We spent a week at the hotel in the summer.
The hotel is perfect for families. There's an outdoor and indoor pool, a small playground, an indoor playroom, and some exercise equipment.
The very clean rooms, some with recently updated bathrooms, are a real highlight.
The food in the hotel is tasty, but it didn't completely win us over.
The staff is very attentive and helpful. They helped immediately when we had a problem with the washing machine.
The indoor play area and the indoor pool are a bit dated, but still in good working order. It's clear that the hotel is continuously being renovated. The outdoor pool was recently modernized (including a new pool bar). The only downside was that the outdoor pool was quite chilly and therefore only really inviting for a dip when the weather was very hot.
A small suggestion for improvement: Perhaps a child safety gate could be installed on the door to the indoor pool so that children could run around safely down there.
All in all, a very nice hotel in a beautiful setting with excellent value for money. Additionally, you can escape the hustle and bustle down by the lake here during the summer holidays.

For us, the hotel's quiet location near the mountains is perfect. It's ideal for mountain biking. However, the lake is easily accessible by car or motorbike. There are several restaurants nearby. The hotel's own restaurant is also highly recommended, especially the breakfast buffet. We felt very comfortable during our stay.

A quietly located hotel in the mountains with beautifully maintained grounds. Excellent breakfast buffet, very clean rooms, and a great starting point for hikes and bike rides.
The lake is about a 20-minute drive away, but the value for money is absolutely top-notch.

Very beautiful property, perfect for families with children. A pool with an area for younger children. We've been guests here for years. Our now grown-up "children" still love it just as much. The Marini family is a very kind and welcoming host. Time here always passes too quickly. It's a great starting point for hikes or bike rides in beautiful nature, a bit away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. We'd be happy to return.

Fantastic! There were eleven of us (including four small children) and everyone was completely happy. The food was absolutely delicious. The breakfast also left nothing to be desired. The rooms were immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. When the weather was bad, we enjoyed the heated indoor pool and the games room. The playground was right in front of the terrace, so we could always keep an eye on the children while the parents relaxed in the sun. You can rent tennis courts and play table tennis. The surrounding area also offers numerous hiking and cycling trails. An all-round successful vacation.

The residence is beautifully located away from the lake, with a narrow road leading to it, but at least it's far from the traffic and bustle of Limone.
An excellent starting point for hiking or biking. Plenty of outdoor space for families with children, and the tennis court is also lovely. The apartment was nice and spacious (we had the comfort level), with a comfortable bed but no pillow, a clogged bathroom sink, and very few pots and pans for cooking—only three.
The outdoor pool was very nice and equipped with loungers, but the water was freezing cold; the indoor pool was warmer.
There's no half-board option, only à la carte dining, but the prices were exorbitant in my opinion.
The staff were quite friendly, especially the kitchen boy who kindly lent us salt, and the cleaning ladies, who were very nice.
The reception was kind but aloof, with almost everyone lacking empathy.
During our stay, the clientele was mostly foreign.
I would definitely recommend this property.

A wonderful holiday destination for families with children. We've been here three times now, and each time it looks even better. The apartments are excellent, with a beautiful new bathroom and kitchen. On the ground floor, you have a large terrace with plenty of shade and sun, and more than enough chairs. The pool is beautiful and large, with comfortable sunbeds and a great pool bar. The playground is great for small children, with a lovely green lawn. For older children, there's a ping-pong table. La Pertica also has an affordable restaurant with plenty of choices, which opens at 6:00 PM, making it perfect for small children. The owners and staff are also very friendly.
The village is within walking distance, with a nice bakery, a delicious ice cream parlor, and a small supermarket. There are many fun things to do in the area, but you're not in the hustle and bustle of Lake Garda. We'd love to come back!

Hello everyone,
This is our third time staying at this hotel, and it now feels a bit like "coming home."
The apartments are simple and very clean, and the view of the pool and the hustle and bustle is priceless—especially when you have children.
There's a pleasant sense of peace and quiet compared to the hustle and bustle right by the lake. Whether it's tennis, cycling, soccer, or the pool—our son is always busy and happy, as he makes great friends there every year. Sometimes he even meets the same ones again.

