A truly fantastic experience at the Goti Hotel! I had a wonderful time in every way. The room was impeccable, very clean, and I even got a free upgrade, which made my stay even more special.
The staff was exceptional: kind, professional, and always attentive. Breakfast was top-notch!!!
A huge plus was the sauna: I had booked it to share, but I was lucky enough to have it all to myself, my husband, and I—a truly relaxing and intimate experience. Although small, it was absolutely satisfying.
It was truly a wonderful experience; we'll definitely be back!

Even though we came in the off-season for a bit of relaxation, we had a truly wonderful time. The Amuse room was beautiful and spacious, decorated in a modern style that I really like. The bathroom was well-maintained and well-equipped, with a bathtub in the room for relaxing, and the bed was very comfortable.
We opted for spa access, which was guaranteed relaxation.
Parking is available both near the entrance and underground.
Everything is just a few minutes' walk from the lake.
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

We stayed after Christmas, and I have to say the location is beautiful!
The staff is very kind and helpful.
The only small negative is the lack of a bidet in the room, but otherwise, no negatives, on the contrary!
We had booked the spa for an hour and had a wonderful time with the Turkish bath, sauna, aromatic shower, and whirlpool, along with a small buffet in the relaxation room.
The dinner at the hotel was truly excellent; you can see the attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients; in fact, we complimented the chef!
Finally, the location is very good, within walking distance of Riva del Garda and within driving distance of Trento, which is about a half-hour away.
We highly recommend it!

A very beautiful and recently renovated hotel.
We stayed in the room with a whirlpool tub on the terrace and were very satisfied. The room was clean and organized to maximize the space. The staff cleaned well, always meticulously and attentively, respecting guests' privacy and needs. Our only complaint was that we found some dust on the hairdryer and inside the hot/cold air splitter.
A pleasant note about the always well-stocked minibar.
As for the hotel's amenities, we found the spa very convenient, offering everything you need for relaxation (the biscuits provided were delicious).
Furthermore, the hotel has a reserved parking lot with covered parking, which is very convenient in both winter and summer.
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was delicious, satisfying both sweet and savory lovers.

Booking on their website was very easy.
Upon our arrival, we were offered a welcome drink, and the staff was always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is located near Torbole beach and the town center. It offers free parking, and its rooms are very comfortable and super clean. Breakfast was excellent, even for my gluten-intolerant daughter, who was provided with a basket full of quality products.

My partner and I spent last weekend visiting the Christmas markets in Rango and Tenno, Riva del Garda, and Limone sul Garda...and we stayed one night in this beautiful hotel. Convenient outdoor parking, excellent buffet breakfast, and truly delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant (we had two fish-based first courses, a mixed fried fish dish, and two homemade desserts) at a reasonable price, in line with other restaurants, but the quality was excellent.
But the real gem is the private hot tub on our room's terrace.
We used it before dinner and truly relaxed...it was a wonderful experience and a lovely weekend.

It's a shame not to give the hotel top marks, because it deserves them. But at such high levels, you have to be careful not to get lost in the details.
The hotel is a few kilometers from Riva del Garda, in a good location for visiting the surrounding areas, and a short walk to the lakeside promenade for a lovely stroll.
The hotel is clearly recently renovated; the rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
I must say that instead of a bathtub in the room, a luggage rack would have been better, but it wasn't there.
We found the room clean, but unfortunately, as I mentioned before, two details were overlooked:
1) the hairdryer in the bathroom was covered in dust, as if it hadn't been used in a while. We didn't use it because we had our own, but from the fingerprints on the dust, it's clear that the hair dryer had been moved to clean the bathroom countertop... if you pick it up to move it, you should see the dust and clean it.
2) When we arrived, the soaps in the bathroom were almost all empty, especially the shower gel and hand soap. And based on this alone, I think guests should find them full upon arrival. On the second day, during cleaning, they weren't refilled. When we returned in the afternoon, we reported this to reception and were told that the cleaning ladies weren't there that afternoon and would therefore refill the next morning. This is unfair in a 4-star hotel. Someone, even without housekeeping staff, should be able to resolve such a problem quickly, given that the in-room soaps are a service provided by the hotel.
3) On the third day, the duvet hadn't been replaced on the bed like the previous days; we found it folded on top of the bed, and we had to lay it out and tidy it ourselves for the night.
In short, I can say that we found the room setup superficial, as if it were always done in a rush.
No complaints about the breakfast, however, which was very varied and plentiful.
A special mention goes to the Gota' restaurant, which deserves a separate review.
I would recommend this hotel and return, but I advise them to pay more attention to the small details that unfortunately ruin a place that deserves much more.

If you are looking for a hotel in Torbole in winter, look no further! Super clean and comfortable room at a good price out of season. The restaurant and breakfast had plenty of choice and were very good. The welcome drink and use of the late checkout facilities really topped off a great stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel is strategically located, allowing you to quickly reach Trento, tour Lake Garda there and back, and is close to Lake Tenno (recommended!)
The Harios room is synonymous with relaxation. We stayed at the end of October, and the hot tub was warm, perfect for a relaxing afternoon.
With half-board, I was surprised by the dishes (from the menu) offered. Excellent quality and generous portions.
The pizza was also very good.
Breakfast was varied, from sweet to savory, with nothing missing. Fresh Caprese cakes, Torta della Nonna, and carrot cake.
In addition to the availability of every plant-based beverage (soy, almond, rice)... we'll definitely be back.

Just one night for work... and I already want to come back!
It's not often that a business trip turns into an experience that stays in your heart, yet this corner of paradise at the foot of Lake Garda managed it.

You can tell that for them, it's more than just work; it's love for what they do. And that makes all the difference in the world.
The free room upgrade was a wonderful surprise that made everything even more special. I felt pampered, cared for.
But I must mention the real magic: the chef. I've rarely encountered such mastery in the kitchen. Every dish tells a story of study, research, and creativity. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or a lover of tradition, you'll find excellence here. The constantly changing menu is proof of a mind that's never satisfied, always striving to surprise and grow.

We, a married couple in our early 60s, stayed in Torbole for a week in September 2025. We were very happy with our choice.
Firstly, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Secondly, the rooms are very practically furnished, from the constantly restocked minibar to the rain shower and the much-appreciated Itim shower.
The hotel also has ample parking and a locked bicycle storage room with plenty of electrical outlets.
Breakfast is served in a beautiful, bright room and offers a generous selection. If we come back to Torbole, we'll definitely stay here! Thank you very much!

