Great location! It's a 30-minute walk to the city center along the lake, but there are two restaurants and a supermarket within 5 minutes.
The rooms are small but always very clean.
The pool has a lake view, and the hotel has a rooftop terrace for all guests.
The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is excellent.
We enjoy coming here every year.

Fantastic location directly on Lake Garda with a fantastic view. The food is excellent, and the breakfast is very varied. However, the room is small and a bit dated, the bathroom is very cramped, and the beds are quite hard. Staff is friendly but could be more attentive. Parking garage is available, but extremely tight. Overall, a lovely stay – 4 stars.

The staff is always super friendly.
The clear plus points for me are:
+ Underground parking (just typical Italian, it's quite tight)
+ Dogs are welcome here (though there's an additional charge of €15/night)
+ Mini-fridge in the room & air conditioning
It would be nicer:
- Rooms could be larger and more modern
- It's very noisy.
Overall, the hotel has a great location on the lake and for exploring Malcesine (about a 40-minute walk away) and offers everything you need.

The location of the Hotel Rosa is simply unbeatable, which was a deciding factor for us when choosing it. Right on the beach, with a wonderful view of the lake from the terrace—perfect. The service and friendliness are also excellent—thank you, dear team! The rooms are quite small and simple, but you don't spend much time there anyway, so it wasn't a problem. We were on the second floor, and the rooms there hadn't been renovated yet. I think they're a bit more modern on the first floor. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were fantastic. All in all, it was perfect for us; we'll be back.

The food at the hotel was delicious, the breakfast was very plentiful, and the selection changed slightly every day. The hotel's location is hard to beat. Everything was really great. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, you can hear the children screaming in the hallway very early on, as the doors and rooms are thin, but this was mostly due to the screaming children in the hallways.
Highly recommend the hotel, we'll be back! :)

We spent 14 days at the Beach Hotel Rosa and overall felt very comfortable. The hotel is very clean and tidy, and the breakfast and restaurant are varied, delicious, and absolutely adequate. While the rooms are quite small and a bit noisy – earplugs are helpful if you like to sleep in – the location is all the more impressive: just across the street, you're right on the lake. The fantastic view of the lake from the balconies is also particularly beautiful. It's only a short walk to Malcesine, making it a perfect place to combine relaxing by the lake with a stroll through the town. Our dog was warmly welcomed and was even allowed to join us for dinner, which we greatly appreciated. An all-round pleasant stay in a wonderful location!

Highly recommended hotel!
I spent a week at the Beach Hotel Rosa with my mother and my dog. The staff was consistently friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, the room a bit small but very clean, renovated, and with a great view from the balcony. The windows are so well-insulated that you can't even hear the guests in the very busy restaurant below.
The road between the hotel and the lake isn't a problem either, as there are hardly any cars there. And the footpath into the center of Malcesine runs (almost) entirely along the lake.
My dog also felt very comfortable, and I never felt like he was bothering anyone.
The only "downside": The food in the restaurant is so good that you won't want to eat anywhere else in the evening.

The hotel is excellent for both its cleanliness and location: quiet, thanks to its location on a quiet road and spectacular views! Towels and lounge chairs are available on the beach or by the pool, depending on your preferences. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, especially the owner, Adele. The restaurant is excellent; the prices are a little higher than average, but worth it.

The hotel is in a very good and quiet location right on the lake. The rooms are very comfortable.
The hotel offers the perfect base for exploring Malcesine and Lake Garda, or, when the weather is nice, simply enjoying the pool and direct lake access. The restaurant is also very good, with a great breakfast and very friendly staff.
The parking spaces in the underground garage are a particular highlight, ensuring your car is always safe and secure.
Highly recommended! We've stayed here several times and will definitely be back!