For the past 16 years, our family, including our dog, has spent our holidays at the beautiful, family-run Residence La Pertica, which has become our second home and leaves nothing to be desired! We felt very comfortable again, and it was perfect as always!
There are always new things to do, and the already top-notch facilities are modernized every year. The Marini family invests a great deal of time, work, and energy and runs the residence with so much heart and passion that it's evident everywhere.
The complex is located in Tremosine, above Limone (a 15-minute drive from the lake).
The entire complex is impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean! There are modern and well-equipped apartments in various sizes, each with a large covered terrace/balcony, as well as modernly furnished hotel rooms.
The large outdoor area features a pool complex, which was completely renovated this year, with an integrated whirlpool, a separate children's pool, and a pool bar. There is also a playground, table tennis, a soccer and volleyball field, tennis courts, a yoga corner, fitness equipment, and barbecue facilities with seating.
... Inside, you'll find an indoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness room, and separate playrooms for younger children (drawing, building, and games corner) and teenagers (table tennis, billiards, etc.).
There's also an on-site bike rental with a small workshop.
It's a great starting point for fantastic bike tours and hikes. Guided bike and hiking tours are also available.
Furthermore, there's a video-monitored parking lot for cars and covered parking for motorcycles.
Not to be forgotten is the restaurant with its excellent breakfast buffet and extensive and delicious menu of food, drinks, and ice cream. You can relax in the tastefully decorated interior or on the beautifully landscaped outdoor terrace overlooking the garden. All meals can also be taken back to your apartment.
A bakery, two grocery stores for daily needs, a butcher, a bank, an ice cream parlor, and a newsagent are all within a 5-minute walk. There are also good and frequent bus connections.
Not to be forgotten is the restaurant with its excellent breakfast buffet and extensive and delicious menu of food, drinks, and ice cream. Whether you're young or old, seeking peace and quiet or an active vacation... there's something for everyone here! The Marini family and their team are always friendly, courteous, and helpful, and are happy to answer any questions or address any concerns.
The value for money is excellent!

We were really happy with the 8 nights we had there. Everything was in order. It was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

This year we vacationed in Italy for the first time. Our destination was Lake Garda. While searching for suitable accommodation – it was important to us that the hotel offered rooms with two separate bedrooms – the Residence La Pertica caught our eye during our online research. We booked it quite quickly. Our initial concern that the hotel might be too remote proved unfounded – quite the opposite, in fact.
The complex is located in the picturesque town of Tremosine, more precisely in the district of Vesio – away from mass tourism and surrounded by mountains. After spending a day at one of the tourist hotspots, you truly appreciate the peace and quiet up on the mountain.
The town of Vesio
Vesio may be a small town, but it offers everything you need for everyday life on vacation: a small Coop supermarket, a hairdresser, a bank, restaurants, a gas station, and more. They've even built a small parking garage with ample space – you can park your car there for just €1 per hour.
A real highlight in the area is the Alpe del Garda cheese dairy, which is just a six-minute drive from the hotel. A visit there is a must for every vacationer!
The Accommodation – Residence La Pertica
In our opinion, the hotel is especially geared towards families with children – and in the best possible way. There's a fantastic pool (which our daughter loved), a playground, a tennis court, a soccer field, outdoor exercise equipment, a ping-pong table, and much more. During our stay, the new pool bar was just opening. You can tell that the property is run with passion and regularly invested in – many other hotels could learn a thing or two from them.
We also particularly appreciated that children could roam freely without worry. As parents, we could relax and unwind on the spacious terrace of the apartment. Despite the many children, it was never noisy – we barely heard the dogs that some guests had with them and didn't find them bothersome at all. Those who choose La Pertica should be prepared for children and dogs – if that's not a problem for you, you'll have a wonderful vacation here.
The entire complex is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and dedicated. Communication in German is no problem.
Food
Breakfast was also very good. Egg dishes such as scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, omelets, pancakes, etc., were freshly prepared by the chef.
In the evenings, we only used the restaurant for takeout pizza and pasta – the dishes were always delicious, and the value for money was excellent. I particularly remember the taste of the pinsa – it was truly outstanding!
And of course, no Italian vacation would be complete without gelato! Right next to the bar is the ice cream counter with many delicious flavors – we treated ourselves there every evening.
The only slight drawback was the fitness room. Besides the cardio equipment, there was only a somewhat worn weight machine and an old-fashioned weight bench with only small 2-kg weight plates. For someone who trains regularly, this was a bit of a shame – I only used the room once as a result.
My suggestion for improvement: Replace the weight machine and the weight bench with two adjustable flat benches and two dumbbell racks with weights up to 15 kg. This would allow for a much more versatile workout – and the dumbbells are easy to clean and durable.
Conclusion
All in all, we had a wonderful holiday in Tremosine – and especially at Residence La Pertica. Our daughter was happy, we were happy – and we will definitely be back!

