We were there with friends for dinner. Our table outside, with pleasant temperatures and a fantastic view of the lake, was perfect. Our order was taken promptly by the waitress and served without a long wait.
Also noteworthy is that guests' glasses were never left empty, but were immediately refilled by the attentive and friendly staff, without seeming intrusive.
The dishes were very tastefully presented, yet at an upscale level.
We deducted a point for the pizza; you'd be better off ordering that at a pizzeria!
The Parmesan cheese served with the pasta in a package was also unacceptable for a restaurant of this category.
Overall, though, it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening in a pleasant atmosphere.

Stayed here for our anniversary weekend and loved it! The rooms are gorgeous (we had the one in the main building with a balcony facing the lake) and the staff is very friendly and helpful! There is beach service and bike room. Pool is rather a lagoon but who needs that when you have a perfect lake access. Dog friendly. Breakfast are very nice and Bob the robot is hilarious. Pietro is the boss and he makes sure you enjoy your stay. So we did! Will come back!

This hotel is located directly on the promenade. No traffic noise, no disturbance, everything very idyllically quiet.
Perfect for enjoying a coffee or a cigarette on the balcony, watching the lake and its hustle and bustle.
We were there by car and bike; there's a secure bicycle storage room and, just 250 meters away, a relatively large and secure garage for about 16 hotel guests' cars.
The breakfast is plentiful, with a wide selection at the buffet.
The waiters are truly very friendly and attentive, always trying to anticipate guests' every need.
The evening meal was excellent; we had the impression that a Michelin-starred chef was working in the kitchen.
The chef is present in the restaurant from morning until late evening and takes great care of all guests.
In front of the hotel is the ferry dock, which connects you to every destination on Lake Garda. There was one small disappointment: despite a generous tip at the beginning of our stay, we weren't satisfied with the room cleaning. Superficially, it seemed like it was cleaned daily, but upon closer inspection, especially in the corners of the bathroom, we could clearly see residual dirt – even from previous hotel guests.
Even a note at the reception desk didn't improve the situation. This mess remained until the end of our stay. It was a shame, but we were able to live with it and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation, which didn't just take place in the bathroom.
One final word about the reception staff: very friendly and hard-working.

Perfect location for couples and families, quit and calm are with breathtaking view. Hotel, terrace and restaurant place just on the shore. Old but beautiful building with soul and all neccessary amentities (modern). Great, very kind and helpful service starting from cleaning, reception and restautant staff. The Owner is very involved in each section of this business but above all, he is very warm, helpful and always smiled person. This place is charming and it is also great as a base camp to explore Garda area. Best regards!

Our stay at Hotel Brenzone was truly unforgettable. A true gem of a boutique hotel, where every detail is designed with love and attention. Thanks also to all the staff, friendly, smiling, and always ready to help: you can sense the harmony and passion with which they work.
The location is simply dreamy: the hotel is literally on the lake, with a breathtaking view that accompanies you every moment of the day. It's the ideal place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Garda.
We loved the free bike rental service, perfect for our wonderful ride along the lake with our daughters. The pool is impeccable, spotlessly clean, and surrounded by a relaxing atmosphere.
The restaurant is excellent, with daily specials prepared with the freshest ingredients. Breakfast is a true treat: a wealth of sweet and savory options, a coffee machine, a make-your-own juicer for fresh juices, and the option to order eggs exactly how you like them.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hospitality is great! They are kind, they constantly ask if you are satisfied with their services, the food is delicious. Our room overlooked the lake, it was fantastic! The water of the lake is crystal clear, a little cool, but it is nice in the summer heat. You can rent bicycles, paddle boats, kayaks, the first 2 hours are free. The sights of the area are endless. The reservation only includes breakfast, but you can buy dinner at the restaurant located at the bottom of the hotel. It is not expensive, absolutely Hungarian prices. However, you get it quickly, it is delicious, tasty. We can only praise the reception, the cleaning, the restaurant staff, special praise to Pietro!

The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with a huge selection. The view of the lake was amazing. There are two things to complain about: the elevator wasn't working properly, and we had booked a room for three, which, as we knew, meant our 13-year-old would have to sleep on the sofa bed. But she's only 1.78 meters tall, and the bed was too small.

We were here as the last stop on our Lake Garda tour and can only say it's fantastic
It's a little paradise with plenty of peace and quiet.
The owner and his team have made it their mission to let the customer be king, and they all fulfill this together every day.
Whether it's breakfast, dining in the restaurant in the evening, or the rooms, it was simply perfect for us.
You are personally greeted and bid farewell by the owner.
He's there every day to make sure all guests are doing well.
There are also free bicycles and a two-hour SUP.
The garden, the house... Everything is very well maintained.
They really love looking after their guests and giving them a great time.