The Hotel is located between the main street and a much smaller street. You only have to cross the small street to get to the lake which is very convenient. A lot of the rooms are not renovated but rather have quite old interior and most of them are pretty small but they are very clean. The breakfast was ok-ish but I would have expected higher quality products for the price of the room. The parking garage is a story for itself. Super small parking lots and not enough space for all cars of the hotel. If you come too late you may have to park outside or at a parking space of a different hotel.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay.
Since we had booked several rooms, we noticed that they varied considerably in their amenities. The family room was a good size, the double rooms were quite small, and the single rooms were unfortunately too cramped – especially the bed, which was very narrow and too short.
The staff was always helpful and exceptionally friendly. Everything was very clean, and the entire complex, including the pool, is extremely attractive.
The breakfast was excellent, and the food in the restaurant was also outstanding.
The hotel's location is fantastic – the view of the lake from the terrace is simply breathtaking.
All in all, it was a very successful family vacation.

A very nice hotel in Val di Sogno. The location is truly unique, on a quiet side street and practically right on the lakefront with its own private access. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful, speaking German, Italian, and English, so communication was easy. We had a wonderful stay, and the rooms with balconies are truly exceptional with their stunning views. While the rooms aren't huge, they don't need to be. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning works well!
Breakfast was more than ample and varied! If you arrive by train from Rovereto, the hotel covers part of the shuttle cost, which is fantastic. There's also the option of taking fitness classes at Stickl, which is right next door. You can walk along the Lungolago promenade to the center of Malcesine in about 15-20 minutes, and it's a beautiful walk.
Breakfast was more than plentiful and varied! I only have a few minor comments, which really don't matter much because everything else is so much better: It would be great if there were more hanging options in the rooms (e.g., on the door) and perhaps a larger trash can (we only had a small one in the bathroom). The refrigerator in our room also didn't really work, but that was truly a minor issue and not important.
It was also a bit of a shame that as early as 8 a.m., some of the sun loungers by the lake were already "reserved," so we couldn't get one when we arrived around noon, as there are only eight in total. Perhaps a few more loungers could be added; that would be nice because this stretch of shoreline is simply beautiful, and you really feel like you're at the seaside. So, all in all, a really great hotel, especially for the price, and I will definitely come back! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful short break (5 nights) at the Rosa. The service was great, the food fantastic, and every member of staff was truly warm and friendly. We felt completely at ease! Spectecular view from the rooms and from the restaurant.
The catering is also great with a wide range of food for breakfast. For lunch/dinner there are different kinds of pasta, pizza, and salad.
Everyone is kind and helpful, the rooms are always clean.
The beach is right on front of the hotel, and in case the lake is too cold the hotel has it's own pool.
They speak mostly German, although they also communicate in English very well.
I went there to make sport, so I didn't had enough time to take a look at the tourist attractions, but the old city of Malcesine Limone, Riva del Garda and Verona were worth a visit.
I can truly recommend you the hotel, because it is comfortable , it's located in a beautiful place, and everything is near to it.

The rooms are secondary for us (though very clean, towels changed constantly, beds spotless); only the location matters, and that's top-notch. The main road to Lake Garda is behind the hotel, so there's only local and delivery traffic. The Rosa's terrace is world-class, weatherproof from rain and storms. An aperitif after sailing, a light breeze off the lake, the sun setting – wow, beautiful, let's stay a little longer. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

A fantastic hotel in a magical location, delicious food, super friendly staff, and... a sailing school right on the doorstep.
Malcesine is a 25-minute walk away, a wonderful stroll. There's also the option of taking the ferry to Limone or further south. Buses are easily accessible.
Parking is available either in the hotel garage or in the covered garden above the Gardesana road.
We booked very late, so unfortunately we didn't get a balcony this time, but we'll be back.
It was a dream vacation.