This is our second time here, and we'll probably be back again next year . The resort, apartments, and restaurant are fantastic. We're here with our two children and dog, and it's the perfect place to relax, hike, or take day trips by car to the towns around Lake Garda – all away from the hustle and bustle of the crowded resorts. And every day starts with the amazing breakfast buffet, which we booked as an extra. Sadly, our holiday ends tomorrow, but we're already looking forward to 2026!

I remember this hotel from my youth and all I can say is: WOW!! Aside from the fact that this place will always evoke memories and feelings of safety and security, we are impressed by how much the Marini family invests in the property every day. The rooms are all renovated and modernized, the gardens are mowed and well-maintained, and the pool has new tiles. The new pool bar will also be opening soon. The restaurant and bar leave nothing to be desired. The pizza was perfectly topped, and there's a wide selection of wines and Scotch. Everyone is incredibly friendly! We would love to come back and look forward to making more memories.

Very friendly staff. The extensive, excellent breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, with ice cream and pancakes also available for breakfast. In the evening, you can dine on the lovely terrace of the on-site restaurant, offering a variety of Italian specialties with a daily special. Burger nights feature delicious grilled burgers. You can also spend a wonderful, relaxing day by the pool. We had a wonderful week and felt very comfortable. We definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful holiday in this residence!
The apartment was very nice, spacious and well equipped, with a habitable balcony perfect for relaxing outdoors. Our children loved the green space and the playground: safe, well-kept and ideal for them to have fun in peace.
The swimming pool was also a pleasant surprise: beautiful, always clean and equipped with numerous sun loungers for all guests. We also appreciated the bike rental service, which allowed us to take a beautiful trip to the alpine refuge.
A truly recommended place, especially for families with children! We will definitely be back.

Hello, we and our friends booked here 2 separate apartments. The view is undoubtedly very beautiful. There is an outdoor swimming pool which is center of attraction for everyone. Apartment was sparkling clean on arrival. Kitchen was equipped with all necessary utensils.
Reception lady (Suzzane) was kind of enough to make changes in the booking. 5 Stars for her.
Negatives: No Dishwasher in the Kitchen, no vaccum cleaner, No handwash in the bathroom, limited number of toilet paper rolls, no screen doors to block all kinds of insects entering the rooms, only one ball for table tennis while there are 2 tables, every other game was paid.
Please look into it and make the experience more comfortable for guests by upgrading the kitchen and proving some basic stuff in the bathrooms.

