An exceptional hotel in every way! Conveniently located near the city center, clean and spacious rooms with all the comforts, and a very friendly and attentive staff. But what amazed us most was the breakfast: we've rarely found such a wide selection of products in hotels... sweet and savory, with freshly prepared ingredients, special attention to intolerances, gluten-free kits, lactose-free and vegan options... superb!

Definitely will stay again! Amazing experience with world class customer service, perhaps the best complimentary breakfast ever experienced with rooms that are both cozy and spacious. It was remarkably clean and well kept with more amenities than we were able to enjoy. The staff were able to quickly meet special requests and provide knowledgeable, helpful information about the area. There really was nothing negative about this experience especially since the value far exceeded the amount we paid. Highly, highly recommend.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for a week. We were very pleased. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The girls at reception are lovely, always ready to help and guide us through any situation. I especially want to mention the breakfast!!!! IT'S AMAZING! The food at this hotel is, in my opinion, the best of any restaurant in the city. I highly recommend it!

The hotel is beautiful.
When you enter the room, the smell is nice, unlike other hotels.
There is parking if you have a car and they help you carry your bags when you get off. They bring them down for you and put them in the car. The hotel is clean and deserves it. It is close to a mall. The only downside is that the center is a bit far. If you have a car, it is better to go by car.
I would like to thank the hotel manager, she is an elderly lady who is cheerful and always smiling and laughing. They are all friendly and helpful.
The hotel is amazing and I will come back if I come again. The breakfast is also delicious and there is the same buffet. The reception is open, light, I mean. I recommend it

We spent four wonderful days here as a couple in a suite and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was very spacious and comfortable, offering a beautiful view. The breakfast (some vegan options and gluten free friendly) was absolutely exceptional – a great variety and top quality. We also loved the delicious snack buffet in the afternoon, which was a very nice touch.
The service was outstanding throughout our stay – friendly, professional, and always attentive. The hotel offers excellent parking facilities, which made everything even more convenient. Overall, a perfect stay – we will definitely come back!

A wonderful hotel in every way!
The location is excellent, close to most tourist attractions. It's about a 10-minute drive from the center, or a 30-minute walk along the lake—a truly enjoyable experience and well worth it.
It's also close to a mall with a supermarket and a variety of great restaurants.
The staff service was beyond excellent, especially Christina, who was extremely helpful, always smiling, and exceeding expectations.
The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the prices were reasonable for the high level of service.
It's a place I'd definitely return to again without hesitation.

The location is excellent, a quarter of an hour from the center, and it's much cleaner than the hotels in the center.
The hotel is truly excellent, making it an excellent choice. It has parking, breakfast and snacks from 5 to 8 p.m.
And an event card.
The hotel is excellent, and I highly recommend it when in Garda.

Super friendly and helpful staff. No question is too much trouble.

Free snacks such as meat, fish, vegetarian, and fruit are available daily between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Beautiful but small pool, but always a spot available and on the sunny side of the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay; everything was perfect! They even offer a snack buffet every evening, which was delicious, and they also give you a guest card that gives you free access to multiple attractions. Look out for Mr. Ali; he was very great and helpful with so many things.

To the Hotel Management,
Frankly, what happened is completely unacceptable. It's unacceptable for a hotel of this standard to have only three irons, and for someone to keep taking them and then disappear. Even worse, an employee entered the room without permission to take the iron, which is disrespectful and a clear violation of privacy.
This behavior is unacceptable, and I hope this complaint reaches management because what happened shows a lack of respect for guests and is not the standard of hotel service. I hope there will be a quick and clear solution because we pay money to be comfortable, not to face situations like this.

Tonelli Garda Suite is a fantastic hotel. We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very fresh and modern, and the breakfast was among the best we've ever had. Every afternoon, a small buffet with snacks was also served, which was a lovely touch.
We could borrow bikes for free, which made it easy and enjoyable to explore the area. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the stunning beach — an ideal location.
The amazing staff went out of their way to assist us, even when we had lost a bag on the bus.
We really hope to return to this hotel in the future!