The hotel is in an absolutely fantastic location and is remarkably clean for a 3-star hotel. Unfortunately, the underground parking garage is a nightmare. It's a real struggle. I had a Corsa, and some people had large vans (I have no idea how they managed to park there, as there's hardly any room to turn around). There's no other option, as it's right on the lakefront. If we were to stay again, we would only book a room with a lake view. The street is incredibly noisy, and the hotel is very poorly soundproofed. You can hear your neighbors snoring! I'm not usually sensitive to noise, but some people might be. We would definitely come back, as you can easily walk to Malcesine (2.6 km), and the location is stunning. We were just a little disappointed because I booked this hotel thinking it would be full of young people (we're 33). Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, and we found almost exclusively older people (surf hotel?). On the second evening, I was on the phone around 11 pm on the communal terrace when someone shouted rudely from a room, telling us to be quiet. Not very nice, as we girls had expected a bit more action, and I don't go on vacation to go to bed at 9 pm. Maybe we were just unlucky, but it was still a shame. Breakfast, the restaurant, and the staff were excellent. The hotel can't be blamed for the clientele.

The location and the view from the hotel are fantastic. The reception staff were also friendly. However, that's where the positives ended for us. The hotel has all the charm of a youth hostel – with mediocre beds. Although the rooms were clean, we avoided spending any time there. Breakfast is adequate at best, but certainly nothing more. If the room rates were a real bargain, one might consider staying there. Since that's not the case, in our opinion, we wouldn't return.

A very tidy and clean hotel in a perfect lakeside location. Excellent breakfast and very good, creative Italian cuisine in the restaurant. Small, practical rooms. Comfortable beds. The room service is excellent. Quiet one-way street in front of the hotel. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.
Reasonable prices and a sporty, relaxed atmosphere. Many guests are here for the courses offered by the Stickl Sailing Center. Even without a sailing course, you can feel right at home here. Great!

- First room right in front of the elevator and extremely small, so small that you couldn't even walk properly between the bed and the wardrobe. And this for €120 a night!
- Another room cost €20 more per night, slightly larger but no better.
- Mold in the bathroom, in both rooms.
- In the fitness room, towels were on the floor and the parquet floor was swollen, indicating water damage.
- Nice rooftop terrace with a great view, but the bar wasn't even open.
- No parking at the hotel; a 15-minute walk to the nearest parking lot...
- Overall, not a pleasant stay!

Hotel Rosa is located on the lake shore. The view from the window is beautiful. You can use the swimming pool, which has a mini bar. The hotel has a restaurant, so everything is available. Breakfasts are perfect, with everything you could imagine. There's a sailing school on the beach where you can rent equipment such as sailboats, windsurfing boards, catamarans, and SUP boards. The hotel staff is very friendly.

The ambiance and the view from the terrace are simply fantastic.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff make this place really special, nothing is too much and they are all so friendly. The location is simple one of the best on Lake Garda, direct access to the lake, not far from the main road, parking, near to a Despar (small supermarket). The water here is lovely and calm because it is in a little bay and perfect for swimming. Lovely to walk to malcesine (30 mins) with some excellent bars on the way. Restaurant here is top notch (pasta especially) and the breakfast is absolutely fab! We will be back.

We really liked the hotel. It's right on Lake Garda, with a view of the lake from our room and balcony. We enjoyed the pool and admired the fantastic view.
We ate dinner in the restaurant located right downstairs in the hotel. In the morning, we had a good breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake.
We were passing through and therefore only stayed one night.
But we really enjoyed the location and the view.
The hotel has its own underground parking garage, but it's very narrow (just like in Italy )
The only criticism we could find was that our room and bathroom were very small.

There were many positive, as well as negative, experiences. That's why I think a 3-star rating is justified!
Unfortunately, the arrival was a negative, as it was difficult to park a large car in the narrow parking garage. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful, as were the rest of the staff. The two-person rooms were unfortunately far too small to open two suitcases on the floor. The bathroom is also only designed for one person. The balcony was well-suited for two people. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the room is very poor. The only place that had good reception was in the restaurant.

