We arrived to Belfiore Park Hotel after a long trek in Riva del Garda. At the reception the amazing staff welcome us and gave us tour around the bar and our beutiful room . They paid attention on every detail during our stay. We were able to enjoy the spa facilities which were meticulously clean, the jacuzzi located in the garden overlooking the lake was perfect! We would like to make a special mention of the restaurant and the hotel manager. We didn't make reservations in advance because we arrived a little late, and the hotel manager did everything possible to accommodate us . About Bistrot Al Vas - the quality of the local products and the wine recommendation made our dinner an unforgettable evening and the best we had during our trip around Garda Lake .

We arrived at the hotel late after a draining day of travel, expecting to miss dinner since the kitchen was closed. To our absolute amazement, the owner went above and beyond, ensuring the kitchen staff prepared an exceptional meal for us. He even offered to personally drive us to a nearby restaurant if needed—an incredible gesture that made us feel like VIP guests from the very start.
At check-in, Alessio at reception welcomed us with boundless warmth and enthusiasm. He took the time to give us a private tour of the hotel, showcasing its stunning facilities and thoroughly explaining all the available amenities. His passion and attention to detail set the perfect tone for our stay. All the staff were overly assisting, catering to every request with genuine care and efficiency, making our stay seamless and truly special.
The team’s thoughtfulness was especially evident in their exceptional accommodation of my partner’s food intolerances at the Bistro. They expertly tailored dishes to meet dietary needs without sacrificing flavour. The food was simply spectacular—each dish crafted from fresh, locally sourced ingredients and presented like a masterpiece. The owner, Manuel elevated our dining experience further by recommending a superb local wine that paired perfectly with our meal, his friendliness adding a warm, personal touch to the evening.
The hotel’s inclusions are phenomenal! The booking price covered complimentary access to the spa, stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, paddle boats, bicycles, e-bikes and even a charming classic Fiat 500 for exploring the area. These perks made our stay feel like a thrilling adventure wrapped in luxury. The spa facilities were a haven of tranquility and relaxation, offering the perfect escape after long daily excursions.

A really outstanding hotel with superb rooms and utmost kind staff. Upon arrival we were given a private tour through the entire hotel and its different zones. Breakfast is sublime with a lot of choice, even a big array of glutenfree options. There is a welness attached to the hotel and it even has a private beach. The hotel and its staff really open up a new world for you to escape in.

I organized an aperitif for a bachelorette party, and it far exceeded our expectations. The staff was attentive and incredibly friendly, and the owner was fantastic. He always looked after us and made us feel at ease. The food was fantastic, beautifully presented, and the owner also delighted us with explanations and interesting facts about their typical lakeside dishes.
The hotel was super clean and very attentive to detail.
I recommend everyone to experience this at the Belfiore Park Hotel.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet location. Our suite was a dream. The service was very friendly. The food at Bistro Al Vas is highly recommended. The WhatsApp ordering service at the beach loungers is also great! Fresh towels are provided for the outdoor area every day. The spa is small but adequate and must be reserved in advance. The free ride in the hotel's Fiat 500 is a highlight. SUPs and bicycles are provided free of charge. We had a wonderful week here and would happily recommend the hotel!

Magical location...right on the lake. As soon as you enter the hotel grounds, you're captivated by the paradisiacal atmosphere. Olive trees and palm trees, the infinity pool, and the sensational view of Lake Garda and the mountains—outstanding.
The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need, including bathrobes, flip-flops, and fresh beach towels daily.

