I stayed at this hotel for two weeks in early/mid-September and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
The hotel isn't part of a large chain, but rather family-run, which is immediately noticeable and a very positive aspect.
I had no complaints and was able to enjoy my vacation.
Those arriving here with an (e-)bike can take advantage of the underground parking garage, where you can also recharge the battery directly. Surfboards also have plenty of space here, and the proximity to Lake Garda makes it perfect.
I'll definitely be back...

A small hotel in a quiet and peaceful area, yet close to the beach and town. Very clean and well-maintained, both the hotel and the surrounding area. Rooms were cleaned daily. Very friendly service. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The hotel has a great location; you can easily get out into nature for hiking or biking. The beach is also within walking distance, as is the small, beautiful town center. The breakfast is delicious with a great selection. The only things that could be improved are that you get two hotel keys and the shower was a bit small... But otherwise, everything was great.

I highly recommend it. The staff is very polite and clean. The receptionist is very nice. The ladies who prepare breakfast are fantastic, the food is delicious! The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes from Lidl and restaurants, and the surrounding area is beautiful. The location is close to the center and the beach, a definite plus. Excellent location for reaching the lake, which we could also call the beach, and it's a short drive to Riva del Garda. The room is beautiful, clean, and tidy, with a balcony overlooking the lake and mountains. The included breakfast is nutritious and full of choices, catering to both Italians and Germans. Yogurt is highly recommended. The staff is very kind and cheerful.

Great hotel! Very friendly, almost family-like atmosphere! Very nice owner and staff. Close to the beach, restaurants, and a large supermarket. Overlooking Lake Garda. Rooms are spacious and clean, cleaned daily. Breakfast is varied, and everyone will find something for themselves. Located on a quiet beach, but a 10-minute walk to the center along the beautiful lake promenade. Guests have access to a large swimming pool with loungers, a garden with a playground and barbecue, and parking. I recommend it to everyone for a wonderful holiday on Lake Garda.

The hotel staff was very helpful, friendly, and committed. The hotel has a very family-like and hospitable atmosphere. Everything (rooms, main lobby, hallways, and dining room) is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Breakfasts are delicious and quite varied. There's a fenced parking lot next to the hotel. Another advantage is the hotel's location. It's close to everything, yet in a very quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean and serviced daily. Breakfast is really good and has a wide selection. Guests have access to a swimming pool and a large garage downstairs for bicycles, where they can be safely locked up overnight. Parking is available in front of the building, but there's also a private, gated parking lot next to the hotel. We have keys to the parking lot, garage, and hotel, and we can open and close it whenever we want. The service is very friendly. The hotel is located very close to the beach and shops like Lidl. I recommend it because you won't find a better place in this area for this price.

The hotel has a very good location.
It's a short walk to the beach and the shops in Torbole. The breakfast buffet was ample and regularly replenished. The hotel owner and staff were very friendly and helpful.
There's a large garage for bicycles, bike racks, and water sports equipment.
The rooms are newly renovated and clean.
We felt very comfortable and would gladly return.

I had a wonderful stay at Lake Garda! The breakfast was excellent, with a huge selection of fresh and delicious food, offering something for everyone. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the lake, making it easy to enjoy the picturesque surroundings. My room was very nice and clean, simply ideal for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was also a great addition for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, a superb experience, highly recommended! We would love to come back.

We stayed at this fantastic hotel for a week. The friendly staff and management make you feel truly welcome. The rooms are freshly renovated and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is wonderful, with everything from savory to sweet. It's fantastic. The pool and outdoor area are very well maintained, and there's private parking. There's also a bike storage room and a water dispenser, which are great. We were completely satisfied. I'd love to come back in the summer.

I stayed at this hotel and was very pleased! Despite being a 2-star hotel, the facilities were at least worthy of a 3+. I was especially pleased with the delicious and varied breakfasts, the comfortable bed, and the stunning view of the lake and mountains—incredibly beautiful! The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. A special thank you to the hotel owner, Max, for his attentive service and genuine care for his guests. I highly recommend him!

Very good service, a delicious breakfast, lovingly prepared. The rooms are comfortable and clean and cleaned daily. However, the soundproofing was quite thin; our neighbor kept us awake with his snoring. We had our e-scooters with us, which we were even allowed to charge in the bike cellar, although they only used Italian three-socket sockets. The town and lake are in the immediate vicinity.

The breakfast buffet was always well-stocked with everything. Several homemade cakes were served daily, and the buffet was very varied. The balcony was equipped with a table and two chairs. The mattress was good for a hotel.
The entire Roma team was friendly and helpful, and the management was very good.
We would love to come back, but we left with a tear in our eye.
The beach is just a few meters away, and a large supermarket is just around the corner.