This is a perfect place to stay! Especially with a small child. The apartment is great, clean, and fully equipped. There's a small playground perfect for a 2-year-old. There's an outdoor pool (still too cold for us in May), an indoor pool, a sauna, and an indoor play area for children of all ages. A lovely, quiet family hotel, ideally suited for holidays with a toddler. The staff were extremely helpful and we immediately felt welcome. The breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and surprisingly varied by Italian standards. The large pool is perfect for splashing and playing with children, and the spacious garden with its many play structures keeps little ones entertained and entertained. The complex is located above Lake Garda – very secluded, nestled between fields and mountains. The nearest shopping facility is in Vesio – a 15-minute walk or a few minutes by car (there you'll find a small supermarket, an ice cream parlor, a tobacco shop, a restaurant, and a hairdresser). Parking is very limited. Lake Garda can be reached by car, as it is miles away. The roads down to Lake Garda are winding and, in places, very narrow.
The complex offers free parking in front of the apartments. On site is a pool with an integrated children's pool, a playground for younger children, tennis courts, a soccer goal, a space for yoga, etc., and bicycles are available for rent. Use of the public washer/dryer costs €5 per load. In the basement, there is a small indoor pool, table tennis, and a small playroom for younger children. A lovely restaurant with a terrace is available for breakfast, afternoon snacks, and dinner. The staff is very friendly. The balconies/terraces of the apartments are all right next to each other, so there's hardly any privacy, both visually and acoustically. Swimming caps are required at the pool (no one wears them), observing the midday quiet time (no one cares), as well as jumping in from the poolside and using air mattresses are prohibited (no one follows this rule either). If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is unfortunately not the place for you. The complex is perfect for families with small children and dogs. We won't book this complex again, as it was too remote for us and, overall, we found it too noisy.

The La Pertica Residence in Vesio has once again absolutely thrilled us – for the ninth time! The hotel's location is fantastic – nestled in the beautiful landscape of Lake Garda, it offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and offer everything you need for a relaxing stay. Particularly noteworthy is the hospitality of the staff, who always endeavored to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The pool area and the well-kept gardens are ideal for relaxation. The tranquil atmosphere and proximity to many hiking trails make this hotel the perfect choice for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

After years of vacationing there, where our children felt very comfortable, we were practically ripped off. The last two times we were a bit annoyed... We were given the room above the main entrance, where empty bottles were thrown away starting at 11 p.m., and that continued until 11:30 p.m. Everyone knows how loud that is. The dog across the street barked all night, and at 6 a.m., delivery drivers and employees arrived, chatting loudly; sleep was out of the question. The second year was exactly the same, even though we had asked for a different room. We booked a ground-floor apartment early for my daughter, her family, and my mother, as our granddaughter was still in her stroller. When we arrived, we again had the room above the main entrance, and my daughter was right next door. So we had to carry the stroller up and down the stairs, as the ground-floor apartment was rented out to more important holidaymakers with bicycles. Yes, I know, it's a piece of cake to lug the stroller up and down, some might think, but it's not just a few steps, but quite a few more. After politely asking why we weren't given the apartment on the ground floor, we were told, "I always had to lug my children up the stairs in the stroller, too." We were practically laughed at, for whatever reason. From then on, the hotel was history for us.
The host's response: Impudence... Of course this is the right hotel! There are no dogs? Have I imagined for years that the owners have a dog named Rambo and live across the street? Last year and the year before last, he was still bouncing around the garden. I'm speechless. Have you read the other comments? Is it an insult?
These are my experiences; I'm not interested in the other comments.
As already mentioned, it happened to us twice, in a row.... Moreover, it's not an insult, it's a fact. To be portrayed as a liar here is an insult! Here are a few photos to prove this is the right hotel.

Again a fantastic stay! Lovely hosts, great service, beautiful surroundings, lots of activities and very clean and tidy everywhere. Pool area with space for everyone - both children and adults, and good customer service with regards to sun loungers etc.
This year we had a room above the restaurant, which was quite noisy, especially in the evening (except Monday, which is closed). There was also a lot of noise from the road and the waste station close to our bedroom window, where glass filling and emptying and moped noise were quite loud..

We spent 14 days here at the La Pertica resort. It was very nice and we'll be back. The only complaint we have is the inconsistent portions at dinner. One day we had large portions, the next day we had smaller portions. Otherwise, it was a perfect and wonderful vacation.

Simply perfect. We were there for the first time in October 2022 and have been there three times since then. We had a great time there; the breakfast and food were delicious and highly recommended. We're already looking forward to our next visit. The facilities at the resort are very diverse, including swimming, tennis, cycling, table tennis, soccer, and more.