A dream on Lake Garda – simply perfect!
We spent an absolutely wonderful vacation at the Belfiore Park Hotel – we were thrilled from the very first minute! The location right on the lake is idyllic, with its own parking – perfect for arriving by car. A special highlight: you can even borrow a small Italian Fiat free of charge and explore the surrounding area – so charming!
We received a warm welcome upon arrival: a welcome drink, a lovingly prepared bag of treats, and even toys for our dog, who felt just as welcome as we did. Our room was spotlessly clean and offered what was probably the most beautiful view of Lake Garda.
The drinks selection was excellent – the champagne and wine list, in particular, was a delight. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise: plentiful, fresh, and incredibly varied. Delicious snacks are available throughout the day, and in addition to the Michelin-starred restaurant (which doesn't allow dogs, which was perfectly fine with us), there's another exceptionally good restaurant right in the hotel.
The hotel offers its guests fantastic free activities like yoga, jet skiing, boat trips, SUP lessons, and free use of boats and SUPs – a sensational offer! There are also plenty of sun loungers for everyone (unfortunately, you'll find a few guests reserving them with towels everywhere ).
Another big plus: Adults only – no screaming children, no hustle and bustle, just a relaxed atmosphere and a few lovely dogs. Simply perfect for us!
We will definitely be back and thank you for a wonderful, relaxing vacation! ️

We dined one evening at the property's bistro and were pleased with the quality of the products used. The breakfast was also very varied, and the pool overlooking the lake was beautiful. A beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, and good service, but unfortunately, our room was disappointing. We stayed in the separate villa, SUITE LA VILLA, which was very dark—only had a small window—and the room layout was very disappointing. The rooms in the hotel are decorated with beautiful wallpaper, furniture, and atmosphere, but the separate villa, which is not cheap, looked like a cheap shed with white walls and simple furniture.
The restaurant was also disappointing—it was only open until 8:30 p.m. This is very inconvenient for tourists who would like to have dinner at the hotel. We had to constantly search for a restaurant nearby.

We stayed in the Imperial Suite. It was a fantastic room with a superb view and amenities. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Everything was spotlessly clean.
Breakfast left nothing to be desired. The omelet was excellent. And the other dishes in the hotel restaurant were also superb.
From the pool to the jetty on the lake, everything was perfect. We would especially like to commend the service and the friendly owner. They organized and showed us around everything from jet skiing to a trip in a Fiat. They were very helpful.

We just stayed at this beautiful hotel with our daughter for three nights, unfortunately only. It was incredibly quiet, clean, and had a very pleasant atmosphere. The heated pool with its comfortable loungers, the well-maintained garden and outdoor area, and the included amenities were simply superb! Everything was perfect! The room was spotless, there was parking for the car, the room was very quiet at night, the service was always friendly and quick, the breakfast was wonderful and plentiful (best omelet ever!), the pool was refreshing but not too cold and clean, and the ambiance right on the lake was simply superb.

Location and additional services (boats, Fiat 500 rentals, etc.) are great. The rooms are OK, just a bit bigger than normal, which is why they're called "Suite"! There's no good (normal) restaurant where you can eat and drink in the evening. The high-quality Nin Restaurant is too expensive for frequent dining and is only open 3 days a week. Unfortunately, you always have to look for a restaurant nearby. The bar is open, but it lacks any coziness, with no lounge corners, and you sit on iron chairs with very little nice decoration.

So far, everything was fine. However, for a 4-star hotel (S), the bathroom faucets weren't descaled, the room had plastic flooring, and the shower in the spa was only attached with adhesive tape. The breakfast wasn't up to the standard of a 4-star hotel either. However, the garden was very nice, and the pool was heated.
They have excellent e-bikes and regular bikes available to borrow free of charge. This was really surprising. We were able to charge our electric car for free.

Very satisfied! Good service, great massage, lovely spa. Unfortunately, there was only one restaurant for dinner. We had a week of mostly rain (October 2024) and couldn't do much. The heated pool and the suite were beautiful, and we hope to visit the hotel again in better weather!

The spa area is small but nice.
The bar has a very large selection of spirits and wines.
Ample parking is also available.
The only downside was that the bed was a bit too narrow (1.80 m) and much too soft.