Just returned home from an amazing stay at the Goti hotel. The Staff were so professional friendly and polite. Special mention to Ambra and Catherina at reception they made us feel so relaxed and welcome. Breakfast was very good with fresh produce each morning. Staff here were also excellent and very accommodating. The room was adequate, bed very comfortable, and excellent spacious shower. The Hotel Location was close to all amenities etc, and within walking distance. We used the spa facilities and the Gym which was well equipped. We highly recommend the Goti hotel and hope to return in the future.

I'm beyond thrilled! It's incredibly clean here, and the staff is super friendly, always helpful and immediately available. I was amazed at how smoothly everything runs. Towels are changed every two days, and the room is vacuumed, which was very important to me since we're traveling with dogs. The breakfast is delicious, with a huge selection. The atmosphere is really lovely, and the price per night, including breakfast and dogs, is fantastic! I would definitely come back because I loved it here. Thank you to the entire team for such amazing service!

My second time at the Gotì. Last year (2024) for a week, this year for two weeks. Nothing has changed in the hotel. It's still very spartan in black and white, still no large mirror, and there's still a wastebasket in the room (although I've complained about it several times, and not just from me). This time, however, the cleanliness wasn't so great.
The staff are all very friendly, all speak a little German, but are happy if you throw in a few words of Italian. Our little dog is a big hit anyway. Italians just love dogs.
The breakfast is plentiful, everything is there, everything is fresh, and always replenished. There's nothing to complain about here. You can also eat there in the evening, but don't go hungry. The cuisine is rather experimental. The dishes are beautifully presented on the plates, but at least I don't get full just looking at them.
The Gotì (composed of the two words "good times") is close to the beach, less than a 10-minute walk. Unfortunately, it's also located on the main road, and it's VERY busy. Rooms facing the street might be a bit noisier. It's a bit quieter at the back, near the parking lot. The only thing you hear here is the gravel crunching when you park.
All in all, we were very satisfied again. It's fine without a mirror. Everything worked out wonderfully, and we'll definitely be back. Thank you, Gotì!

I had the pleasure of staying for 4 days in this wonderful hotel.
Modern and clean. The receptionist was super helpful and greeted us immediately.
They even gave us a free upgrade to a Deluxe room, which was very welcome as it was truly beautiful and comfortable.
What we enjoyed most was the restaurant (we had half board), where the menu is varied and offers a wide variety of delicious choices.
The icing on the cake are Rosy and Debora, the restaurant staff, whose professionalism and friendliness are unparalleled; they make you feel truly at ease.
I highly recommend it because it's centrally located and you can walk to every point of interest.

Rating difficult to express in "stars"...
I was leaning between 4 and 5, but then settled on a (good) 4, but one thing in advance: We would definitely come back.
The hotel is modern and beautifully decorated, with beautiful flowers on the facade and an eye for detail.
The reception (and departure) was super nice and warm, and the entire staff was super friendly; you immediately feel at home.
The breakfast was excellent, with everything you need to start the day refreshed. We didn't miss anything, and the quality was good.
The hotel has its own parking spaces, and there's even a small (narrow) underground garage, where we always found a space.
We booked the "Delight" room; the size was more than adequate, with a large bed and a small balcony.
The room was at the back, so it was correspondingly quiet.
In the morning, the morning sun shone into our room; the curtains weren't quite tight. Since we both like it dark at night, blinds (the neighboring room had some) or thick curtains would have been nice.
The air conditioning worked well and the noise level was quite pleasant (compared to other hotels).
As mentioned in another review, a trash can in the room would have been great; the small one in the bathroom fills up relatively quickly.
The floor in the room (linoleum?) had already come apart in some corners and probably won't last much longer.
A full-length mirror or even a "makeup mirror" would have been desirable for some.
The material might not have been the best choice.
We didn't need the bathtub in the room, and we didn't really see the point. Nice idea, but I can't imagine it would be used much. A small seating area would have been nicer for us, but that's not a negative aspect, just a comment.
The bed was too hard for our needs, but everyone has different opinions, so just a note.
Other:
There is a spa area, but we didn't use it.
There is no pool, only rooms with a whirlpool.
The elevator is extremely slow, long live the stairs :-)
Carpeting (in the hallway/stairwell) can be done, but it's not necessary; everyone probably has a different opinion.
The hotel certainly deserves its current 4.6 stars. As I wrote at the beginning, there are no major points of criticism, just a few minor things that could be improved or more attention paid to.
If you also consider the price factor, I have to say that in our case, the price-performance ratio was more than good.

Very nice hotel. Our room was great and exactly as described. The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. Overall, 4 stars, as attention to detail is lacking in a few places. For example, the armchairs in front of the hotel. They have mold growing in the crevices of the seats. Very unpleasant to sit on, both visually and odor-wise.
There's room for improvement. We'll definitely be back and can then give it 5 stars.

Great hotel! Beautiful location, and we received a very warm welcome. The hotel is clean and nicely designed. The only downsides were that the air conditioning occasionally made a loud, strange noise, we couldn’t use Netflix even though it was available, and the breakfast wasn’t anything special.

Excellent, clean accommodation with a wonderful balcony. Parking is €15, but there's a free parking area behind the hotel. The breakfast is great and fairly varied (eggs are a must! ). It features a bidet and air conditioning. The only downside is its distance from the city center (walking distance), but it's a 5-minute drive or less.

Beautiful rooms, super friendly staff... but the real highlight is the food.
Chef Marcos is incredibly well-prepared: you can tell he's studied hard, he knows cuisine in all its forms—vegan, vegetarian, traditional—and he puts real passion into it.
The menu changes frequently, precisely because there's a creative and well-prepared mind behind it, one that never stops.
The food is good, you can smell the quality, and you can feel the energy of those who want to make this place grow.

We stayed for 5 nights and were very satisfied overall. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the rooms were large and clean. We deducted one star because the air conditioning didn't work, and an additional or generally larger trash can would have been nice. You can hear the cars from the street a little, but that didn't bother us at all.
We would come back again :)

I wouldn't call this a 4-star hotel. Upon checking out, we were told that the drinks in the mini-bar were free, but because we wanted to pay for a bottle of water we had used, otherwise we wouldn't even have known. There was a telephone in the room, but no contact numbers for any emergencies. What happened to us was that the air conditioning didn't work, but the prices for the spa were reasonable. The breakfast was decent, but there was no toaster or freshly squeezed juice, something you find in every 4-star hotel. The breakfast room/restaurant allowed large dogs, which would be nice to avoid. Granted, I have nothing against animals, but in my opinion it's not a good idea. There were no blackout curtains, and we had light in the room from the early hours of the morning. This 4-star hotel needs to be re-evaluated.