We spent our babymoon with our dog at the Lake Front Hotel Brenzone from June 9th to 16th, 2025 – and it was perfect! The welcome was warm and friendly, and all the staff were incredibly helpful. Almost all of them were multilingual. Any small requests regarding the room, etc., were handled immediately!
Our room was modern, spotlessly clean, and left nothing to be desired. The breakfast was outstanding – the daily fresh egg service was particularly noteworthy!
A real highlight was the owner, Pietro – professional, relaxed, and simply charming. His personality made our vacation truly special.
The hotel's location on the quieter eastern shore was ideal: a perfect base for excursions, hiking, exploring, or water sports. Many dog-friendly beaches are nearby. The pool is great for children, and the large number of sun loungers right by the water is a dream. Not to mention the hotel's own parking spaces, which are a rarity on Lake Garda!
The hotel's restaurant is excellent and deserves its own special mention.
We would love to come back!

As a family with two children (11 and 14), we spent seven days at this wonderful hotel and were extremely satisfied.
The entire property is very well-maintained, tastefully landscaped with many plants and herbs, which we used to enjoy in our cooking at the end of the day. The small but lovely pool is ideal for young children (the shallow end is perfect) but also suitable for ball games with older children. It's definitely ideal for cooling off, and Lake Garda itself is just a few steps away along the lakeside promenade.
The four sun loungers in the garden are quickly occupied, but on hot days they are only partially recommended, as there is hardly any breeze in the courtyard. It's much more pleasant to relax on the loungers along the lakeside promenade. Sun loungers and deck chairs are available to borrow free of charge and can be placed wherever you like.
The rooms are clean, well-maintained, tastefully furnished, and cleaned daily. Thanks to the air conditioning, the hot nights were no problem. The electrical outlets are standard, meaning you don't need a special adapter.

Breakfast offers something for everyone, whether it's fresh fruit, cold cuts, cheese, bread, yogurt, muesli, or a fantastic coffee machine. We always started our day feeling satisfied. Breakfast can be enjoyed at tables right on the lakeside promenade with a fantastic view of Lake Garda. Egg dishes (boiled, fried, omelet, scrambled, etc.) are prepared fresh to order. The owner personally comes to each table to ask about the guests' preferences.
We took advantage of the free rental of canoes and SUPs twice. This saved us the hassle of inflating our SUPs. It was seamless and a really nice touch. Other hotels would certainly charge for this.
Bicycles are also available for free use, but we didn't use them.
The hotel has its own parking lot at the top of the road behind a barrier. This provides safe and free parking for your car.
But by far the best thing about the hotel is the owner and his staff! Everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly, and simply warm and welcoming. The owner works from morning till night, and I've never met such a friendly, positive person who, even in stressful situations, when the restaurant is busy, or even during his free time, always makes time for a chat or a bit of fun.
It was precisely this warmth that made our stay so pleasant and our departure so difficult. We have rarely felt so well cared for as in this hotel and will definitely be back!

The welcome upon arrival was very warm, familiar, and super friendly!
We were given a better room than originally booked, free of charge, with a balcony and a wonderful view of the water.
I personally liked the shower, the bed, and the balcony the most.
The hairdryer in the bathroom and the free Wi-Fi were unfortunately not so good.
The care during our stay from the owner and the excellent service from the staff was very friendly and familiar.
The food in the restaurant was very good, and fish lovers will especially enjoy it.
The breakfast was very varied and plentiful, and the speedy robot that made its rounds was very funny.
All wishes and needs are catered to and coordinated, ensuring only satisfied guests.
A wonderful 4-day short vacation!!!

After a long journey you are just happy to arrive. The welcome was very warm and our dog also received a welcome treat - thank you very much. Everything was explained well to us and the car could be parked in a garage, great service. The room had a nice view of the lake and the bathroom was very spacious. Breakfast was OK and the service was friendly. We ate in the restaurant one evening, my food was well salted, the recommended wine wasn't tasty, but that's a matter of taste. Result, staff friendly and everything clean.

The Brenzone Hotel is one of those places where you don't feel rushed. It's a boutique hotel, with friendly staff and a dedicated team. They serve you quickly and are always ready to help. The rooms are very clean, and the pool and sun loungers by the lake are a great attraction for guests. It's a shame that guests are charged a service fee when using the restaurant. The breakfasts are delicious and fresh, but after five days they become a bit monotonous. Furthermore, if you don't like dogs, you might get a little frustrated (it's the guests' fault for bringing their dogs to breakfast). Apart from that, everything is a high five-star experience. Away from the hustle and bustle of tourist towns, yet still boasting the charm of Lake Garda, I recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. The hotel has a great atmosphere, is well-maintained, and offers beautiful views. There's a covered garage. I recommend room 14. The receptionists are fantastic. If you're looking for a Garda hotel, it's worth returning. It's a great place to stay.