Great hotel, which we would have loved to visit again, but apparently children are no longer welcome! Very surprising, as there was even a nice little play area, cribs, and high chairs.
The location is fantastic, breakfast was excellent, and the pool area was lovely. Our room was spacious with a great large balcony, and the view was breathtaking. However, the room furnishings are a bit dated, and we had a small shower with a shower curtain...
All the staff were extremely friendly and very child-friendly. It's a shame we were just about to book and it's now an adults-only hotel

Location
The hotel, the pool area, and especially the location are a dream. The staff was super friendly, and we practically didn't lack for anything. The beach promenade is ideal for walking for miles in both directions, right along the lake – the local community has done a really good job of that.
Room
We had the Junior Suite Italian Prestige, with a beautiful view directly onto the lake and plenty of space. The bathroom could use a few practical improvements, such as more hanging space for small towels, and the bathtub partition was a bit impractical and not completely sealed. However, I find the bidet extremely practical.
Regarding the bed, we unfortunately have to say that it's not at all suitable for couples. There were two mattresses that slipped apart in the middle after a very short time. After we complained, a fitted sheet was put over it, but that didn't help at all. They could come up with something else. ;-)
SPA
What surprised and bothered us was that you have to reserve a spa visit, and the time is limited. For me, this means the hotel loses its wellness character. The cold pool in the sauna was warm, which we're not used to.
Outdoor Pool
On the other hand, the outdoor pool area is a dream. Only the heated saltwater pool in the fall, at just under 27C, was a bit too cold for me.
Garden Area
We traveled with a dog. The hotel offers almost everything you could wish for. Ideally, the dog is also allowed to go to the beach and to the loungers – a dream, that way you can relax.
Breakfast
The breakfast was more than sufficient. Everything was available and every wish was fulfilled. The only thing was, we had to sit on the outdoor terrace with the dog, which is a bit chilly in the fall. I sat there with a light jacket and blanket, and I was still cold. Unfortunately, that wasn't so nice.
Restaurant
We wanted to visit the restaurant once in the evening, but we hadn't made a reservation beforehand. That means - no entry without a reservation. We then went to one of the surrounding restaurants every evening. Unfortunately, we couldn't try the food.
Overall, we highly recommend the hotel. There are certainly a few minor details that could be improved, and it would be great to know that the spa area is only accessible for a limited time.

Belfiore became our stopover through Italy. It offered us an absolutely beautiful place with swimming pools, a private beach for guests, wellness and a wide range of sports facilities around the lake. There was also a beautiful Fiat from the 60s, which served for the enjoyment of guests. Apart from the peace, comfortable rooms, excellent food and original drinks, we really couldn't have asked for more and I recommend the place to everyone looking for peace and luxury near the beautiful Garda.

Wonderful hotel. Our family of four shared a lovely, modern, clean, spacious, well-air-conditioned room with a jacuzzi bathtub my kids had fun in and a balcony overlooking a gorgeous view of the lake. We loved swimming in the infinity pool, looking out at the mountains, and splashing around in the lake. My kids used the hotel's pedal boat each day, and we frequently took advantage of the hotel's other amenities, including their paddle boards and bikes, which were always available. The staff was super friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions and making reservations for us at local restaurants for dinner. The complementary welcome drink upon our arrival was delicious and the breakfasts were very good with lots of choices. The location of the hotel we found to be just what we wanted ... right on the lake with several restaurants nearby (check out the one that's across the street and a steep 10-minute walk up up up ... beautiful views), but not crowded or touristy. We had a car and used it once to drive to Riva Del Garda, but mostly we rode bikes along the water to Malcesine. The market there on Saturday was fun. (We avoided going south...too touristy for us.)
The hotel also offered a few other perks each day. I appreciated these offerings. It felt like the hotel was trying to make the stay extra special for its guests, though I suspect they are still figuring this part out. My son, for example, got to go far out on the lake for 10 minutes on the back of a jet ski: great fun for him.
I should also say that it was really hot when we were there in late July and the air quality was poor. I could feel my throat burning at times. I might suggest just staying 3-4 days tops.

A beautiful hotel with a great pool area, a fantastic bar, and a restaurant. I was only here as a guest at the bar, but everything else looked very good too. The prices are more than reasonable for the quality. I have an apartment nearby and was able to charge my car here overnight at a reasonable price. Overall, a great experience with consistently friendly staff. I enjoy enjoying a cocktail or charging my car here.