Disliked • My room 308 was not the quietest. The first night the extractor fan in the bathroom was on all night. I managed to get someone to switch it off the next day and the silence was delightful. However, room 308 is just under the kitchen extractor fan chimney! From about 6.00am in the morning until 11.00pm at night it is on constantly. Sunday evening was bliss as there was no evening meal available so the kitchen was closed; therefore no noisy extractor fan. Solution is to not have a room near this in the future. My list of requirements will go in ahead of my next visit! The room was rather small. I am glad I was alone but I do expect more space around the bed when I book a double room. My last two visits in years gone by I have had a more spacious room. However, I do enjoy your hotel and the staff are professional and helpful.

The hotel is just a short walk from Lake Garda.
The restaurant and bar are excellent. The dishes are prepared with passion, using local ingredients. You can really taste Italy here.
The breakfast is amazing! A huge selection of savory and sweet options every morning.
The best part, though, is the service. Everyone at reception and in the restaurant/bar is incredibly friendly and accommodating. You almost feel like family.
It was an incredibly lovely stay; I'm looking forward to the next time.

We've had the opportunity to try several accommodations on and around Lake Garda. This hotel was by far the best. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by an extremely friendly receptionist. Check-in was seamless and completed in just a few minutes (there's also the option of online check-in). The rooms are excellent, very clean, and spacious. They are cleaned daily (with no set time limit). In addition to a refrigerator, kettle, and air conditioning, the room also had a large safe. A private balcony was also available. The hotel's own restaurant, where breakfast is served daily, is simply inviting. The staff here were always very friendly. The breakfast was incredibly varied. A very high standard of fresh food was maintained. There was definitely something for everyone. Overall, English, German, and a bit of broken Italian are perfectly acceptable here. You can also book a spa treatment at the hotel, although we unfortunately didn't have time to use it. Private parking was available in front of the hotel and in a small underground garage. All in all, we felt very comfortable here and would stay here again at any time.

We stayed the weekend of March 8th to 9th. We stayed for one night for €192.00, including access to the spa, which could be used for an hour for a couple for €69.00 (too long) or for an hour and a half to accommodate three couples
for €20.00 each! ....not satisfied, we added a massage, unfortunately not for couples but for 50 minutes separately, for €85.00 each. We dined at the hotel, spending €120.00 for two appetizers and two first courses, accompanied by a bottle of prosecco...for a total of €527.00, which we would have gladly spent if the hotel had been up to the task of providing services that distinguish one-star comfort and attention to detail. A positive experience, starting with the standard room, not overly large but comfortable, quiet, and with a very welcome shower. Breakfast is plentiful and full of quality products. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. The only negative, in my opinion, is the paid parking fee of €15 per night, although there is a free parking lot a few dozen meters away, but it isn't owned by the hotel. Ultimately, I would definitely return.

I stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend for Valentine's Day and we were extremely satisfied! The welcome from the receptionist Ambra was truly professional and pleasant. This professionalism was also evident in the room change, as due to a misunderstanding, we weren't assigned the one we'd booked and were consequently given a superior room (with a hot tub on the balcony). We had dinner at the hotel because of the special Valentine's Day menu and were also very satisfied. The waitress Samantha treated us to a tasting of non-alcoholic cocktails paired with the dinner dishes instead of the wine tasting (since we're both teetotalers). The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices for all tastes! We highly recommend this hotel, especially for its location: Arco is a 10-minute drive away and Varone is 15 minutes away. Go see the waterfalls! P.S. If you want to surprise your partner with some decorations on the bed, this is the hotel for you!

The welcome and communication with the staff were excellent. They are young, dynamic, extremely kind, and very helpful. The hotel is very warm and welcoming. The room is modern, minimalist, and very clean. The king-size bed is truly comfortable. There's a large-screen TV. Dispensers for soap, shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion are also provided. Breakfast offers a wide selection of sweet and savory options, along with fresh fruit and a juicer. The restaurant is a bit above average in price, but the food is well-prepared and very good. There's a locked, heated bike storage area, and you can shower after a bike ride, even after checkout. The only small flaws, if you can call them that, are the lack of a full-length mirror in the room, and the soap dispenser is positioned a bit too high (those who are smaller might have trouble reaching it). Congratulations, I had a wonderful time.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and furnished with new furniture.
All the essential toiletries are provided (shampoo, shower gel, soap, and lotion), but I didn’t see disposable slippers. It wasn’t an issue for me since I always bring my own, as some hotels don’t provide them, like here. However, in a 4-star hotel, I believe they should be available.
The room design is very beautiful and romantic. However, the bathtub wasn’t perfectly clean. Everything else was flawless.
The staff is friendly and welcoming.
The restaurant has a nice ambiance, and the dishes are interesting, though I found the flavors a bit lacking. But that’s just my personal preference. :) Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. A huge plus: the fresh juice station!
One small suggestion—beer should be served in proper beer glasses rather than wine glasses.

A very nice hotel. The reception staff were very kind. They welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home. They even welcomed us with an excellent complimentary drink. Our room was very spacious and bright, but above all, very clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful bathtub in our room, as well as a very large shower in the bathroom. We also had a kettle, slippers, and bathrobes, as well as clean towels.
We had a great time at the restaurant. I'd like to compliment Mr. Giovanni, a wonderful person, very knowledgeable, who is very attentive to his customers and takes care of them from start to finish, without overlooking any detail. He and his colleague, Rosy, are very kind, always smiling, and good at her job. The breakfast buffet was excellent, very well stocked, from sweet to savory, and the staff were very attentive to each and every guest. A very nice, friendly, and sweet girl named Giordana often served us at our tables.

We stayed at this hotel for three days.
The positives: The rooms are very clean, and there's a bidet in the bathroom, which is why I gave them 4 stars. The bidet is amazing in Italy! The hotel has a beautiful, refreshing view, especially when you wake up. Each room has a private balcony.
The negatives: They don't provide free bottled water. There are no tissues in the rooms, only rolls of tissues and a very small trash can in the bathroom. The soundproofing is poor; you can hear everything in the next room, and above it, you hear strange noises coming from the air conditioner from time to time.
The breakfast is simple and good. It includes all kinds of canned goods, all kinds of pastries, pancakes, apple pie, boiled eggs, fried eggs, a juicer with fruit and a slicer, and American coffee. You can also request any type of coffee, and they'll make it for you. Their breakfast service is appealing, but don't expect a fantastic breakfast.