The hotel’s location is absolutely wonderful and very comfortable, with a beautiful balcony view that added a calming touch to our experience. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, reflecting the high quality of service.
I would also like to thank Mr. Ali, the porter, for his professionalism and courteous manner.
However, what truly stood out was the receptionist who assisted us during check-in. Not only did she make the process smooth and welcoming, but she also went out of her way to help us charge our electric car when we encountered a technical issue. She contacted another hotel and made all the necessary arrangements for us with such professionalism and kindness.
Unfortunately, I forgot her name, though I believe it was distinctly Italian .
I sincerely hope the hotel management can check my name in the guest records to identify this wonderful employee and reward her accordingly — she was a key reason our stay was so pleasant and stress-free.
Thank you to the entire hotel team. We truly look forward to returning soon!

The room has a bad smell, very unbearable , the bed is not comfortable hard pillows it caused my back to hurt and am still in my 20s that says a lot , the service is very bad I asked them about the flys in the room and they said it’s your problem not doing any thing to help they don’t have connection with taxi or maybe they did not want to order ??? At the end of our holiday tour around Lake Garda and the metropolis of Verona, we spontaneously decided to spend the last two days before our return trip relaxing in Riva del Garda and found this hotel at very short notice.
The reception staff were incredibly friendly, and we immediately felt welcome. The double room provided for us was on the second floor and had a large terrace overlooking the pool area. The room is modern and in perfect condition, and the beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning is easy to use and works perfectly.
Breakfast also left nothing to be desired. The selection and quality of the food and drinks offered were outstanding, and the service staff were very attentive and friendly. We couldn't possibly eat and drink as much as we would have liked to try. It was simply delicious.
We felt very comfortable during these two days, and we will certainly try to stay at this fantastic hotel again on our next visit to Riva del Garda.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. We had a small mix-up with the room, but it was resolved promptly. Everything else was excellent. The staff and owner were very friendly, and the breakfast was extensive and excellent. The hotel isn't very close to the city center if you're walking, but it's a short walk because both the lakeside and the main road are beautiful.

Spacious, bright rooms with large windows (no street noise), meticulously designed and stylish. Breakfast offers a wide selection to suit all tastes. I booked for just one night and was very happy with it. The room was very spacious and had a balcony with a stunning view. The price seemed reasonable, but the only downside was perhaps the lack of cleanliness. I would perhaps ask for a little more attention to that, but otherwise, it was fine. An excellent hotel in Riva del Garda, located on the main road. It's a new, six-story building with a garden and a large pool. The rooms are large and bright, with large windows and balconies overlooking the lake, and electronic key cards. The bathroom is also spacious. The bed is a king-size. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options, and guests can use the kitchen. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself is great, clean, nice lobby, breakfast is superb with reasonable variety. My main complaint is the heat in the room. There is no way to adjust the temperature and the only way to sleep is with the open balcony door open. We let the stuff know but the can't do anything. Perhaps November is not the best time to visit but still I should be able to control the temperature in the room.

The hotel location is perfect and nearby most of the attractions. It has both lake views and Mountain View’s. The rooms are big and well organized. They have free car parking. The breakfast is delicious with many different options. The staff are friendly and helpful. Many restaurants, cafes and shops are within walking distance. You can enjoy sunrise and sunset from the balcony of the hotel. One of the important features for me was the gas station and big supermarket are infront of the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at the Garda Suite Hotel. The lake is a 2-minute walk away, and the town center is a 10-15 minute walk. Our room, a Standard Classic with a lake view on the 5th floor, was very well-furnished and spotlessly clean. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet couldn't be better. It included everything you could possibly need, even a juicer for fresh fruit and vegetable juices, as well as an egg station where various egg dishes were prepared to order. Bicycles were also available free of charge. We would gladly return anytime.

Excellent hotel. Especially if you're looking for a quiet restful holiday. Facilities are very good, staff so friendly , excellent breakfast newly refurbished rooms large and well equipped. Balcony a bit on the small side but very adequate. Plenty to do and see. Good walk to Riva on one side and Torbole on the other with lots to do and see. Spectacular scenery around the lake. A wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Everything about this hotel was perfect: the rooms, the extensive breakfast, and everything was replenished immediately. Fresh omelets and juices you could make yourself. If I had to offer one criticism, it would be the lack of sunbeds by the pool. Unfortunately, we only got to swim once because there were none. This is partly due to the guests, of course; some left their towels there for an hour or two while they enjoyed the village. Of course, the staff/hotel can't do anything about this. We will definitely be back! (Hopefully with more sunbeds by the pool.) A solid 10!