We've been to various places, but here it was magical. From the very beginning to checkout, every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel special and well-cared for. The rooms were prepared perfectly and refreshed perfectly every day, and the view from the terrace overlooking the lake made evenings magical. Breakfast was a masterpiece, everything fresh, with an excellent selection: fruit, vegetables, juices (prepared and squeezed on site), coffee, tea, pancakes, preserves and jams (from local suppliers), bread, etc., just like in 4/5-star hotels. Plus, crucially important: sitting on the terrace overlooking the lake every day, we felt like we were in paradise. The pools and spa area were excellent (cleaned with salts, not chlorine – a revelation!). There was an ample selection of loungers, sofas, and relaxation areas, in both sun and shade in the garden and by the pools. There was a pier and small private beaches, and guests could use a vintage Fiat 500, SUPs, pedal boats, and kayaks. Every day, you can win various attractions (motorboat, rowboat, jet ski, etc.). The pools have bar service via WhatsApp, which is very convenient. There's both indoor and outdoor parking, and there's plenty of space. The bar supplies (it's an absolute masterpiece; everyone will find something they like, from the most sophisticated selections of every alcoholic beverage), plus the quality of the service and the skill in preparing drinks, coffees, and appetizers, are brilliant. Overall, there are so many reasons to write and give. The place and the staff are incredibly child- and pet-friendly, which is a huge plus! It's not cheap, but it's not terribly expensive either. The quiet, the atmosphere... the proximity to interesting places to visit, and... it's rare to find a restaurant with a Miechelin star on-site, and there... I already described this in my review of the NIN restaurant. And one more thing: the owner and staff are incredibly kind, and you feel it's natural, not forced. We are grateful to each and every one of you, because thanks to their hard work, we had a fantastic vacation and we will definitely be back ️ it was a magical and special time for our family! Thank you, Belfiore Park Hotel! ️

There are many high-quality hotels, but among them, very few stand out because they evoke emotions, transforming a vacation into a sweet, unforgettable memory.
Belfiore is an elegant and refined hotel where attention to detail is evident in every aspect.
Upon entering and at the reception, your attention is immediately captured by beautiful vintage objects that lead you inside, where the bright and pleasant bar is located, boasting an impressive variety of wines and spirits on display.
The spa, with its surprising aesthetic and functional solutions, exudes peace and tranquility.
The room, decorated with a different theme from all the others, was welcoming, clean, and with a lake view.
The grounds are a joy for the eyes and the soul, with their lush vegetation, two pools, gazebos, and everything overlooking the lake.
The professional and elegant staff are always available, discreet and never intrusive.
There's so much more to say, but I'll end by mentioning the owner, Manuel, who welcomed us with his empathetic warmth and explained the many services included in the price.

We’ve had the best 5 days here, the hotel itself is situated in a beautiful, quiet location with easy access to Malscesine. This might be a 4* hotel but the service is 5*. I have never stayed anywhere where the staff are so consistently accommodating. We visited the Nin restaurant and it was worth it, we had a great experience enjoying our first Michelin star restaurant. The breakfast was fantastic, so much choice, and everything was fresh and high quality (even a juice machine to make your own juices - amazing). Bikes are available to use free of charge which I’d really recommend as the lake front path is stunning. It’s definitely worth a visit!! Thank you Belfiore.

Beautiful hotel with a very nice outdoor area. Great location. However, the rooms need to be renovated. Signs of wear and tear on the walls and furniture. There's definitely been a lot of smoking in the non-smoking rooms. You can smell it!
The point of posting flyers in the bathrooms touting supposed environmental protection is incomprehensible, since regardless of whether the towels are lying on the floor or neatly hung up, EVERYTHING is always changed.