We've been coming to Rosa for years because it's part of the sailing and surfing beach here! The quality of the food and service has steadily improved in recent years, so we can definitely recommend Rosa for a meal (whether for lunch or dinner). The bike path also passes by here, and the view from the terrace overlooking Lake Garda to the south is simply magnificent!

A very friendly welcome and service throughout our vacation. Very clean. The room was a bit small and lacked storage space. However, we were offered a room with a balcony, which was really nice. A fantastic view. Breakfast and the food in the restaurant were always very good. The center of Malcesine was a half-hour walk away, and the tourist bus also stops right in front of the hotel and costs only €1.50.

A lovely, quiet hotel right on the lake with a beautiful pool. The rooms are very nice, especially if you've booked one with a lake view. My parents and I have stayed at this hotel twice as a family and can absolutely recommend it. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are clean but unfortunately a bit noisy, which is more than compensated for by the beautiful view and the prime location directly on Lake Garda overlooking the stunning bay. The gardens are always impeccably maintained. A bus stops right in front of the hotel and runs hourly to Malcesine's old town. It's also possible to reach your destination on foot in about 30 minutes along the lake. There's a small supermarket nearby where you can buy everything you need for excursions, for example. The food in the hotel restaurant was always delicious. There was a good selection of various dishes, and we tried many of them. Overall, we can recommend this hotel 100%.

An exceptional place with an incredible view...
You can simply look out at the lake from the room (if you're lucky enough) and the spectacle is endless. The light changes every moment.
A captivating tranquility emanates from this place.
The staff is also very professional, helpful, and friendly. Bravo!!
The breakfast buffet is wonderful. It's definitely worth a try.
The restaurant is also worth a visit, with its many à la carte dishes. We obviously had a spritz at sunset and then enjoyed seafood and fish pasta, and tuna pasta in tomato sauce.
The desserts are also excellent.
Small drawbacks are the hallways, which aren't insulated by a rug or carpet, making the place noisy if there are people around (not our case during our stay), and the bathroom, which is very narrow and not very modern in terms of style.
We will definitely come back!!

A huge compliment to the team at the "Beach Hotel Rosa." We'd love to say it, definitely recommended. From the reception to the waiters to the cleaning staff, the service was excellent. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day.
We got a room with a lake view, even though we reserved and paid for a mountain view. A little update from the hotel since it was still off-season. We thought it was super nice and were really happy. Awesome view
On our last evening, we used the in-house restaurant. Since we wanted to be alone, we ordered food to be brought to our room. We then waited downstairs in the lobby. The waiter was so kind and insisted on bringing it to our room.
We would book this hotel again and again.
Our car was parked safely in the underground garage, which is also under video surveillance.
The pool area was also very well maintained and was prepared for the peak season.

I've been a guest at the Hotel Rosa twice a year for 21 years. I always had the largest room. I was always satisfied, with a few minor reservations. When the hotel is fully booked, the parking is a disaster. I couldn't drive away because there would be no other parking spaces, which really bothered me.

On the first day, we'd returned from a hike in the mountains and were hungry, but the restaurant only served snacks in the afternoon and was unfortunately fully booked by the evening. We then just had a drink and made a reservation for the following evening. We were still given a very friendly welcome, even though we only had drinks. The next evening, we had a lovely long evening with a bottle of wine and very delicious food. We arrived around 7 and were almost the last guests of the evening. The food, service, everything was top-notch! The price was also OK. The following evening, we spontaneously went back, and although the restaurant was still quite full, we were again greeted politely and actually got a table.