I spent a relaxing night at the Gotì Hotel with my partner, and I must say it was a truly pleasant experience.

What a Gem of a hotel, the staff, rooms, and services available were the best I have had in quite some time. The rooms are spacious with great views, either mountains or lakes, and have a bath in the bedroom. There is also a separate bathroom, with a double sized shower. The staff are superb, from front desk, to restaurant, and the spa team. I had breakfast and 2 dinners in the restaurant, and both are extremely good quality.
There is a great little spa here, with Sauna, Steam room, Spa bath, aromatic shower, and relaxation area. The access is controlled so you never have too many people in there. The gym is a very well equipped muscle building gym, with one running track, I would have preferred more aerobic machines but it is obviously for a certain clientel.
Overall a great stay, and I would defiantly use again if I was to be passing this way in the future.

Unfortunately, we had a very uncomfortable bed. What I think is missing are trash cans in the room. A hairdryer in the bathroom was available in every hotel except this one, and a clock was completely missing. We had a balcony facing the main street, which was very noisy. And the blinds wouldn't close.
The air conditioning didn't work, and the heating didn't work either; you would have had to activate it at reception. Nevertheless, it was very uncomfortably hot in our room, despite it being autumn. Perhaps it was due to the minibar, which was very hot.
At the breakfast buffet, I felt like I had some chopped vegetables, like tomatoes and cucumbers, and maybe breakfast pancakes. Otherwise, it was great.
The hotel was very clean and modern.

One of the hotels we liked the most on our trip. First of all, the value for money is simply excellent! The hotel is located in the charming town of Torbole, which is near the stunning Riva del Garda. We loved sleeping there close to the lake but not in the hustle and bustle. The rooms are modern and luxurious, the bed is very comfortable and the shower is excellent. The staff was extremely kind and even upgraded us to a more spacious room with a bathtub and a stunning and large balcony overlooking the mountain views. We also ordered from the hotel's website, so all the drinks in the minibar were also included and luxurious The breakfast was really great, not with a crazy variety but just what you need and even more. The quality of everything served at the meal was very high and there was even a natural juice/smoothie stand for self-preparation. In short, highly recommended! Great choices for breakfast, basic but something for everyone. Option to make your own fresh juices.
We ate at the restaurant (half board) for 3 nights, plenty of choice and it all tasted nice.
There was a heater that was constantly on in the bathroom. We guess this is to control any damp from the shower but it just slowly heated up the room whilst we were out.
We had a bath in our room but no bath bubbles were provided, so a note to bring your own.

Restaurant's staff are all very friendly trying to please every wish of the customer, they even offer fresh milk for coffee
If someone needs to check out before 7:30 am they even let people in 10 to 15 minutes before the opening time of 7:30 am
There is a good selection of breakfast menu fruits, cakes, steam sausages really tasty, evening meal with Italian or pre-ordered European cooked cuisine available and they are all freshly prepared

A super clean and, above all, modern hotel. The rooms were great, the service friendly, and the breakfast just as great. The staff also speaks German. Parking is available and the price is completely reasonable. Overall, we would return to this hotel. The only downside: without a car, it's difficult to get to cities like Verona, Milan, etc. However, if you just want to be near Lake Garda, you can't go wrong with this hotel. It's a 10-minute walk to the lake at most. And for our taste, the bed and pillows were too hard, but that's subjective and doesn't deduct a star, as everything else is really, really nice.

Excellent hotel overlooking a very touristy location. The wellness area is simple and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only small thing is that the rooms facing the main road are a little poorly soundproofed, as you can hear the traffic, but it's nothing bothersome.

I have to say, I don't understand those who miss a pool, as Lake Garda is only 6 minutes away from the hotel (just kidding), but this hotel is the best I've ever been to, and since I stay in hotels all the time because of my job, that's saying something. The staff are extremely accommodating, the rooms are meticulously cleaned every day, and everywhere you go you're greeted with kindness. The breakfast is very varied and of high quality, and we even got a bottle of sparkling wine and a visit to the spa, all on the house. We will definitely be back, not just because of the beautiful view, but also because of this great team. I can only give it an absolute recommendation, and I would give it 10. Keep it up, it's a real treat

The hotel is located on the town's busy thoroughfare, but that didn't bother us because the windows were well-insulated. The room was equipped with air conditioning and a minibar. We have nothing to complain about. New towels every day, and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly. We don't have a dog ourselves, but we are pet-friendly. Too many dogs for my personal taste. It felt like every other couple had one.

A lovely family hotel, with a good location and excellent service. They offered us a free drink, and all the drinks in the fridge were free. The breakfast buffet is simple but delicious. They have a restaurant in the evening, but reservations are required. Some rooms have bidets in the bathrooms (thanks). Opposite them is a mini golf course, which is great for children. I will definitely visit again.
Our stay coincided with a family member's birthday, and they sent us a nice message with free drinks. This was really nice.
Cons: Some rooms, especially the rear ones, don't have a nice view of the parking lot. The front view is nice.

A relatively new and clean hotel.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
However, the location is on a very busy street, at least during our stay. There's a mini-golf course across the street that doesn't close until around 11 pm, so it can get quite noisy there.
Sitting comfortably and quietly on the terrace or balcony in the evening is rather difficult, especially if you have a room facing the main street.
The rooms were also unfortunately very noisy. I could sometimes hear my neighbors talking.
Restaurant:
It's possible to have dinner at the hotel.
The food is very tasty, the portions are relatively small, and the prices aren't. The price-performance ratio isn't quite right.
Breakfast:
Relatively basic, but probably sufficient for most people.
Spa Area:
Small but nice, with a steam room, Finnish sauna, whirlpool, and light therapy shower.
What's absolutely missing are shelves for hand and bath towels, as well as hooks for bathrobes.
What was unfortunately very negative:
One evening, around 1 a.m., the fire alarm went off.
The hotel is unmanned in the evenings, but there's a notice with an emergency number posted in the entrance. After about 10 minutes, the hotel guests gathered in front of the hotel, all wandering around helplessly. Some tried to reach someone at the hotel using the posted emergency number, but no one answered. After about 30 minutes, a hotel guest took the initiative and called the Italian police directly, explaining the situation. They then apparently agreed to send the fire department. However, it then took another 30 minutes for them to finally arrive. In the meantime, some hotel guests went back to their rooms, even though the fire alarm was still active and the situation hadn't been clarified. Only after the fire department arrived, an hour later, did someone from the hotel come. It then turned out that a guest had apparently been smoking in their room.
Conclusion: In an absolute emergency, no one from the hotel could be reached. That's simply unacceptable.