A small but nice hotel. We spent three days relaxing here after cycling across the Alps. The reception was very friendly. The entire hotel team was always friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfectly equipped and nothing was missing. Great breakfast! Lake Garda and the town are just a few minutes' walk away. Everything was simply perfect. The bike garage was also superbly equipped. I appreciated the reminder that guests should keep quiet between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

For a two-star hotel, the amenities are truly excellent: the pool is fantastic, everything is clean and tidy. The rooms are casual but spacious, the terrace is excellent, and the air conditioning is moderately efficient. A bit pricey, but considering it's peak season, that's okay.

Great starting point for hikes, via ferratas, or bike tours (plenty of rental shops nearby. Mandelli Bike even offers a 10 percent discount. The discount card is on the bookshelf at reception).

It's very central and within walking distance of everything. The beach is 5 minutes, and the nearest restaurant is 5 minutes away.

The hotel has two very kind managers, as are all the staff. Oxana, who takes care of breakfast, is extremely affable, helpful, and friendly. The food is excellent. The location is convenient.
The room, in my opinion, wasn't entirely clean, as I always found hairs in the same place in hidden corners, such as under the bed. The hospitality you receive certainly makes you turn a blind eye to that!

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Roma in Torbole and would happily return as the price-performance ratio is right here :-) From the first telephone contact with a firm reservation to payment at check-out, everything was perfect Breakfast was varied, plentiful, and delicious There are wide staircases and an elevator on site. The rooms are a good size with a balcony, the beds were comfortable for me (I weigh 145 kg), and the bathrooms are clean and equipped with everything I need. The showers were really cramped for me, but that's more the norm than the exception across Italy, hence the half-star* deduction. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach places where you can either experience something, relax, or enjoy something delicious for lunch or dinner :-) I wish the owner family every success, good health, and good humor :-D See you on your next Lake Garda vacation!

A nice family-run hotel. Small building. Conveniently located near the lake/beach and for bike tours. The underground parking garage for bikes, surfboards, etc. is perfect, with a small workshop including some tools. The only downside was that the owners locked the premises at 9:00 PM, so you couldn't use your bike in the evening. A shame! The entire building is monitored by video cameras. Parking spaces are either directly by the house or on the private property next door, fenced in and locked with an electric sliding gate. Only the entrance door is unfortunately not locked.
The rooms and bathroom are small but clean. There's a small table and two chairs on the balcony. Unfortunately, there's no clothes rack or other hanging option for wet towels/swimwear. The air conditioning is insufficient, it's also relatively loud, the airflow isn't adjustable, and it's aimed directly at the crib. The refrigerator is tiny. All rooms face east or west. The pool is clean, and the water is very cool at Whitsun. Plenty of loungers are available. No pool towels.
The breakfast is AMAZING!!! Top-notch coffee, cappuccino, latte, etc., a wide variety of excellent teas, sausage, cheese, vegetables, fruit, cereal, eggs, and various pastries – both sweet and savory. Lactose- and gluten-free products are also available. The breakfast room is very clean, and the buffet is constantly monitored and restocked. Beautiful large panoramic windows with a view of the mountains. Unfortunately, there is little to no ventilation, as it's only glass. Outside, there are only a few small two-person tables without shade. It's a shame that no drinks and/or coffee are offered in the afternoon. One plus: the water tap is freely accessible all day. Water (including sparkling and chilled) can be filled free of charge there.
The owners and staff are very friendly, on the ball, and some of them speak German.
You can still use the facility on your day of departure. There's a shower in the basement, which can be used after registration.
Our room request was fulfilled!

A wonderful and well-maintained hotel with a family atmosphere. The owners and staff are very friendly and attentive.
The location near the lake is fantastic! The location at the entrance to Arco is also great, allowing you to avoid the often daily traffic jams between Riva and Torbole if you're traveling by car.
The breakfast selection leaves nothing to be desired.
There's also a large garden with a play structure and swings for children, a ping-pong table, a porch swing, and two barbecues with picnic benches. The garden is also a great place to relax in the shade.

This is my second year staying at this hotel, where the staff and owner are extremely kind and helpful.
Everything is very clean and tidy, and the breakfast is plentiful, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. The rooms are spacious and have a small terrace.
Everything is impeccable.
There's ample parking in front of the entrance and behind, and another closed parking lot a few meters away.
Another service I personally greatly appreciate is the free water dispenser, including sparkling water.