The holiday complex "La Pertica" is highly recommended for a holiday on Lake Garda! It is beautifully and peacefully situated on a plateau overlooking the lake near the town of Vesio. The town of Limone sul Garda is only about 20 minutes from Residence La Pertica, making it the perfect starting point for your daily excursions around the lake.
The park-like grounds are in superb, spotless condition! The outdoor pool is also highly recommended. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols by the pool, so there's no need for hotel guests to reserve them with towels!
The hotel is family-run by the owners, the Marini family, and this is reflected in their excellent customer service! They are incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating! You simply feel at ease!
The day begins with a delicious breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired! There really is something for everyone.
Evening dinner at the hotel's own pizzeria is delicious and very reasonably priced.
Finally, I'd like to thank the hotel staff who made our holiday so pleasant with their friendly and helpful manner!

Great, family-run hotel. Very clean and in a great location, about 8 km from Limone. Very suitable for families with children. We spent a wonderful two weeks at La Pertica and felt very comfortable.

Residence La Pertica is located above the small village of Vesio. From Limone, it takes a good ten minutes by car to reach the mountain. A major advantage is the pleasant climate up there. When it's hot and sometimes sticky down by the lake, it's very pleasant up there.
The entire complex, from the apartments to the restaurant, the garden, and the two pools, is very well-maintained and clean.
The restaurant serves excellent food, but you can also pre-order meals and take them back to your apartment. The breakfast buffet is also highly recommended. There is also a bread delivery service.
The family that runs the property and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.
We are definitely looking forward to our next stay.

The hotel is located in Tremosine, above Lake Garda. You can't see Lake Garda from your room; you either have to walk uphill or sideways. However, everything you could wish for is there. We stayed at the property with our three little girls at the end of July and it was a highly recommended vacation. Relaxation and everything you need for a family-friendly stay. We were very pleased with the cleanliness, the attention to detail, and the overall well-being of the facilities.
The ground-floor apartment is equipped with everything you need, as is the outdoor space that directly overlooks the beautiful park with a playground and swimming pool.
The breakfast buffet was delicious. The freshly cooked pancakes and crepes were a real treat for the girls! The pizzeria restaurant is also a must-try, with takeout available.
The family-run business and the staff are attentive to their guests and take care of the property and parks.

A family-friendly residence with amenities for those with small children. There's a restaurant with takeout options, an indoor and outdoor pool, and an apartment equipped for a comfortable stay. The property can be reached after a ten-minute hairpin bend from Limone del Garda, so it's not directly on the lake, but it's still close to the village of Vesio, where there's a small supermarket, an ATM, and a few restaurants and bars. I found the residence very clean and well-kept (except for the innumerable ants, but I was told that was a real rarity these days) and suitable for children, given the playground and numerous green areas. I would have appreciated one of the two swings being suitable for younger children (with the swings closed, so to speak), which is why we never got to use it. The indoor and outdoor pools are good (perhaps it would have been better if they were a little heated, as they were too cold for the temperature outside at the time, and it's a shame people can't fully enjoy this service).

We deliberately chose this more remote hotel because we were looking for something quiet. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from Limone.
It has a very nice, well-maintained outdoor area with play areas for (young) children.
The rooms are clean and equipped with all the essentials.
We received a friendly welcome, and any requests we had were immediately assisted.
However, you should keep an eye on the extras when booking, as otherwise the price can rise quite quickly.
However, I think this is clearly stated and therefore doesn't deserve a point deduction. For example, we brought our own bed linen and towels.
All in all, we were very satisfied and would come back if the opportunity arises.