In my opinion, rating the hotel is difficult. We stayed for 10 days in a double room with a balcony and a lake view. Since it's an older building, a lot of things, especially the bathrooms, need updating or renovation. In other words, they were much too small. The shower tray wasn't level (problems for older people), the sink was old and too deep, and there was little to no storage space. The room was acceptable. The beds and wardrobe were new. There was no closet! The mattresses were very narrow (80 cm). Bedside tables had no drawers for storing personal belongings. The room doors were unacceptable. They were very thin and had a huge gap to the floor. The door had no soundproofing. You could hear everything going on in the hallway very loudly. There were, of course, positive points. The view from the balcony was outstanding. Multilingual reception. Absolutely top-notch service (reception, breakfast staff, room service). The breakfast was very good. Everything you need was available. A huge coffee machine. Milk, water, juices, tea. Yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit. Tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers. Salami, ham (cooked, raw), cheese, sausage spread. Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs. Baguettes, rolls, toast. Cakes, croissants, etc. There is an underground parking garage, but it's very cramped. The pool is clean, and there are plenty of loungers and umbrellas. There are also a few free loungers on the pebble beach. You can borrow an umbrella from reception. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. In my opinion, it's a bit overpriced. You have to pay for the view. All in all, I can recommend the hotel, but the new tenant should still invest a little more and, above all, improve the bathrooms.
Update 10/7/2023: The new owner/tenant has contacted me. It's true that he has already made some changes and renovations. I'm confident he will continue to do so. Thank you for your friendly and cooperative response.

We experienced wellness with Italian flair.
Super friendly staff, pool and access to the lake, garage, and a very good Italian restaurant on site. The rooms aren't the largest, but they are well-kept and quiet, and the lake view is lovely. It's 15 minutes to Malcesine and 5 minutes to the supermarket. We rented e-bikes, which made it easy and quick to reach everything along the lake. In Malcesine, be sure to take the panoramic road.

It is right next to the sports station and a 20 minutes walk to the city center (Malcesine). The staff was super friendly and the food was good. We stayed for a total of 9 nights in August 2023 and have only positive things to say. We booked a double room and a single room with a lake view and air conditioning. Yes, the rooms are very small but clean and well-maintained! The location and view were dreamy. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I would particularly like to highlight the reception. The ladies there were very professional. Every little request or inquiry was dealt with immediately. For breakfast: I, or rather we, were very surprised by how good the breakfast at the hotel is! I have been to Italy several times and my experience was different. There was sweet and savory options. Fresh fruit and salad every day that you could put together yourself! Various types of bread, scrambled eggs. Truly great. ️ Nothing was left to be desired. The service staff there were friendly, accommodating, yet discreet. We often ate dinner in the restaurant. The food was delicious and the prices really fair. The staff here were also very good. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation. We will always have fond memories of the hotel and Lake Garda and would love to return. ️

The hotel's location is unbeatable, not just if you want to take advantage of the Stickl sports facilities. Separated from the lake only by a quiet alley, you have a magnificent view. Malcesine is a pleasant 15-minute walk.
The hotel staff is friendly, and the food is very good for the price. The hotel is a bit dated, but well-maintained. One important note: there were no air conditioning in the first-floor rooms—only on the second floor! In the hot summer of 2022, it was unfortunately not restful at night.
We would love to return to the Hotel Rosa in 2023, but in a room with air conditioning.

I can definitely recommend this hotel. We came here for 10 days with our 8 months daughter. We were warmly welcomed and the whole staff took care of us.
The rooms are small, so I recommend you getting a room with lake view and air conditioning. There is a small fridge in the room, so we could buy fruits and baby food in the nearby supermarket. The cleaning is impeccable. Everyday the rooms are cleaned.
They also have a good restaurant downstairs. What made super easy for us to enjoy dinner while our baby slept upstairs. Besides that the restaurant staff could not be better. We were always received with smiles. The food is good and the price is lower than we expected.
The admin is super helpful. We could wash our clothes, she lend us a sun umbrella and book for us a cab. ️
If you are doing the sailing courses, it is a perfect place to be. We are coming back next year.

We enjoyed our time there – the hotel and the facilities/bathrooms aren't the newest and are rather cramped – but everyone there was super helpful and friendly. It was very clean, the rooms were cleaned once a day, and towels were changed. The pool is great, it's mostly quiet (except at the back – our room was directly above the kitchen and you could hear the staff early in the morning), and it's right on the lake (with no major road in between). The bay is a wonderful spot. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. We can recommend the hotel.