The rooms are modernly furnished and very clean, with balconies. The bathroom has a bathtub with massage jets. The food is delicious, and the service is very friendly and efficient. Today, Saturday, there's live music in the bar. The bar area is very spacious, both inside and out, and there's a pool.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I asked for an early breakfast, and they accommodated me, even though it was outside of normal hours. I noticed the rooms were extremely clean, and the beer prices at the bar were very reasonable. The property's location is just a few minutes' walk from the lakeside beach. There's also a swimming pool. My only recommendation: the bathroom in the single room be renovated.

We stayed at the Hotel Garda for 3 nights in August.
Impeccable service, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and helpful. They recommended things to do in Riva del Garda and the surrounding towns.
The room was dated, with many things in need of updating and replacing.
The bathroom was a good size with a whirlpool tub/shower.
The tub was in poor condition, with limescale encrusted on the whirlpool jets and the top rosette, parts of the tub and mirror rusted, and broken buttons.
The beds were comfortable.
The room was poorly cleaned.
The carpet in the hallways was stained.
The international breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of both sweet and savory options.
In addition to the usual buffet, guests can also find crepes, pancakes, a machine to make your own smoothies, and a chef who makes omelets on the spot. Truly very good.
The top-floor terrace offers a stunning view.
The pool is normal; we had trouble finding free loungers.
Excellent location, very close to the lake and about 2 km from the center of Riva.
Slightly high value for money.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel.
We booked the junior suite with half board. The hotel is very close to the lake shore, less than a 3-minute walk away.
Parking is available in front and behind the building, and there are also spaces in an underground garage just a minute from the hotel.
The staff was super friendly and available to accommodate any needs, even the most specific ones.
We had a great experience with the food. The morning buffet offered a wide variety of food and drinks, and the same was true in the evening.
The à la carte dinner menu offers a choice of 3 first courses, 3 second courses, and 3 desserts.
We will definitely be back; I highly recommend it.

The hotel met our expectations. The bathrooms in our room could have used a makeover, but the location, courtesy, and services offered made up for this.
We had a small issue with the air conditioning, and the hotel was able to handle it efficiently, offering us a room change at another hotel.
We chose to stay, and we were given complimentary drinks at checkout.
The gesture and the overall management were appreciated.

My wife and I booked this hotel as our honeymoon destination, we arrived late in the evening and were greated by very friendly staff, who informed us that as we had missed dinner they had prepared a cold supper for us in our room. On arriving in the room we were greeted by a Hart shaped display of red petals, a chilled bottle of peseco, what a lovely surprise . On checking the room it was immaculate cleaned to a very high standard, the large balcony was furnished with two bed/ loungers a table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool on the first floor.
Breakfast was outstanding ever taste catered for, staff were helpful cheerful and multilingual. Evening meals were booked after breakfast.Good selection of a three course, changed every day.
The hotel bar serving the lounge area and the swimming pool was well stocked and reasonably priced.
In conclusion this is a very well run and friendly hotel that is well positioned at the top of Lake Garda,and the area is a must see part of Italy. The wine is excellent and very reasonably priced. From Riva there are lots of things from cable cars up mountains to waterfalls and Vencular railway's to magnificent boat trips to keep all tastes happy.
We had the most amazing time if you get to this very special place I hope you enjoy as much as we did.

The only downside is the incompetent chef in the dining room; he's completely overwhelmed.

Staff at this hotel are lovely and you will be made to feel welcome. Bedroom was a little dated but spotlessly clean, towels are changed daily. Food is buffet style breakfast with a very good choice of hot and cold dishes, Dinner is buffet salad starter followed by 3 courses served by waiters. The courses are nouvelle cuisine which are delicious. The pool and garden area are very well maintained. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Would recommend this hotel for a quiet chilled out holiday. There is also live entertainment twice a week.

Beautiful hotel. Cleanliness, hospitality, courtesy, and helpfulness from all the staff deserve top marks. We had an 87-year-old grandfather, and the staff was very attentive, often asking if he had any special needs. A special mention also goes to the cuisine and menu: this is haute cuisine. Excellent food prepared with such care and elegantly presented. All dishes satisfy the palate and the eye.
Breakfast is also excellent, with everything you could possibly need, including a machine to make excellent juices! Truly . The hotel also pays close attention to vegetarians and those with food intolerances.

Loved our stay at this cozy hotel. Everything was great, especially the food! The hotel is gluten free friendly (almost any food could be made GF). Staff is super nice and helpful. Great heated pool. Convenient location right by a street full of restaurants and shops and only minutes away from city beach. Also great for cyclists as you can borrow bikes or self-service your own. There is a camera survailled bike storage room. Will come again!!