The Marini family runs a top-notch resort up here above Lake Garda.
Everything is very well maintained and leaves nothing to be desired. The holiday apartments are very well equipped. The resort lacks nothing. I was only there for three nights and didn't use any of the additional services available. I didn't take advantage of breakfast, dinner, the sauna, the indoor pool, or the sports facilities, most of which are subject to a fee. Therefore, it's difficult to write a fair and comprehensive review.
The complex is located "in the middle of nowhere." The mountain panorama is beautiful, even though you can't see Lake Garda from the hotel. I tried, but couldn't find a spot where you could see the lake. You can't see it from the room either. There may be one or two rooms where you can see it—I didn't.
The vacation apartment is clean and furnished with the essentials. There are dishes, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a stove, and an oven. The cups are standard hotel mini-cups. If you want to drink your coffee from a real cup—a "Haferl" as we call it in Bavaria—you'll have to learn how to make pottery yourself. Dish soap, a sponge, and a small towel were included in the "welcome gift," but that's only enough for two or three days, not enough for a larger group.
The only drawback is the fact that all requests incur additional costs in addition to the basic overnight price. Towels and bed linens cost €14, heating costs €13/day(?), breakfast costs €14/day, dinner, and other things. But you'll be informed about that beforehand, and for me, it's not a reason to deduct stars.
The outdoor pool isn't heated. I was there at the beginning of September and estimate the temperature to be around 21C. It was cool but refreshing. The indoor pool is 28C - I didn't test it.
The beds are also comfortable and clean. If you have a problem or a question, you'll be helped quickly and easily at reception.
If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you - at least in the off-season. When the complex is full, it can get noisy in the evenings. Since you can't see Lake Garda anyway, I recommend a room on the ground floor. From the terrace, you can easily walk through the knee-high hedge to the pool and back again without having to fight for a lounger by the pool. There are plenty of them, and I had no problem getting a spot in the off-season, but in midsummer, it's bound to be complicated. Then you'll just use the lawn with your own equipment.
Shopping options are sparse. There's a supermarket in the village a five-minute walk away, but there's no parking, and the two or three restaurants are so busy that you definitely need a reservation if you want to eat there. This also applies to the hotel's own restaurant.
Personally, I won't go there anymore because it's simply TOO remote for me, but I'll still recommend it.

Die Lage ist für Naturliebhaber ein Traum. Es ist ruhig, aber in dem kleinen Örtchen bekommt man das nötigste.
Im Hotel und in der ganzen Gartenanlage ist alles sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Das Restaurant ist auch spitze und gehen das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis kann man nichts sagen.
Am besten fanden wir auch unsere riesige Terrasse. Da konnten wir auch mal bei Regen sitzen bleiben.

A lovely stay at this residence nestled in the mountains, just steps from Lake Garda. The only downside is the slightly outdated rooms. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. The staff were courteous and helpful. The restaurant was excellent (and also made excellent pinsa and delicious fresh pasta!). The hotel also offers fully equipped barbecue areas, tennis courts, bikes, a gym, an indoor and outdoor pool, and a games room with ping pong and billiards. Highly recommended for both couples and families with young children and older children. We'll definitely be back!

There's a lovely outdoor pool and a beautiful park. I'm giving it 4 stars because there should be more supervision at the pool, as the week I was there was a certain amount of chaos. It was difficult to swim in the pool in a relaxed manner, as between the boats, balls, and water pistols, there wasn't much space or peace to swim. My daughters practically ran away from the indoor pool because the unsupervised kids were screaming, splashing, and swearing at them. I should point out that they weren't Italian, and we could only speak to them in English to get them to settle down.

It is a very nice spot for mountain bikers and tennis players, but also has volleyball and soccer fields and nice indooor and outdoor pools, table tennis, billard, and a gym. This makes La Pertica a nearly ideal holiday ome for sportive families or groups. The rooms are clean and mostly comfortable, partially come with a great view over Lake Garda and the hills. Minus: WLAN access is complicated - and if it works- is slow, TV screens are small (24 inch?), internal restaurant -although food is good- cannot match atmosphere and quality of nearby restaurants.

We spent a week together and would have loved to have stayed another week.
It was so pleasantly quiet, even though some children were playing at the pool. Everything was somehow relaxed.
The owners took care of every question, the food in the restaurant was delicious (we tried it once), and we were able to rent e-bikes right at the hotel. The pool was easily 20 meters long, so you could do a few laps. Great.
And the location: right at the top of the village. No traffic. And yet, you can quickly get to the bakery or a restaurant in the village. But: It's steep. If you've had dinner at Nando's (!) in the evening, it's a steep uphill walk back.
I would go there again.