We were a couple staying at Lake Garda. The Hotel Brenzone is in a fantastic location. We booked the Junior Suite on the hotel's website. The room was exactly as described online: first row, with a balcony and a superb lake view. A parking garage was located about 500 meters from the hotel and was locked to prevent unauthorized access. You can park directly in front of the hotel for loading and unloading. We ate there several times. The breakfast buffet was perfectly adequate, and there was something for everyone. The cuisine is upscale, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. We always enjoyed our meals. The service was also very friendly. The wines were delicious, and I was particularly taken with the grappa. Our view and the all-around perfect day, including the hotel's excellent service and the wonderful sunset across the lake, allowed me to propose to my girlfriend. As you might expect when everything is perfect... she said yes! Pietro and his mother were always there for us and helped us wherever they could. The same goes for all the staff. We always felt well taken care of and welcome. I also tried the SUP (stand-up paddleboarding), and others tried the canoe. All you had to do was leave a deposit. That was straightforward too. We had a wonderful time here. Very attentive hosts. The staff and chefs are always available to help with any needs. The hotel restaurant serves fine cuisine. Located directly on Lake Garda, you can let the sun pamper you even at breakfast. When it rains, you can choose to dine in the semi-open-air or glass-enclosed indoor area. There's a pool with an integrated whirlpool. Everything is lovingly designed. Nothing is left to be desired here. The rooms are spacious, new, and tastefully furnished. The bathrooms are large, clean, and fully equipped. We would gladly come back.

A wonderful experience! I spent an unforgettable night with my boyfriend: welcoming and very professional staff, clean rooms, and a hotel located in a wonderful area with the opportunity to take a lovely walk along the lake. A generous breakfast was included with the room.
We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, with reasonable prices and a breathtaking dinner.
The hotel also offers amenities such as bike rental, a swimming pool, and lakeside lounge chairs. We didn't use them, but we'll keep them in mind for next time.

One of the most relaxing holidays we have had so far was at the Lake Front Hotel Brenzone. We spent 10 days there with our dog and can only say positive things. It was perfect all around. The location 1A right on the lake, very familiar and above all friendly and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful and the food is delicious! But the most important thing for us was that our dog felt comfortable and he did, very dog-friendly and loving when dealing with dogs. We'll be back!

The hotel is beautifully situated right on the lake. It has a swimming pool, and just beyond the gate is a promenade with lake entrances. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who appears everywhere, whether for breakfast or by the pool, always with a smile on his face and asking if everything is okay. You can engage in interesting conversations with him. The food is good, the buffet is quite extensive, and there's always a choice of eggs for breakfast. Croissants and other pastries are always fresh. The rooms are also nice and well-maintained, with manually controlled air conditioning. Overall, the hotel is impeccable, and it's also located in a beautiful area. I recommend it!

I visited the hotel out of simple curiosity. I found the lakefront location to be beautiful, and the rooms, all individually furnished and decorated, were original.

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend with my husband, our two-month-old son, and our dog. We were greeted warmly and kindly by both the owner and the receptionist, Roberta. The property is located on the shore of Lake Garda in Brenzone. It is a very well-kept, well-attended, and well-managed hotel. It's clear that they are continually investing in improving it and offering more and more services to their guests. The location is excellent: the hotel offers lounge chairs on the shore for guests' use, free beach towels, bicycles for excursions, free parking, and, most importantly, they accept pets (the latter for a fee). Once you've parked your car in the parking lot, you won't have to take it out to go out, go to dinner, or go for a walk. Everything is within easy reach. The room (a junior suite) was truly beautiful, clean, comfortable, and beachfront. It had a truly unique and picturesque view. Truly, nothing more to say! I will gladly return.

A beautiful hotel right on Lake Garda. Breakfast is served just across the lakeside path. The location is fantastic in the quiet and peaceful village of Magugnano in Brenzone sul Garda. We stayed in the "Romantic de Luxe Suite" with its large balcony terrace overlooking the lake. Superb! The staff and the owners themselves are very attentive.
Parking is available in an underground garage, just a few minutes' walk away.
Dogs are welcome.
If we ever return to Lake Garda, Hotel Brenzone will definitely be on our shortlist again!