The value for money wasn't great. The service was a bit strange – if someone didn't speak their language, they were a bit offended (probably because of the lack of sun on this side of the lake).
Comparing this hotel to the LLAC hotel on the other side of Lake Garda – it's a complete disaster!
The restaurant was average, but the breakfast was good.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and we could not have asked for a better hotel, location, or staff. We stayed in the suite imperial, which was a gorgeous mezzanine room with two balconies, two bathrooms, and a jacuzzi tub. The room was light and airy, tastefully decorated, comfortable bed, and offered stunning views of the lake. The balconies were designed to allow great views but also block out some of the sun in peak hours so the room didn’t get too warm.
The hotel has many amenities and services. Breakfast was included and each day saw a glorious buffet to choose from, including fruits, breads and pastries, fresh eggs made to order, meats and cheeses, salmon and roe, and even Prosecco. For such a wide variety everything was excellent quality and always accompanied by the beautiful views from the terrace.
We ate at the restaurant on our first night. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine we ordered. Decor was was high quality and tasteful, but subtle enough to let the view of the lake be the stare of the show. We dined a la carte, but were still provided with canapés and amuse bouches to give us a wider experience of what the restaurant had to offer. There were a few a la carte options, but each was done to a high standard. They use a coravin system for the wine, which allows you to sample their impressive wine list without buying a bottle.
We took advantage of an offer on the spa for three treatments each, which was high quality and relaxing. The spa uses all organic products which was really good to see. We didn’t use the main spa facilities.
The location could not be better, with a private ‘beach’ area and jetty with exclusive use for hotel guests, complete with beachside drink service. Being able to leave our room and walk almost straight into the lake was a real treat. The hotel is also well situated for travelling to the other main towns of the lake, such as Malcesine, which is a short bus ride away, or could be walked on cooler days, allowing us to freely explore all the different towns around Garda. Buses run sporadically, but the stop is a couple of hundred metres from the hotel, and got us where we needed to go.
Finally, the staff were absolutely incredible. Everyone we interacted with from the restaurant to the front desk could not have been more helpful or friendly. Specifically, we mainly interacted with Giorgia and Alessio, who helped sort transfers to and from the airport, Giorgia recommending and booking restaurants for us in multiple different towns, and was always a friendly face when we passed through reception, chatting with us about our activities through the week.
There were so many services that we didn’t have time to take them all up, such as various hireable lake activities, boat tours, other spa treatments. We could have stayed another week and and not got through it all, but we will definitely be back at some point to try.
It’s a 4S hotel, which for those outside of Europe means very close to 5 stars. We have stayed in 5 star hotel where the staff were not as invested in making sure the stay was as good as it was here. This is an incredible place, and fantastic value for money.

A beautiful hotel with an enviable location, the real gem is the DHARA suite, where you have the entire spa at your disposal from 8:00 PM.
Extremely friendly staff, breathtaking views, and a restaurant in the evening led by Chef Terry Giacomello, who deserves a separate review.
The wine shop and bar are well-stocked with interesting labels and unusual spirits.
Truly well-crafted cocktails.
Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended (we were only supposed to stay for one day, but we stayed for two and rebooked for the fall given the beauty of the place).

I stayed here at the end of April for a wedding. The property was very welcoming. Every detail was taken care of and everything was taken care of. You can sense the passion with which it's managed and maintained. Excellent cuisine and a beautiful spa (it's a shame you can't access the German sauna). The breakfast was amazing!!!

Spacious and comfortable rooms, cleanliness could be improved; I found a cobweb on the ceiling and a stained duvet. The pillow selection was good, but the lack of a sheet, and sleeping with a duvet in August, made me uncomfortable. The pool and solarium area, with a gazebo and a small, well-equipped beach, were lovely. The lunch menu was limited, and dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant meant we ate outside. Excellent parking. The spa was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. Recommended.

We had the La Villa room with its own garden. We were there with our 6-month-old daughter. The room was perfect, especially with the stroller. However, I'm deducting one star for the room because the crib was unusable; it didn't even have a decent mattress; she slept in our bed. The cribs need updating. Otherwise, our stay was perfect. The breakfast was amazing, leaving nothing to be desired, and the service was always friendly. The evenings in our garden were pure tranquility; there were no "balcony neighbors." The view of Lake Garda at breakfast was beautiful. We'll be back.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, with everything within walking distance and the nearby towns just a few minutes away by car. The rooms are world-class, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking.
The breakfast buffet was varied, and the products were fresh and of very high quality. The many local products were particularly good, such as the strawberry jam produced nearby – simply fantastic! A big compliment also to the waiters; they were very friendly and professional.

Outside, there are private beaches and a heated pool, perfect for diving even on cloudy days.