The hotel is located right on the beach (separated only by a road), although we drove past it once on arrival because the GPS had a rather poor understanding of the roads. The staff is very friendly and keeps the rooms spotless. The internet/Wi-Fi is fine, although it does occasionally drop out a few times, but this is quickly resolved and doesn't happen too often. The bathroom is a bit narrow but has a shower. The rooms are a little noisy and the restaurant downstairs could be a bit cheaper, but otherwise it's a really good 3-star hotel!

I'm currently lying by the pool and thought I'd write my impressions. The hotel's location is truly unique, right on the lake and only separated from the pebble beach by a small one-way street. The view is fabulous. However, the road is more of a bike path and not at all intrusive. The rooms are, as described, not renovated but clean, and the staff are extremely accommodating in all areas, whether at the pool bar or in the restaurant. The food is excellent and the value for money is good. We've had worse for more money, especially in the southern part of Lake Garda. Another great thing is that a small bus runs directly from the hotel every hour to Malcesine. For €1.20 per person, that's a real plus. If there's anything to complain about, it's the twice-weekly sports camp at the hotel. The restaurant is closed to everyone else during those times. The reception should have pointed this out. We would have changed our plans accordingly and visited Malcesine on those days. Many people complain about the room size and the bathroom, which is fine... But you also have to consider the price. I can't buy a Fiat and demand the performance of a Ferrari. Then the critics should just book a hotel for twice the price and look for faults there...

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the lake. The room and bathroom were smaller than expected and not particularly modern, but clean and perfectly adequate for our needs. The view of the lake from the room and balcony was beautiful. The pool is a good size and well-maintained, with plenty of sun loungers around it and a small pool bar offering drinks and snacks at reasonable prices. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We also ate lunch and dinner several times in the hotel restaurant and were always very satisfied with the food and service. There's a small pebble beach directly opposite the hotel where you can swim. The Stickl water sports school is in the immediate vicinity and has recently become part of the hotel. So you can easily book various courses like surfing, kitesurfing, sailing, etc., and everything is within walking distance. My suggestions for improvement: Modernize the rooms and bathrooms a bit and furnish them more stylishly. Offer a selection of muesli at breakfast.

The Hotel Rosa is a simple but beautiful hotel right on the shore of Lake Garda. The welcome was very warm. The rooms are attractive, although the bathroom was a bit small. There's a lovely rooftop terrace, a large pool with a sunbathing lawn, underground parking, and a wonderful restaurant terrace. The hotel's food is excellent, and the service is very friendly. If you want to eat at the hotel, it's advisable to make a reservation early, as it can get quite busy. The hotel is ideal for sailors, surfers, and kitesurfers, as the Stickl water sports center is right next door. We really enjoyed it and would love to come back.

Overall, the price-performance ratio is good. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is also really good, as you can walk right to the lake. There are parking spaces directly at the hotel, but there aren't enough. However, we were always able to find another parking space on the one-way street.
The breakfast buffet was also very good, with small variations every day. Unfortunately, the dinner wasn't as impressive.

There's a lovely pool and a sun terrace. The underground parking garage is directly accessible by elevator. The entire complex is impeccably maintained.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are excellent. They are varied and beautifully presented.
I would gladly return.

Great insider tip. Great location right on the water. Friendly staff, clean, and good food, but you have to like potatoes every day; otherwise, it's really good. Definitely book a room with a lake view; the back room faces a wall. Unfortunately, the rooms are very small, so only take a very small amount of luggage, otherwise it will have to stay in the car. Annoyingly, the garbage truck arrives at 3:00 a.m., and the street cleaners at 4:00 a.m. Nighttime ends at 7:00 a.m.

The Hotel Rosa is located directly on the lake in the enchanting bay of Val Di Sogno.
It's an ideal starting point for all water sports and for strolling along the lake.
Very close by is one of the most beautiful towns on the lake: Malcesine.
A wonderful old town with a southern flair.
This is my second time here and I'll be happy to come back.