A very pretty hotel, the staff and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was really nice and decorated with fine details. Price/performance ratio was pleasant, and the food was very good. Parking is a bit complicated because the car park is on a different street. You have to park briefly in front of the hotel and unload your luggage, then drive to the attached car park and walk back to the hotel (but it's not far). The owner comes through the breakfast room every morning and greets guests . The area around the hotel is beautiful and right on the lake, and the people are very friendly. It's important to know that you have to enter Brenzone Hotel into your sat nav, otherwise the sat nav won't find the hotel. All in all, a very nice short break.

The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are very stylish, and air-conditioned—a must-have. The hospitality of Anna and her team is truly wonderful. We spent our honeymoon here, and there was a freshly chilled bottle of Prosecco in our room. As a souvenir, we even received two of the hotel's incredibly elegant espresso cups . Dear Lele, Elena, Massimo, Beatrice, and Piedro. Thank you for treating us like family. We'd love to come back ️

Good hotel, just steps from the lake, nice and renovated room. It's a shame there's no air conditioning in the common areas; it was very hot. They don't offer half-board; there's a restaurant, but they only serve a few dishes. I tried the pizza and wasn't at all impressed. It's a 4-star hotel, but I only see 3-stars. I still had a good experience and would recommend it. I think I paid too much, but I think the prices are in line with other hotels in the area. The clientele is almost exclusively foreign, especially Germans.

Family-run hotel; we were warmly greeted every morning by a mother and son. Magnificent view of the lake, especially the sunset. Clean and beautifully furnished rooms. There were four of us; our fellow travelers had room 20 with a balcony and a view of the lake, while we had a regular room, number 23, at the back. Even though the restaurant was somewhat limited due to staffing issues, we felt well looked after at all times. The entire staff was friendly and very accommodating. During the first few days, we were offered small snacks, salads, and pizza, and after that, a special dish was offered every evening, such as salmon, mussels, or sardines. We spent 10 wonderful and relaxing days here and can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel!

Upscale hotel in a prime location directly on the lake with a very good restaurant. Friendly staff. Beautiful, luxurious, and spacious suite with a view of the lake, everything very clean and in mint condition. Excellent value for money. Very friendly and accommodating hosts who genuinely care about their guests. We felt very comfortable and would gladly return :) There's also a garage.

The location is truly top-notch! The double rooms aren't particularly large, but they have everything a vacationer needs. You rarely spend time in your room, as the surroundings are so beautiful. The hotel has a lovely little garden with loungers. Just a few steps away, you can swim. The garden offers peace and quiet, protected from prying eyes.

We couldn't have found a better hotel with our dog, Nico. We stayed for two weeks in September 2020, and the years before as well. We found the bike path, which runs right past the tables, to be a nuisance. The menu was also repetitive the second week. We also missed simpler dishes like spaghetti or penne. Our suite wasn't as clean either. We've booked again and hope that a solution has been found for the "racing cyclists."

Lake Garda at its best
As repeat visitors, we may be biased. But we are drawn to Lake Garda every year – and especially to the small village of Magugnano, which is part of Brenzone.
Here, the main road doesn't run directly through the village but bypasses it as far as the hillside allows.
Very idyllic, but also a little boring: you can't expect village life in the true sense of the word here. However, the promenade with its restaurants and bars, lovingly landscaped in recent years, makes up for this.
The advantages of the bypass road, including for the family-run Hotel Brenzone, are priceless. A direct location on and view of the lake, including the highly recommended restaurant, which not only offers good food but also enjoys some sun in the evenings. Excellent service, lounge chairs in the garden and directly on the lake, private access to the lake, the unique landscape, and the Mediterranean climate complete the magnificent picture.
It's not without reason that the Brighenti-Veronesi family enjoys many repeat guests.
The only downside, which doesn't directly affect the Brighenti-Veronesi family but rather the guests, is that the rooms, which have been extensively modernized in recent years, are unfortunately not always treated with care by guests. Perhaps they should charge for some damage.
Nevertheless, we've already made reservations for next year.

Hotel Brenzone is situated only a few kilometres from Malcesine on the east coast of Lake Garda. The hotel rooms are modern and clean with beautiful views of the lake and there are amenities (ATM, Spar) nearby. Rooms come with TVs and A/C.
I have to say that the staff made it one of my best hotel stays EVER due to how friendly they were every single day, morning or night. They made me and my wife feel very welcome and spoke fluent English and German, although we did try to speak as much Italian as possible! They are family run and you can tell they do what they can to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible.
There is a ferry stop right outside the hotel as well as one a few kilometres away if you wanted to take a nice cruise to the other side of the lake as well.
The breakfast was lovely, continental or bacon, eggs etc but the Al Vapor restaurant in the evening was great for reasonably priced fine dining as well. Most products are locally sourced as well including the meats and wines which was an added treat to taste the very local cuisine.
I would absolutely recommend Boutique Hotel Brenzone to anyone visiting the area and will certainly look at returning again due to the impeccable service and welcoming atmosphere.