Like every year for over 10 years, we come here for biking, and I could just copy and paste my old reviews. What's really special is that the Marini family continues to invest, and many parts of the building have been freshly renovated or newly constructed since last year: The rooms have a fresh coat of paint, new lamps, and better beds. Mr. Marini has also built a large covered port area where motorcycles can now be parked and cars unloaded (yes, it sometimes rains in Vesio...).
Good staff, good rooms, a restaurant with excellent food, and the bombproof bike storage room – there's nothing better in the region. Speaking of the bike storage room: Mr. Marini has recently set up a workshop station there with a workbench and a sturdy bike repair stand – free for all cyclists to use. Fantastic, thank you so much!

Beautiful complex undergoing extensive renovations. We had an apartment on the ground floor. Very nicely furnished, very clean room, newly renovated bathroom.
Very nice gardens with a great lawn, a clean pool. A soccer field for the kids, with an attached volleyball court and a yoga station. Tennis courts are very well-maintained (for an additional fee).
For bad weather, there's an indoor pool and two table tennis tables, foosball, and billiards, as well as a small gym.
The breakfast was very tasty, but still too expensive for my taste. The staff was super friendly and happy to answer any questions.
We really enjoyed the quiet location, as well as the proximity to hiking and mountain biking areas. We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to next year!

We had a wonderful vacation. You can immediately tell that it's a family-run hotel. Everyone is very friendly. The apartments are very clean and equipped with everything you need. The swimming pool is very convenient and always invites you to cool off after a hike or bike ride. You can, of course, also spend the whole day by the pool and enjoy delicious drinks from the bar. A visit to the restaurant is also worthwhile; the food is super delicious.
For vacationers who like to be active, the location is perfect.
Please note, however, that it's 7 km down to Lake Garda and, of course, back up again. But you already know that before booking.
After 22 years of camping, we tried a different kind of vacation and were not disappointed. The complex is a bit like a campsite with permanent buildings but with a very high level of comfort. *****It was perfect for us.

Located above Limone on the western shore of Lake Garda, Limone is a leisurely 15-20 minute drive away.
In Vesio, there is a Coop supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a bank, a hairdresser, a pizzeria, and two cafés, including the bar "Da Gloria." It's a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away.
La Pertica offers apartments and hotel rooms. This time, because we were traveling with four generations, we had two apartments: one for two people and one for 5-6 people. Comfortable and functionally furnished; we didn't miss a thing.
Extensive breakfast buffet, still waitressed due to the coronavirus pandemic, but still quick and smooth.
Snacks at lunchtime, and a small but fine menu with local delicacies in the evening, such as antipastos, pizza, pinsa, and more.
We chose La Pertica for the third time in different groups (family with two children, couple, extended family with four generations) and were always completely satisfied. We would love to come back!

The pool is a good size and suitable for small children. One drawback I have to mention, however, is the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is terribly bad. It's not even good enough to load a simple website or play music. But the customer service is very good.

Absolutely delighted with this accommodation. The proximity to the restaurant with delicious food (be sure to try the pinsa and homemade tortelloni!), the large lawn, and the location on the Tremosine plateau at almost 700 meters above sea level were a dream. It's a starting point for many hikes, including Monte Bestone (900 meters), which can be easily reached in 40 minutes and offers a fascinating view of Lake Garda. The apartment was spacious, with a new bathroom, a kitchen with a freezer, and a terrace; everything was very clean. You'll need to bring your own dish soap, sponge, dishcloth, etc. for the kitchen.

A beautiful complex with a huge pool, perfect for a dip after hikes and mountain bike tours in the immediate area. Everything's right on your doorstep. The hotel's own e-bike rental service also allows you to take tours to Lake Ledro and through the rugged forest and mountain trails. The breakfast buffet is fresh and plentiful. Dinner on the modern outdoor terrace with a view of the mountains is also fantastic. We extended our stay because there were so many more tours available :) We were here during a sunny mid-September week and can highly recommend it.

