, via the phone on their website, a triple room, type Desideria, with a terrace overlooking the lake, equipped with a jacuzzi. The room was extremely spacious, bright and warm, impeccably clean. On a small table, a bottle of organic sparkling wine, courtesy of the house, was waiting for us in the glass, along with some artisanal sweets. We admired a magnificent sunset from the jacuzzi, where we stayed until the stars rose. Back in the room, after a long shower we enjoyed the fluffy warmth of bathrobes that seemed to embrace you with freshness, and immersed in the large and comfortable beds, we almost didn't feel like going down to dinner... We had reserved a table in the wonderful hotel restaurant, and we were eager to enjoy the culinary masterpieces at Aqua. Everything was superlative!

Beautiful hotel directly on the shores of Torbole on Lake Garda, overlooking the small marina and the old customs house. The room had a small balcony, but because the road runs right in front of the hotel, there are better spots for a cozy aperitivo. The service is very friendly and professional, both at breakfast and at dinner in the excellent(!) hotel restaurant – highly recommended.
There is a hotel parking lot for cars, about a 10-minute walk into town.
Everything is within easy walking distance from the hotel, and Torbole offers a wide selection, especially of bars for an evening aperitivo after a stroll. Restaurants are a bit more difficult :-(, but the food at the hotel and at La Terrazza is excellent.

This place was absolutely perfect. Before arrival I had contact with the hotel in which they booked a taxi to pick us up from the train station. Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming and helpful telling us about all the activities on offer around the area. And to top off the experience they decided to leave an amazing birthday surprise in my room for when we got back from our day out. 10/10 for me, would recommend and if we decide to go back to lake Garda will 100% stay there again.

My husband and I were on a weekend break. The hotel was perfect; modern, clean, friendly staff, lovely breakfast and stunning views! The bed was comfortable so had two great night sleeps. We upgraded to a lake view with jacuzzi and glad we did as it was perfect. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.
The only minor negative was the car park being a bit of a walk, but that wasn't an issue for us.

Upon arrival, we received a very friendly welcome and a free upgrade to a better room category. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast with fresh fruit and a juicer! Definitely recommended!

Nice location, great staff. If you have a problem or a need, you will get support. Rooms are good, but sometimes loud because of the restaurant or bright in the night because of the street lamps. If you can avoid, do not book simple rooms in 1st floor.

We (a couple in our early 30s) spent a week surfing on Lake Garda. The staff is very friendly and wants to ensure their guests have a pleasant stay – and that was certainly the case with us. The excellent room cleaning, which was always top-notch, deserves special mention.

This is a really fabulous hotel. The staff and services are fantastic and the breakfast is very varied and good quality. The location of the hotel is wonderful with great views over the lake as well as access to all the amenities in Torbole - including local busses and ferries. The terrace from our hotel room with lovely chairs and a hot tub was a highlight.

Loved the site, the hotel is beautifully located in front of the lake. Our room (Delux) was so nice and we enjoyed the Jacuzzi.
We reserved from the hotel site and had a bit of problem with our credit card (believe it’s because the transaction was being done in Italy and we were still in North America) and the personnel where very partient, providing assistance and counselling on what to do.
The breakfast was simply sumptuous! Anything you could think about was available,

It deserved to win at four hotels, but since that didn't happen, I'll give it 5 stars.
The owner seems very nice and the rooms have a fantastic design, compliments to the mother (in the episode, Francesco says she was the one who decorated them and chose the materials, etc.)

The spa, with exclusive use for the couple, was something special, with a lake view. It was a perfect vacation, and we'll definitely be back!

The hotel is fantastic; the rooms are modern, and everything works perfectly! The staff are so friendly, accommodating, and always attentive to their guests; you'll be completely happy here! The Desideria Room with its private terrace and private whirlpool overlooking the lake is an absolute must. Don't miss the spa either; you pay for it, but you're alone with your partner and can enjoy it to the fullest. The best hotel in Northern Italy!

Service was exceptional! Very large room nicely decorated. The location is very nice with scenery and beaches. Access to the south end of the lake is pretty limited. This is an amazing place if you want to stay on the north end.

Beautiful hotel, incredibly friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, and a top location! Our room had a bathtub next to the bed and a very large shower, making it perfect for both couples and families with children like us. Our stay included a welcome aperitif, drinks from the mini-fridge, and one cocktail per person for the lounge bar. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was impeccable, with a wide variety of options, from savory to sweet. Just cross the street and you're right on the lakefront, in the center of town. The only downside is the parking lot, which is a bit far away.

A very beautiful, modern hotel right on the lake in Torbole on Lake Garda.
The rooms are spacious, modern, and stylishly furnished. The view of the lake is beautiful.
We received a very friendly welcome at reception and were greeted with a fruit juice of our choice. The minibar, which is well-stocked, also doesn't contain any alcohol, which I personally don't find a negative.
The breakfast with a view of the lake is a great start to the day. The buffet is extensive and leaves nothing to be desired.

Right from the start, we were greeted by friendly staff. Surprisingly, the hotel also gave us a free room upgrade. The room with a lake view was very nice, clean, and tidy. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The breakfast area with a lake view is beautiful. The staff here was also friendly. This certainly won't be our last time there.