A nice, older, small hotel, right on the lake. The rooms and bathrooms aren't very big, but they're clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is okay. The restaurant is good. The tourist bus stops right in front of the hotel. There's also a small pool with loungers and umbrellas. The perfect place to relax.

The view from the lakeside window is unbeatable! I'll accept a few minor flaws here and there for that. Definitely book the lakeside location.
The pool is beautiful and very idyllically situated. There's always a lounger available, even in the afternoon. Breakfast on the terrace is excellent and truly Italian.
The view is simply unbelievably beautiful and represents pure vacation. It's quiet yet central. The walk to Malcesine along the shore is worth it.

Food great, rooms and hotel very clean. Right on the beach, great lake views and the bus stop right next door. It can't be better. Family run hotel. Very attentive service. I can't share the negative reviews. Food for the evening can be chosen from 3 different dishes. Tobia and Chiara we want to come back.

Dieses kleine hotel, wo man in erster reihe zum see sitzt, vor allem auf dem balkon möchte man ständig vetweilen, weil der blick einfach schön ist.die zimmer sind zwar sehr klein, besonders das bad, aber wir haben uns damit arrangiert, die schöne lage macht es wett. Das essen ist für italien sehr abwechslungsreich. Uns hat es super gefallen, eine kleine oase abseits vom verkehr, einfach schön.

We took a stroll from the main Malcesine centre along the lake, beautiful walk, you may think it comes to an end 15mins in, it will come to the end and up a slight incline alleyway, but keep going and keep to the right with jolly discount on your right and go down the next road and the walk continues, came to Hotel Rosa and stopped here for an aperol spritz, and the estriva pizza to share which was very good, the beautiful vista is what makes this place.

Beautifully located hotel. As many have noted, the bathrooms are very small. You should book a lake-facing room, as there is unfortunately no air conditioning in the rooms. Breakfast is limited. Dinner is okay, but it takes a long time. The waitresses are friendly. On the plus side, you can park in the underground garage and borrow bicycles for free.

Wonderful location hotel very good apart from our room on the first floor very small and no aircon but did have a lake view. Aircon only on second floor not told in brochures. Food ok all the staff very friendly. Tourist bus every hour 7am till 0100am outside hotel. Came back end of June after a two week stay really enjoyed.

The hotel's location on the shores of Lake Garda is great, it's worth taking a room with a lake view. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is impeccably friendly. Bicycles available. You can walk straight from the room to the lake with a towel and swim, there is also a swimming pool.

A location unlike many other hotels, as it's literally just five meters from the sea. The shuttle service, which stops in front of the hotel, is also excellent. Unfortunately, our room was very small, and the bathroom was dated and poorly designed. The staff is young and very welcoming. The breakfast was very good, plentiful, and well-priced. For a three-star hotel, I'd say the price is a bit high, but the location (a stunning little bay), the strategic seaside location just a two-minute shuttle ride from the center of Malcesine, the service, and the breakfast make it worthwhile. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is right by the lake and has a very nice pool. Otherwise the rooms are really small, around 10m². Wi-fi only in the reception, otherwise not working. Our room smelled of toilet waste. Breakfast was excellent, but the dinners were not very Italian, but rather German. Probably because the clientele was mainly German. Schnitzel with porridge and pudding. That's why we actually go to Italy...

Incredible view from the balcony directly on the lake, great cuisine and friendly staff. Parking is tight, but in its own underground garage. Beautiful and clean pool with a view of the lake and mountains. It is not manned, but you can bring things here from the bar. The hotel is relatively far from the center. Ideally by foot or by car. The downside is the really small rooms, even for the superior surcharge. In the morning we were disturbed quite a bit by the local garbage collectors, sweepers, etc. from outside. Unfortunately, the rooms are not soundproof enough... But the overall impression is good