Had to check in spontaneously after our actual accommodation cancelled our booking last minute.
We had a great time, the area is well equipped and the pool is lovely!
There are many families around so it is easy to get to know new people if you want to.
The restaurant is amazing, I had the best tortellini here!
The apartment was also well equipped with a newly renovated bathroom.
Only bad thing was the bed. It was way too hard and the pillows too. A selection of pillows to choose from could be a solution as some people might like hard ones while we prefer the softer ones.
Apart from this, everything was perfect!

We found this apartment/hotel through dogsincluded.nl. We booked for a week, but once we arrived, we quickly extended our stay by another week.
The hotel is located in a quiet area at an altitude of about 600m. There are several shops and restaurants nearby. Lake Garda is about 10km away via a typical mountain road. Limone sul Garda is about 20 minutes away.
The apartments are neat and well-equipped. We stayed in apartment 120 for the first week. It's well-located, albeit facing the street, but this wasn't really a problem at night. The second week we moved to apartment 208. This is a bit of a less desirable location. The terrace is above the restaurant area, and like all apartments on this side, there's less sun during the day. The kitchenette is a bit limited for our needs.
Furthermore, this property has a great swimming pool and a very well-maintained garden. Very clean!
There is a games room with pool, table tennis, and foosball. If the weather lets you down, you can also use the indoor pool. There's a sauna, but it was always closed (perhaps ask at reception).
Outside, there's a soccer field, a volleyball court, and three tennis courts. The garden has various playground equipment and two barbecues.
We enjoyed breakfast several times. There's a lot of choice and it's really delicious. There's a restaurant with classic cuisine. Not bad, but we found several excellent restaurants nearby. You can always go to the bar for a stiff drink or something a little less intense.
All in all, we were very pleased with this accommodation. Perfect for a pleasant holiday. It's an ideal base for hikes or mountain bike tours (you can rent e-MTBs here for a day of fun).
There's a good chance we'll be back next year.

We spent a week here. Accommodation is okay, the view is beautiful, they got an outer and an inner pool. Sauna, table tennis, tenniscourt and a lot of other freetime activities. Food is also cool. Highly recommended.

Excellent accommodations, especially for (small) children. Plenty of opportunities to do things in beautiful surroundings. It's a short fifteen-minute drive up the mountain from the lake, but that puts you well out of the hustle and bustle and makes it much cooler than at the lake. There's a great restaurant and friendly people!

Everything's there, everything's beautiful. Friendly staff, good food in the restaurant. If you don't need a 24-hour view of Lake Garda and don't need a dishwasher on vacation, you can have a wonderful holiday there.

Very well-maintained facilities and well-suited for training camps (especially tennis).
The hotel staff mostly speaks German and is also very friendly.
You can also go on bike tours and enjoy the scenery and surroundings on your full-suspension/hardtail/e-mountain bike or full-suspension e-mountain bike.
The hotel is unfortunately very high up on the mountain, but the price is not bad.
The buffet is also varied, and much of it is freshly prepared.

We spent our 2017 summer vacation here and were completely satisfied. Everything runs very smoothly; the staff and owners are very helpful and friendly. The apartments are very clean. Unfortunately, they are also somewhat spartanly furnished. A little more attention to detail would have made the experience even more comfortable. The newer apartments look better. The beds are comfortable. We brought our own bedding and couldn't use the sheets because they were one-piece mattresses. This information would have been helpful. We had an apartment with a balcony, which was a nice size and we had a view of the entire complex. The terraces are larger, but people always look in as they pass by. To each their own. The complex is also well-maintained and very suitable for relaxation. The size of the complex is not noticeable at all; it was never particularly hectic or noisy. The pool is great. The food is good in the restaurant, but don't neglect the selection of grappa and rum. The delicious cappuccino for €1.80 is particularly noteworthy.
Wonderful hiking trails lead from the complex.
The only thing that disturbed the peace was the extremely thin walls in the rooms.

Just about the bike station: MTB rental is expensive, you have to leave your ID as a deposit when you rent it, and the bike wasn't well maintained.