This 3-star hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars. Parking costs 15 euros per day, and while there's free parking behind it, you need to arrive early because it gets full and you might not find a spot. The rooms are clean and clearly renovated, but they only have towels and soap. There's no running water (it's in the fridge and you have to pay for it). Tissues were only provided when we asked, and there are no slippers. There's only one small trash can in the bathroom. I booked a room with a balcony, but it overlooked the parking area, which isn't worth the extra cost. The breakfast is very basic, mostly dry goods, eggs, and some pastries.

Yes, it's a new hotel, but it's right on the main road into/out of town and has no pool. It's far too noisy. The lake is about an 8-minute walk away, but it's just a pebble beach with very little shade, which wasn't clear to us. It's absolutely packed on weekends. That wasn't clear to us either.
The food was good, although we didn't think half-board was worth it!
The service was good, especially Mathilde, who was a real angel. Thankfully, the room had air conditioning; otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to get a wink of sleep in the summer.
We didn't think a room with a whirlpool was worth it.
We wouldn't go back there.

We had a wonderful and romantic stay at the Goti Hotel, with a beautiful room featuring a rooftop terrace and a private whirlpool. A truly beautiful hotel with its own unique style, ideal for couples. We felt very comfortable in our room, which was very modern and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff gave us a very warm welcome, and the young team made it easy to feel at home. Everyone was always friendly and attentive, and we always had everything we needed. The breakfast is very varied and plentiful, and I would recommend everyone to eat at the Gota Restaurant in the evening. We had a very tasty and unique menu and a dream dessert. We even received a welcome drink, which we thought was very thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and, by the end of our stay, we wanted to stay longer. After much planning, we decided to take a trip to Lake Garda. The only remaining question was where to stay on the lake. That's how we came across Torbule and the Goti Hotel. After the long drive from Germany, it's simply quicker to get there from the north. The hotel is located on a road, but that didn't bother us. Our room was on the side and the noise level was acceptable. The staff were consistently very attentive and friendly. The rooms are functionally furnished, but unfortunately, there was only one mirror above the sink in the bathroom. You can never really check your outfit from head to toe. Breakfast was ample and constantly replenished, and the dinner menu was quite presentable. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, and we would like to thank the incredibly kind people in the service.

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Goti for 4 days. We were so delighted with the entire experience. The rooms are immaculate and well thought out. The walk in. shower was divine. This little Hotel punches way above its
Weight. Location is excellent with town and the lake within a few mins. The facilities are excellent with a Bike secure storage unit with a few essentials like a workshop stand etc. It also has a Sauna, Steam Room, Aromatic Shower, Jacuzzi, and relaxation room with fruit tea and water to keep you happy. The breakfast is outstanding with the breakfast team being fantastic too. But the best bit was the reception team, I was really tired on arrival and they helped me with smiles and advice and made me feel very welcome indeed. Aurora, Jasmine & the rest of that team should get an award for how they go the extra mile to not only help but do so with warmth and a smile. Thanks ! Definitely will stay again if in the area.

What a gem of a hotel, what great staff they have working there also. I stayed for an extended Leap Day weekend Thursday to Monday and the Hotel did not disappoint.
You need to check-in before 22:00 local time for the receptionist to give you what you need but outside these times just contact the Hotel by phone and they can set up something for you to let you have a later check-in. I was thinking of making a night of it the first day in the end I didn't I preferred to go and take my stuff there first so that's how I know this.
I've written more information on the room separately as I hit the word limit here.
The WiFi is very strong and available on all floors including the basement levels.
There is a gym downstairs and entertains a maximum of 4 people at any time, you should prebook this but I went out of season so it was virtually me and only a handful of other guests who even used it. There is plenty of stuff to keep you on track it has a few steps, exercise ball, benches, cable machine, leg extension, pulley, lat machine, treadmill, free weights and weight disks if you need heavier (up to 25kg per disk), incline leg press, smith machine, tower, bench press there is a big TV in the middle of the room which you can use for Music or entertainment unless you want to bring your own headphones.
The common area upstairs includes The Gotà Restaurant and also the Hotel Bar. I only eat here once because of the way most of my days were planned out but it has everything you would expect for breakfast pastries, sweet things, bread rolls, sandwiches.
Finally I wanted to explore the Gotì Spa on my last day. I had already checked out and put the suitcase into the car so this was going to be the final thing I did there. They have an offer of €20 for “Social Spa” this means there is you and whoever else commits to a timeslot usually 90 minutes. The facility was amazing, very clean and perfect for just me as no one else was booked but it was the middle of the day so by then I imagine most people would have been out of the hotel anyway. I was happy to find there was a shower there with an area to get changed so I could leave immediately after. You walk from Reception into the Spa area and as you walk in the changing area and shower and toilet is directly to your right through a door. Directly ahead to your right is the Aromatic Shower. To the left is first the Steam Room then the Finnish Sauna and finally the Whirlpool / Hot Tub opposite that is the Shower to use after each treatment and a doorway there leads through to the relaxation area where there are refreshments and snacks. You will be given a spa bag which includes shower shoes, a spa towel and a bathrobe, an extra towel is available if you need it. Because it has its own enclosed shower I was able to get changed and prepare to leave for Milan without needing to go to my hotel room which was appreciated for time-efficiency.
Overall this hotel has all the facilities you could ask for and although its not staffed 24/7 you can still gain access with your Hotel room key or a 4-digit Pin code they give you. A huge thank you to Jasmine who was fantastic and extremely helpful particularly on the last day where timings got away from me

We booked this hotel because we liked the reviews. The room was minimalist, just as I like it, clean and bright, with very soft bath linens and excellent toiletries. The surprise was the upgrade on our booking; our room had a very large terrace, sun loungers, a sitting area, and a wonderful 4-person Jacuzzi that pampered us, considering the outside temperature. The breakfast buffet was superb, with an open kitchen and a chef ready to quickly prepare dishes not available or to top up the buffet. Indoor and covered parking is available. Attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Ten minutes from the lake and Riva del Garda. It was a shame we only stayed for one night, but we will definitely be back.