The room and view of the lake were very nice and clean - direct access to the lake with a slide for the sporty type!
Breakfast was really nothing special - not appropriate for a 4-star hotel! Limited selection, pressed ham and Gouda cheese, scrambled eggs weren't free and only available upon request, and unfortunately, many things weren't replenished. Old cookies, old toast, and leftovers from the day before were left sitting there until someone took them! A real shame!
The staff were extremely courteous, under the direction of a very assertive boss! A smile would sometimes help!
Dinner was okay, but not outstanding! A bit more refinement would be good! I think it's significantly overpriced for the price, but you're right by the lake and the promenade! The son of the house takes care of the order and publicity, but in my opinion, he comes across as a bit arrogant! Unfortunately, he has no experience of accepting criticism - his original line: "One hundred million guests have been and are still satisfied, sir!"
So, for me, a clean, small hotel right on the lake with a great location and a fantastic view, some very friendly staff, a very assertive boss who always says "shiver, shiver," and a somewhat arrogant boss, but with great potential. Unfortunately, it hasn't been utilized (yet), and therefore only 3 stars. I'm curious to see how it develops. I wouldn't go there again, but I'm often at Lake Garda and will have a coffee there soon; it was very good!

Positive: A lovely, pleasant hotel located directly on Lake Garda and very quiet. Wonderful rooms that are very tastefully furnished with a view of the lake, although some do not have a balcony. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and very good. The staff (not all of them) are hospitable and helpful. A resolute and competent manager who has her staff under control (except for one).
Negative: The in-house restaurant, Al Vapor, is visually very beautiful, but the food (fish platter and pasta) is not recommended and is completely overpriced. The fish was thoroughly cooked and therefore much too dry, and the pasta was not al dente. After my wife complained to the junior chef that the fish was too dry and I pointed out that my wife is a good cook, we received no apology but the following response: "You can see she has a fat face." (Insult).
Over the next few days, we visited nearby restaurants for dinner, all of which were better and cheaper than Al Vapor.
Nevertheless, I'm giving the hotel 4 stars because I don't want all the other employees to suffer because of one person.
Note: The guest is king (seems to be a foreign concept to the junior manager), and the hotel and staff depend on our money.

Multilingual and hardworking staff. The resolute senior manager makes sure it stays that way... Her son produces gin... the food in the hotel's own restaurant is excellent. Thumbs up.

Excellent hospitality, a panoramic location, and a fantastic restaurant, both in terms of menu, service, and location. The rooms have recently been renovated and are spacious and modern. There's also a garden where you can sunbathe. Finally, considering the amenities offered, it's excellent value for money. My only complaint is the very "German" breakfast, with plenty of savory options and few sweet ones.

We had a wonderful 10 days at Lake Garda, and especially at Hotel Brenzone. A very clean hotel where we felt very comfortable. Located directly on the lake (separated from the water only by the promenade), it's very quiet (the ferry makes a bit of noise a few times a day), has a very good restaurant with very attentive staff, and a varied breakfast buffet. The warm and personal service from the owner and her son deserves special mention. You are truly welcomed here, and it shows. We will definitely book here again for our next holiday at Lake Garda!

A 3-star hotel that surprised us. Everything was perfect. Since we wanted to extend our stay at short notice, we stayed in three different rooms in one week. It wasn't a problem for us at all. All the rooms with a view of Lake Garda were immaculate. The only thing we missed was a minibar in the first two rooms:)))

As the evening sun slowly sinks behind the mountains, the play of colors on the lake becomes unforgettably beautiful. And then, in this atmosphere, being able to choose and enjoy from a variety of Italian specialties at a beautifully set table right on the lakeshore is magnificent.

The restaurant is excellent. In addition to the good selection on the menu (the fish dishes are particularly recommended), the chef always recommends excellent daily specials. The service is consistently very friendly and attentive.
The hotel is also cozy, especially in the renovated rooms, and offers a wonderful, quiet location directly on the lakeshore.

Beautiful location, right on the lake. Very quiet, as the road runs above the village, and the best part is the truly warm and friendly manner of the owner and her son, as well as the entire staff. We were also very satisfied with the food and will definitely return. I highly recommend it. We also brought a small dog with us, and everyone treated it with absolute love.