The breakfast is very generous and can always be enjoyed with a view of the lake. The hotel's included services are also worth mentioning, such as bicycle and SUP rentals—even a sailing trip can be arranged—all at no extra charge. You can even book a vintage Fiat 500 free of charge for short excursions in the surrounding area. What an experience! :-) It's incredible what they offer here. The spa area is lovely, with a sauna and whirlpool, and the hotel pool is heated. For dinner, if you appreciate high-quality cuisine, you should definitely dine at the hotel and take advantage of the wine pairing. Simply wonderful—you couldn't ask for more. The only thing that was a nuisance was the morning towel reservations for the loungers by guests, which unfortunately the hotel did not prevent.

I've been coming to this hotel for many years now. I highly recommend it for a holiday. The rooms are very beautiful, with excellent service, and each room has its own unique style. The spa area is highly recommended. There's a lovely bay right on the property for guests, with plenty of options like stand-up paddleboarding and pedal boats. ️ Breakfast here is fantastic—freshly squeezed juices like ginger, carrot, celery, and apple, and a chef who prepares fresh egg dishes.
And, very importantly, there are wonderful park-like grounds for guests.

Our dream vacation on Lake Garda at the Belfiore Parkhotel
We spent a week at the Belfiore Parkhotel and had a wonderful and relaxing time there.
The hotel is located directly on Lake Garda. The road runs above the hotel, giving it a direct lakeside location. All rooms have a lake view.
Upon arrival, everything was explained to us and then we were escorted to our room.
We had a room on the 3rd floor. The balcony offered a beautiful view of Lake Garda. The room was a good size, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom also had a bidet. Bathrobes and slippers were also provided.
The garden and pool area are beautifully landscaped. There were always free loungers available, either directly by the pool with a view of Lake Garda or on a small lawn directly on Lake Garda. You were waited on your lounger, so you didn't have to leave for drinks and snacks.
In the morning, there was a breakfast that left nothing to be desired. There were freshly prepared omelets, fried eggs, and/or scrambled eggs. Freshly squeezed orange juice, every conceivable coffee specialty, a good selection of bread, etc. You could choose your own seating and enjoy the magnificent lake view on the terrace in the morning.
At lunchtime, there was a small snack menu, and in the evening, you could indulge in delicious food on the jetty in the water.
The hotel also has a wonderful wellness area. You could book a time slot (due to the coronavirus) and then have the area with a sauna, steam bath, and outdoor whirlpool all to yourself.
We took advantage of several of the hotel's inclusive offers. These included "Aperitif on the Lake," a two-hour motorboat ride across Lake Garda with sparkling wine on board.
We then went on a sailing trip. This was our highlight. Our skipper, "Sergio" (he was so great, best wishes to Sergio), took us on a two-hour sailing trip across the lake. He showed us various sights, and we were even allowed to take the helm and help with things like turning. It was so much fun. Thanks, Sergio.
On the last evening, we tried out the historic 1971 Fiat 500L. Bicycles, including e-bikes, were available to borrow free of charge. A charging station for our electric car was also available. We could have even gone for a pedal boat ride. All included.
Everyone was so nice, we had a wonderful time, and we highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back. Thanks to the entire team at the Belfiore Parkhotel for the wonderful vacation.

Fantastic location, right on the lakeside promenade, with a private beach. The room overlooks the lake with a large window and a small terrace (we were told all the rooms have this). A beautiful garden with plenty of roses and a heated pool, as well as a small but well-equipped spa. And then there's the restaurant, not only on the terrace but also with tables right on the pier, just a few inches from the lake: an excellent selection of wines, especially natural ones, and a tasting paired with the dishes is worth it. Highly recommended. My husband and I are delighted with the experience and will be back as soon as possible.