Modern and sleek hotel located in the romantic town of Torbole right next to the lake. The location allows for all sorts of water activities like boat rentals, canyoning and wing foil. The hotel itself is very clean, with very friendly and welcoming staff, and I absolutely loved the breakfast buffet with a lot of options including a juicing machine. The room was modern and very spacious with a bathtub near the bed and a balcony overlooking the mountains (Delight package). There is a lot of things to do around the hotel like water sports, hiking, walks around the village and enjoying the lake itself. I cannot wait to come again in 2024.

The staff was excellent – very accommodating. The service in the dining room couldn't be better – we even got recommendations for what to see in the area.
The breakfast was delicious – lots of choice, top quality.
The portions in the restaurant were generous, and the food was very good and beautifully presented.

Large and clean rooms, extremely kind and always smiling staff, generous sweet and savory breakfast: the fresh yogurt and homemade desserts are excellent.
The wellness area includes a sauna, whirlpool, Turkish bath, and sensory showers, as well as a relaxation area with a refreshment bar... I absolutely recommend it, very relaxing. Parking is available at the hotel or in the adjacent area.
Special mention to the staff, who truly pampered us on several occasions when they learned it was our anniversary. It's truly an excellent hotel, worth considering if you're staying in the area.

The rooms have a minimalist, modern design (few furniture, a window in the bathroom overlooking the bed), which we liked.
The staff is very friendly and speaks fluent English and even German!
The excellent breakfast buffet, also with very friendly staff, is particularly noteworthy.
There is a free parking lot directly behind the hotel (we traveled at the end of October, and the parking lot was empty every day).

I stayed at the GoTì Hotel for a client retreat for people with disabilities. The hotel is very nice and new. The entire hotel is wheelchair accessible, there are no stairs to climb, and the shower entrances are level. The only thing that could use some minor improvement are the doors, which are a bit hard to push open
The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the lake, but unfortunately, it's also on the main road. The windows could be better soundproofed; it's a bit annoying when you fall asleep, but afterward, you don't notice it anymore

A very nice, new hotel in a great location (5-minute walk to the lake) right on the main road. The room was nevertheless quiet. Parking (covered & outdoor) is available directly at the hotel (€10-15/night). A very extensive breakfast with excellent service. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Free, locked bicycle storage is available, and use of the small in-house gym is also free with a prior reservation. Many massages can be booked; the relaxation massage was very relaxing.
We arrived at 11 a.m. and were able to check in at noon (actually 2 p.m.) and even received a free upgrade to a larger room. As a farewell gift on our last day, we received a personal message and a glass of chilled champagne. We were/are absolutely thrilled and can 100% recommend the hotel!

We stayed at the Goti Hotel for a week and will definitely be back. We had a great stay. We received a free upgrade upon arrival. Our room was super modern and very clean. We also had a large balcony with a view of the mountains and two loungers to relax on. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. They even had a juicer. The location is perfect. You can be in the city center or by the water in just a few minutes. Despite that, you hardly hear any traffic on the street. A free gym is available. There are parking spaces in an underground garage or outside for a fee of €15 per day. On our last day, we received a little note with a bottle of sparkling wine. We can 100% recommend the hotel and are already looking forward to our next stay at the Goti Hotel.

We stayed there for a week and really enjoyed our stay at the Gotí Hotel. We were given a complimentary spa hour, and the waiters were always very, very friendly. The hotel's location is very good, and the lake is just a few minutes' walk away. We decided to leave early on our last day, which would have meant missing breakfast, but they prepared special lunch boxes for us. Overall, a really great hotel!

The only downside was the windows. They aren't insulated at all. Whether the windows are open or closed makes no difference; the noise is constant. But overall, a very nice hotel in a lovely location. We will definitely come back.

The entire hotel has spacious and modern rooms, consistently friendly staff in every department, and a wonderful breakfast. Secure bicycle storage is available, and right next to it is a shower for cyclists. Ample parking is available in front of the hotel and in the open garage; the fee was included in our booking. As apology for an accident, we were allowed to use the spa (thank you again for that!), but it would be helpful if towels and shower gel were provided, and a few hooks/shelf units in the showers would be great. Just a suggestion. It's worth booking the hotel directly, as the minibar is then included.

We were staying for the whole week and everything was great until the last day. The breakfast is delicious, but not various: no pancakes, porridge, the warm food is only eggs. Sometimes all pastry was not fresh enough, but still delicious.
On the last day we had a surprise in our room in the evening: the bed was full in sand and dirt, all linen was dirty, shelves were all in sand and this all was after afternoon cleaning. You may find photos below.
Reception and managers did nothing actually, did not propose any solution at all, we cleaned this mess by ourselves, they acted like this is normal situation at all, reception lady said: I do not know what to do here.
At our last night we also had a second “pleasant” surprise from the room near us: couple from Russia was having a party at the terrace at 00:00-02:00 with loud Russian songs and communication. Again we called reception and the lady told us that she will come upstairs now, after 20 minutes we realized that no one came and no one called the neighbors, we tried to call reception again several times but no one picked up. We had a great sleepless night.
When we checked out the reception lady behaved really chaotic and didn’t even apologize, so it’s quite unpleasant and we are not sure if we ever come back again.
(Also please be aware that there are a lot of insects on the floor in the bathrooms, we asked to use spray several times, but our request was ignored)

We stayed at the Hotel GoTí for a week in the "Harios" room.
On the day of our arrival, we received a warm welcome and were shown to our room by a very friendly staff member.
The cleanliness of the hotel room left nothing to be desired.
Only the pool on the terrace had an unpleasant odor. However, the problem was immediately resolved when we mentioned it.
The breakfast is fantastic!
From delicious rolls and scrambled eggs to sweet Italian delicacies, everything is there. A juicer where you can press your own fruit and vegetables into a delicious juice is also available.
The cappuccino is the best I've ever known!
After breakfast, we returned to the room and, lo and behold, there were fresh towels, fresh beds, a restocked minibar, and everything was cleaned. Wow!
The absolute icing on the cake, however, was the bottle of "Vino Frizzante" in an ice bucket.
We received this, along with a greeting card, for FREE! as compensation because the restaurant closed early the night before.
We'll definitely be back.

Wonderful hotel in Torbole with a great base for excursions around Lake Garda. The rooms are well-equipped, and we really enjoyed the whirlpool on the balcony. It's quite visible from the upper floor, but it didn't bother us.