A really good and solid hotel run by very nice people. The food (although the portions are sometimes ridiculously small!) was delicious and the service was also very good. We found it a bit exaggerated that the towels were changed at least once a day. The furniture in the rooms is also long past its best and needs to be replaced.
We were missing a trash can in the room (there was only a very small one in the bathroom) and a place to hang up laundry. Unfortunately the WiFi is very bad.
There is a great terrace on the roof with loungers and tables but unfortunately this is not used at all.

Because it was by far the most wonderful, relaxing vacation of all. You can go to the pool at 10:30 in the morning and get ANY spot you want. The food and the suites on the top

This is our fourth time staying here in six years, and we've always had a fantastic time at the Hotel Garda (+Krystal). The extremely friendly staff deserves special mention (they're all very child-friendly, too!). The rooms are also very good, in our opinion, and modernly furnished, including the bathrooms. However, we've only ever stayed in the obviously renovated deluxe rooms or suites. We love coming here :)

A very nice 4-star hotel in Riva. The old town is a 15-minute walk away, and the lake is a two-minute walk away. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with the option of enjoying it outdoors. Parking is scarce, but there is parking at the sister hotel, the Savoy, which is also just a two-minute walk away. The rooms are spacious enough by Italian standards, and the bathroom is nice. The staff were all very friendly!
The hotel is right on the street, which can cause some noise at times.
Overall, however, it's definitely worth recommending!

A beautiful, very clean hotel. The staff deserves 6 points. Exceptionally polite and simply friendly. All the rooms we stayed in with our small group were excellent. I personally would have preferred a larger shower. It was quite cramped, but it worked. Breakfast and dinner were okay. You were filling, but the food was certainly not a highlight. Effort was evident. Therefore, one point deducted. Conclusion: I would book the hotel again anytime. P.S. The view from the roof terrace is simply unbelievably beautiful.

A very nice hotel, not far from Lake Garda—just across the busy main road. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast and dinner were very varied. In the off-season, the hotel is popular with senior travel groups.

Very nice hotel food is great and staff very helpful. Hotel is about 20ish mins walk from the old town and ferry port. Swimming pool and sunbathing area is at the front of the hotel and is very good. Plenty of parking available. There is a lovely roof terrace which nobody uses (no bar or staff service up there) but it’s an idea place to sunbath or sit quietly to read a book.

A very well managed hotel, excellent and friendly staff, good was very good.
Slightly strange beer selection, mostly strong german tupes and draught Heineken. No Mateo Azouro or Morretti. They did have Corona.
We would stay at any of the Tonelli family hotels without any hesitation.

I stayed at Hotel Garda for three nights during the bike festival.
Although I've vacationed at Lake Garda many times, this was my most enjoyable stay. The hotel was very nice and clean. Every extra request was gladly and easily fulfilled.
The breathtaking view of the lake from the 4th/5th floor and the rooftop terrace is simply stunning.
I will definitely come back...

We went there for my mothers 60th Birthday & stayed for 1 week (full board). The rooms were nice & the pool are was great for relaxing but the food & the staff were AMAZING!!
I've only tried full board once before in Spain but didn't like it, It gets repetitive after a while. This was very different. Every morning at breakfast you picked your dinner for the evening (the menu completely changed every day). I really enjoyed every single meal. It was all good food as well.
The staff couldn't do enough & on my mums birthday they made such a big deal of it. Thank you so much!!!! I'll be back.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am See. Roberto (übrigens ein toller Sänger) und Anna sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und an dem Service-Personal könnten sich einige 4 & 5 Sterne Hotels ein Beispiel nehmen. Das Abendessen war hervorragend, somit auch ein Lob an den Koch und das Küchenteam. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

-Freundliches Personal -Herr Tonelli ist omnipräsent und versucht stets ein offenes Ohr für seine Gäste zu haben -nette Poollanschaft mit ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Self Service Imbiss. -gutes bis sehr gutes Essen -gratis Nachmittagskuchen/-Kaffee -gratis Fahrräder (wenn auch teilweise defekt) - tägliche Live Musik, wenn auch sehr "hausbacken" -ca 200m vom Gardasee, aber auch 1km vom schönen Zentrum von Riva mit Bootsablegestelle etc. - es werden Mountainbike und Wandertouren angeboten. Joga einmal die Woche.