My boyfriend and I spent a long weekend at the Belfiore Park Hotel in October. The hotel is located directly on the lake, with its own spa and wellness area, a beautiful garden with a pool, and a private beach.
Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Max, and escorted to our beautiful Leonardo Da Vinci Junior Suite. It was decorated with great attention to detail, very clean, and we immediately felt at home. Since the wellness area was only accessible by appointment due to COVID-19 regulations and was already fully booked that day, Max kept it open an extra hour for us, so we had everything to ourselves: a sauna and saltwater pool indoors, and a large whirlpool outdoors.
The breakfast was also delicious and plentiful—you could even fill your own croissants!
Finally, I would like to emphasize that all the staff took the COVID-19 regulations very seriously, and we always felt in the best of hands.
At this point, I would like to thank Max and his friendly team again! Best wishes and hopefully see you very soon, Melanie and Johannes :)

PROS: Super friendly staff, clean rooms with different themes, great pool area, secure parking, location right on the lake, spa and wellness area.
CONS: Pets cost over €30 a day!!!!! Wi-Fi is available, but it's so bad that you couldn't work, use video, or stream music.
Breakfast was monotonous, always the same. There was only sausage or pork ham. Dinner wasn't available; we did it once, but the 4-course menu on the jetty on the water wasn't worth the money. So we always ate out. This urgently needs improvement.
The bathroom was still an issue; our room was so small. You had to shower in the tub with a shower curtain. But the main thing was a bidet in the bathroom, which hardly any of the guests needed and just took up space. In this price range, a different standard should be met in the bathroom. Swollen laminate flooring in the bathroom.
And that's for a two-week stay of around €4,500. I've experienced much better hotels. Nevertheless, it was a lovely holiday. Hence the three stars.

Beautifully renovated rooms (a junior suite facing the lake) and a very well-maintained garden with modern furnishings. Excellent breakfast. Upscale dinner. Free parking. High room rates. Poor bathroom cleanliness (long hair from neighbors on the floor and musty shower curtains that are only replaced when pointed out) and unstable internet. The air conditioning could be a bit cooler.

A wonderful stay right on the lake in a very well-maintained hotel with very friendly staff.
Breakfast was fantastic, everything was fresh, there was a wide selection, and the quality was high.
Garden and pool were beautifully maintained with great attention to detail.
Only a few comments: the junior suite is more of a regular-sized room with a good bathroom – I don't understand a suite as something else, perhaps it should be called a comfort room? The evening menu could be a bit more extensive; then we would have eaten at the hotel every evening.
All in all, though, a clear recommendation for the fantastic location, well-maintained and clean facilities, and a very good breakfast!

I keep coming back for the excellence of the facility, the professionalism and humanity of the owners.<br/>Fantastic themed rooms, spacious, clean, equipped with every comfort, including all the courtesy toiletries, even for the spa.<br/>Incredible breakfast, from salmon to omelets prepared directly by the chef, a wide variety of sweet and savory foods and drinks, including lots of fruit and strawberries grown directly by the owners. The hotel's location is fantastic, on the lake, with a private pier for sunbathing and diving.<br/>Many services offered by the hotel, such as sailing trips, live music on Sunday evenings, bicycle rentals, including electric ones, and the spa with an outdoor Jacuzzi on the lake.<br/>I always love returning.

Regular and electric bicycles are available, and the breakfast is a delight. You can choose from both sweet and savory options, from salmon to cold cuts, omelets, and scrambled eggs with whatever you like, all freshly made by the chef. The strawberries are home-grown, and the honey is served fresh straight from the hive's web! Lastly, there's a small outdoor pool... But overall, everything is truly fantastic. The staff is truly kind and friendly!

The food and wines on offer were delicious, but not inexpensive. Excursions, e.g., to Venice including a guide, are very good (beware... the gondola ride is a joke, as you only go around the block once).

The area is fantastic, with many tourist attractions. A bus stops nearby (this bus goes directly to Verona and back), and a ferry station is whithin walking distance.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Super friendly staff. Delicious food (at affordable prices). Beautiful location – not overcrowded but not deserted either. Delicious cocktails are available at the bar. Rooms are air-conditioned and otherwise very clean. The cleaning ladies are not intrusive but still very reliable. Stand-up paddleboarding is even available free of charge from the hotel. Extra parking is available for guests free of charge. Free Wi-Fi is available. Direct access to the water. I personally feel very well looked after here and would spend a vacation here again.