Stayed a weekend (Sunday and Monday) in November.
Excellent location on the road from Nago Torbole to Riva del Garda... Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious, with a double bed and a romantic bathtub, a bathroom with a shower, and a bathroom kit with soft towels and (finally) plenty of towels.
There was direct access to a small balcony with a mountain view, with sun loungers and chairs, which we didn't use due to the weather... Everything was very, very clean...
With the half-board option and for booking directly, we received free water from the minibar, a welcome cocktail (your choice), and a three-course dinner of your choice.
The hotel and restaurant staff were absolutely helpful, welcoming, and very kind.
The fusion restaurant dishes with an ethnic touch were delicious and plentiful...
The breakfast was amazing, with an enviable selection of desserts...
The price was absolutely fair...
Both outdoor and indoor parking... which is not a given...
My new go-to for Nago Torbole

During the day, the hotel doesn't seem particularly special, but by late afternoon, a clear and captivating identity emerges: the magic of transporting guests to a lounge atmosphere, with a cosmopolitan feel and open to the most intriguing experimentation.
Exquisite aperitif, followed by a simply superb dinner: compliments to the chef!!
I really appreciated the minimalist style and the skillful use of black throughout.
Comfortable room—thanks for the surprise free upgrade—if I had to find a flaw, it would be the lack of a bidet in the bathroom.

A great dog-friendly hotel for a romantic getaway, an active holiday (mountain biking, hiking, surfing, etc.), or simply to explore northern Lake Garda. The restaurant serves exceptionally flavorful cuisine with fusion dishes that are sure to impress. Breakfast offers every variation your heart desires. Our room, with a whirlpool on the balcony, is exceptionally clean. It's the perfect place to relax after a busy day. We highly recommend the half-board option. The bar welcomes you with great drinks.

We spent our summer vacation at the Goti Hotel on Lake Garda for the second year in a row.
Just like last year, we were very satisfied.
The hotel is well-equipped and the staff very friendly.
I particularly like the excellent service at breakfast. They always tried to please us and were especially friendly and accommodating.
The fitness room is highly recommended. You can reserve it at reception and then use the room and its excellent equipment to yourself. Great!
The surroundings are wonderful. Lake Garda is just a few minutes' walk away.

My wife and I were on our vacation together at Lake Garda at the beginning of June.
The hotel is very clean and the staff super friendly.
The location is also very good, just a few meters from the lake (about a 5-minute walk).
There's also an ice cream parlor across the street, and the food at the hotel is delicious and of high quality!

We've been choosing this hotel for a few years now to spend a few relaxing days in Torbole. The location is excellent, the breakfast is excellent, and the rooms aren't brand new, but they're more than adequate, equipped with every comfort.

I liked the choice of music in the dining room. In the morning uplifting and in the evening relaxing but not too boring.
But the best of all is the amazing staff. They managed to find a balance between high quality service and a feeling of hanging around with nice people. Most (all?) of the staff are locals, that can help you out with tipps. Cheers to the two charming ladies from the night shift and the great and motivated coworker that solved the problem with our disrespectful neighbors.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating, the rooms newly renovated and absolutely clean. The location is fantastic, less than a 10-minute walk from the lake. The breakfast is very extensive and fully available until late morning. It was also great that the minibar drinks were included in our booking and refilled daily.
The only drawback was that our room faced the street, and it was often very noisy on the balcony in the afternoons. Nevertheless, we give it full marks because everything else was so great.

A fantastic hotel that deserves four stars and offers excellent value for money. The hotel boasts a superb breakfast, very friendly staff, and modern rooms in various sizes and styles. Booking through their website is recommended, as this includes access to the spa area.
Unfortunately, we were assigned a room (111) where a ventilation pipe or similar was located directly next to the bed in the wall. This was only turned off around 11 PM or midnight, making it impossible to sleep before then. The noise was far too loud.

Goti hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is luxurious, clean, breakfast is wonderful, staff are always welcoming and helpful. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is the bathroom door that lacks privacy, since it is see-through and not seald. It can get awkward if you are staying with a partner in the room... I don't know what else to add to the excellent reviews already expressed by other guests! Comfortable rooms, breakfast with a wide selection of quality products, both sweet and savory...it has everything you'd typically find in hotels of this category. In my opinion, there are two positive points I'd like to highlight:
1) the BATHROOM, spacious, functional, with a window and a rare amount of counter space, and a shower approximately 2 meters wide and a dispenser with excellent quality products.
2) the KINDNESS, FRIENDLINESS, PROFESSIONALISM, and FRIENDLINESS of all the staff, who contribute to making you love this place. I'd say we received much more than we gave. Thank you.

This is my second stay with them. The property is excellent and brand new. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Covered parking is available, and the staff is very friendly. The spa is also highly recommended. My only complaint is that the TV doesn't connect to the property's Wi-Fi, so you can't watch Netflix or similar.

I stayed at this property over the August bank holiday weekend with my partner. I'm giving it 5 stars because it's the highest I can give! The hotel is renovated and modern. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The room is spacious and offers many amenities (a 50-inch TV with Netflix and Prime Video, a bathtub in the room as well as a shower in the bathroom, a dispenser with shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and body lotion all from the well-known Comfort Zone brand, air conditioning, and a small balcony). Free parking. The breakfast is amazing: all kinds of sweets, mini pizzas, and savory options, eggs cooked any way you like, cold cuts and cheeses, yogurt, juices, and the option to make freshly squeezed juices, as well as the entire coffee shop. If I have the chance to return to Torbole, I'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel in the center of Torbole. We booked on Booking.com for one night, and they offered us a free upgrade, which was very welcome. Beautiful room, very well furnished and clean. Lovely bathroom. A generous sweet and savory buffet breakfast. We'll definitely be back!

The room is impeccable, newly renovated with a good bathroom, and nice balcony. The breakfast is a buffet which is fantastic. Also here, the staff who run the breakfast are super friendly.

I stayed at this beautiful hotel with my girlfriend from September 25th to 26th, 2020. What can I say... a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, equipped with every comfort, and the staff is truly excellent. Upon our arrival, we were immediately offered a welcome cocktail and given all the necessary information about our vacation. The room was truly large, spotlessly clean, modern, and well-equipped: a bathtub next to the bed, a spacious bathroom, and a spectacular TV. The bed and the linens were also excellent, truly top-quality. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and the spa was truly beautiful and relaxing. Special mention goes to all the staff, who went out of their way to assist us during our stay in Torbole: thanks to Lorenzo and Valentina, truly excellent receptionists.
There really aren't any negatives. The only flaws we found were the cold during breakfast (but I suspect keeping the windows open and the rooms well-ventilated was due to COVID-19 protocols), and the spa's hot tub: in a very refined and completely new setting, it was out of place because it seemed a bit dated.
Overall, a great stay, great staff, great service! We'll definitely be back!