Among the highlights were definitely the continental breakfast, which was plentiful and catered to those with food intolerances (I found soy milk and whole-wheat bread), the strategic location, a five-minute walk from the center of Nago-Torbole and a 20-minute walk from the ferry terminal for other lakeside towns, and the friendliness of Mrs. Paola, who made our stay a pleasure by meeting our every need. Furthermore, the parking lot is large, free, and closed, and some rooms have a partial lake view.
It far exceeded the standards of a two-star hotel!

For a two-star hotel at only €82 a night, this is a great hotel in terms of value for money!
We were able to spontaneously check in at 9:30 p.m. that same day and extend our stay several times.
The room was tidy and clean.
The air conditioning worked perfectly.
The staff was more than friendly. That's what you'd expect from a host.
The breakfast was also perfectly fine for the price.
Plus, it's only a few minutes' walk to the beach, and there's free parking right next to the hotel.
So if you're looking for an affordable hotel without the luxury but with good amenities, I highly recommend this hotel!
It's also very suitable for German tourists, as the staff speaks very good German.

We booked for 4 people (2 adults and 2 girls aged 11 and 14), so the room was a bit small for 4 suitcases and a few bags. The view from the balcony was very nice, but it's a shame it's right in front of a very busy road and it's never very quiet at most hours of the day. The breakfast was very varied. Breakfast was very good. The air conditioning worked well. It was a 5-minute walk to the beach. Room cleaning was reliable. The in-room refrigerator was very small. The safe in the room didn't inspire confidence, as it could be opened with a finger after closing. After a brief inspection, it turned out that the lock cylinder was inserted upside down. A quick adjustment and the safe was secure.

Excellent stay.
The rooms were simply furnished, but well-maintained and clean. The bathroom was also in excellent condition (no signs of wear or malfunction, even slight ones).
The staff were friendly and helpful. The shower in the basement, which can be used "outside the room," was very convenient (we used it on our last day to get ready before leaving).
The breakfast was excellent, with excellent quality and variety.

Excellent location. A 5-minute walk from the beach with a bar, windsurfing school, and bike rentals. Very close to the bike path connecting Torbole to Riva del Garda and Arco. The simply and practically furnished rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a balcony. The bathrooms are spacious and modern. The cleanliness is excellent. The hotel offers several parking spaces, an outdoor pool, an elevator, and, most importantly, a huge basement storage room for securely storing all types of sports equipment (bicycles, etc.). There's also a tool bench complete with a stand and wrenches for any bike repairs. There's even a compressor! Breakfast is complete with every delicacy. It's difficult to list everything, but I think it's hard not to satisfy every palate: all kinds of milk—soy, almond, and almond-soy milk—fruit juices of every flavor, cakes, cookies, all kinds of bread, fresh and dried fruit, yogurt, and cured meats. You can even cook your own eggs (boiled or scrambled) using the stovetop and cookware provided. There's also a coffee machine.
The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and above all, always smiling. On our last day, after we checked out, they stored our suitcases and bicycles and allowed us to use the shared bathroom to shower before leaving. In short, the utmost courtesy and helpfulness. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Hotel Roma for 4 nights over a long weekend and were very satisfied.
The rooms have all been renovated, some even have a balcony. However, the shower cubicle is quite narrow. It's easy to bump your elbows. Our room was okay for 2 people, but with 4 people (there were 2 extra beds in the room), it would have been too cramped for 4 nights.
Towels are changed every 2 days! I personally think that's good. At home, you don't change your towels every day either...
There are a few loungers and deck chairs by the swimming pool, as well as a seating area. Great for a quick dip in the evening!
There is no elevator to the two floors with the rooms. This should be kept in mind if you're not a good walker.
The breakfast buffet was plentiful. There were various types of cold cuts, cheeses, as well as side dishes, cereal, and juice. There was also no shortage of cakes and croissants.
If you'd like, you can make your own scrambled eggs or boil an egg.
The only negative thing we noticed was the cleaning ladies who wanted to change the towels at 8:30 a.m. while we were still asleep. When we said "no," they simply came into the room 10 minutes later.
The location is prime. There is ample parking around the hotel and in the garage. It's about a 10-minute walk to the town center and a 3-minute walk to the promenade.

Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer, war Standard, absolut sauber. Wer ein Luxushotel sucht, ist hier falsch. Für Standard, ist es absolut zu empfehlen. Ich war mit dem Motorrad dort. Garage ist vorhanden. An den See, sind es ca. 300m und zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen kann man laufen. Busstation ist 100m vom Haus. Es gibt nur Ü/Fr, HP ist nicht möglich.

This was "the first hotel" in 1989, and we've enjoyed returning to it ever since. It was always lovely, and you still feel the same way in this family-run business. A prime location right on the lake and just two minutes from Torbole! Sooooo many memories of the Roma! :-)