A very nice hotel, modernly furnished and very clean. Great emphasis is placed on hygiene. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we even got a free upgrade to a suite.
Breakfast was plentiful and good, with rolls specially wrapped for hygiene reasons.
Cons: Not soundproof, so a bit noisy as it's located on the street, but that's all.
Parking is subject to a fee if you book through Booking.com, but free if you book via the hotel website, as is the minibar.
All in all, recommended; we'll definitely be back.

I spent a weekend here with my husband in July. Despite the health emergency, the hotel is super safe and clean.
Rooms and bathrooms are truly spacious and elegant. Breakfast is plentiful and caters to all tastes, even for those who want to stay fit and not overdo it. The staff is kind and attentive.

The hotel's website promised a lot – so we booked. Once we arrived, we were even more impressed by the actual hotel! Great room (as a family, we had two private rooms with a shared entrance). One room category even had a bathtub in the room – wow! The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower and sink, as well as an intimate shower next to the toilet!
Comfortable box-spring bed, large TV with a good selection of channels. A great lighting concept, and the clothes rack is flawless in both design and function.
Great feature: The minibar drinks are free and refilled daily. This delighted not only the children.
A swimming pool would, of course, be the icing on the cake – but there's simply no room for it. But since Lake Garda is a five-minute walk away, nothing stands in the way of a spontaneous dip.
The hotel is located directly on the busy main road (Torbole - Riva). But that doesn't detract from the comfort of the accommodation. Parking (some of which is underground) is available.

A truly wonderful hotel! We'd love to come back!
We stayed at the Goti for two nights at the end of June, when the hotel had only been open for a few days. The spa and gym weren't yet set up or open.
The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Everyone speaks German, and Elia also speaks very good English.
Our room was large and even had a bathtub next to the bed. Everything was new, very clean, and functionally furnished.
The breakfast left nothing to be desired. Due to Covid-19, there was no buffet, but you could order various items (muesli, cheese, cold cuts, croissants, cakes, various spreads, fruit salad, eggs, etc.).
For those who don't want to/can't drink milk: they even offer soy, almond, and rice milk – even in cappuccino.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be back.

The hotel may be a bit older, but it's still quite good! The location, almost in the center, with easy access to many restaurants, bars, and of course, the lake, is excellent! At the Hotel Ideal, I can only rate the food and the restaurant service. Both are plentiful, although, especially with food, quantity is less important than quality. However, quality is also present. I particularly enjoyed the pizzas, but I can only judge the rest of the menu from a distance by looking at the neighboring restaurants – but everything always looked good. The location, of course, couldn't be better.

Many thanks to the Hotel Ideal team for the wonderful stay. We booked two rooms for three people and stayed for four nights. Communication before and during our stay was perfect. Even the late check-in was no problem and went smoothly. We've booked this hotel several times before – especially because of its great location and the friendliness of all the staff. Everything is just right here. Breakfast was ample, always well-stocked – a wide selection and simply delicious. There were various juices, coffee, tea, and cappuccino, etc., if you wanted. The hot dishes were absolutely fresh and very good. The room on the third floor had a lovely view – only the street noise was a bit bothersome, but you know that beforehand, as the hotel is located on a busy road. The rooms in general are well-furnished, and you can tell the hotel is popular – the furnishings are a bit dated and perhaps a few things are broken here and there, but that didn't bother us at all – the whole hotel exudes a lovely charm. We didn't use the whirlpool on the terrace this time, as we didn't have enough time. We highly recommend this hotel! Anyone wanting a wonderful holiday in Torbole, uncomplicated and surrounded by friendly people, should book here – everything is easily accessible from here and the price is also justified. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

The hotel has excellent facilities: We stayed there with our under-14 girls' volleyball team, and everyone, both girls and parents, were very happy. I travelled to Italy for 6 days in order to have a break from work as well as enjoy my first holiday with my Girlfriend. We had heard a lot of things about the area and we could see from photos that it looked good, but it's not until you see it for your very own eyes, that you realise how amazing Lake Garda and the surrounding areas are.
Not only were we suprised by the area but also by the hotel. When we booked we saw that it was 3* and so didn't have many high expectations except we saw from reviews that the rooms were clean and that the breakfast was good. The reviews are not wrong, the rooms are very clean, they're of good standard and the breakfast is honestly the real star of the show. We both had our own room and they were pretty much identical. The buffet breakfast had all that you could want from hot foods to fruits and yogurts as well as locally baked goods. There was also fresh juice and fresh coffee available.
The staff were kind and helpful. We asked the receptionists for information about the surrounding area in terms of local restaurants and good viewpoints to which they happily helped as well as giving us their honest preference and not just the restaurants down the road etc. A personal highlight of mine was that the cleaners left out a plate of sweets for guests on the first floor landing, and if they can go to the effort to make sure that something as small as that is regularly replenished then what will they not do in order to try and make a guests stay as good as possible.
To summarize, the hotel is good, but for the price of £34 per room per night (Inc breakfast) it is excellent.

The only negative is that they should be more flexible. We had half-board, and for us, one appetizer, one first or second course, and one dessert were too many, and drinks were not included. So, it seemed reasonable to make an exchange: one less meal and a bottle of water included. This wasn't possible.

The location is great, close to everything, and there's parking for the car and bike. The room we stayed in wasn't very large, but we opted for the economy room, so there's nothing to complain about. The hotel isn't suitable for those who enjoy quiet, as it's close to the street. However, there are external blinds, which allows for some soundproofing. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was the same every day, but good, with plenty of fruit and homemade vegetable juice (I missed fresh orange juice). The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel, quite centrally located in Torbole.
Delicious breakfast, and the pizza in the restaurant was also very good.
Rooms are comfortable and modern. Staff are friendly and speak German and English.
Bike storage with ample parking is available.
I highly recommend it.

This hotel was very nice for us because of its central location and the bike shuttle to the Via Claudia Augusta nearby.
We arrived with our bikes at 8 p.m. and received a very warm welcome. The room, with a small balcony, was very spacious, and the breakfast was excellent.
