Beautifully and peacefully situated among old olive trees with a stunning view of the Valténesi vineyards. Our family of two adults and two children (8 and 10) stayed here for the second time and were once again very satisfied. The apartments, decorated in a country style that perfectly suits the location, are a good size and very well-maintained and clean. The entire property blends harmoniously into the landscape. The new swimming pool deserves special mention; even when the air temperature was just below 20C, our children made ample use of it.
The hosts, Fioralba and Adriano, are very friendly, accommodating, and always available when needed.
We felt very comfortable at Agriturismo Fioralba and will gladly return.

A beautiful place, with incredibly kind people. Located off the beaten track, yet close to everything. The town center is wonderful, with its hilltop, narrow streets where life moves at a slower pace compared to the tourist resorts located right by the lake. Fioralba and her family are a model of Italian hospitality and warmth. And that cute little dog who took such a liking to my hat. And the fact that by choosing to stay, you'll be participating, willy-nilly, in the lives of your neighbors across the street is truly... a minor matter. Everything else definitely outweighs it. This Agriturismo is a delight! Fioralba and her daughter, Natalia, were so welcoming and charming. The rooms are built and maintained to a very high standard, with lovely verandah with table & comfy chairs, and views of olive groves. (and mozzie nets, again, not always provided in other places). Breakfasts are splendid, including fruit & cereals, which you don't always get in casa vacanzia in Italy. They have a new, saltwater pool this season, which I really enjoyed early mornings and late evenings! The farm produces grapes & olives, and they make & sell rather good young wine, and other products. Natalia speaks excellent English, and advised me many times on the best beaches at the lake, good walking, boat trips, etc. I will be back!

We had a lovely stay, which was unfortunately overshadowed by the sudden death of our dog shortly before the start of our vacation. Luckily, we had our lovely dog, Theo, who always brought a smile to our faces. It's a beautifully equipped apartment, with everything you need for self-catering on vacation. We especially loved the large refrigerator with an extra freezer compartment , an induction stove, and a regular-sized dishwasher. Often, there are smaller ones in vacation apartments. The absolute highlight was the pool, which was just opened this year. We were able to really relax there and enjoy some sun. Since we already know the area, the location was perfect for us. Everything we needed was nearby. I could list so much more; it was simply wonderful, and the whole family was super sweet and welcoming. We'd love to come back, and then again with joy in our hearts and on our four paws We'll be sure to have a good time and let's go.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Agriturismo Fioralba from start to finish. The warm welcome from the entire family immediately made us feel welcome. This warmth and friendliness accompanied us throughout our stay.
The regional breakfast was a daily highlight, especially the homemade jam, which I immediately fell in love with. Of course, we had to take a jar home to make the holiday feeling last a little longer.
Our room was freshly renovated, very tastefully decorated, and wonderfully clean. You can see how much attention has been paid to detail. The newly opened pool was a dream and perfectly rounded off our vacation.
We felt incredibly comfortable here and were able to unwind wonderfully. The combination of family warmth, beautiful surroundings, and lovingly run accommodations makes Agriturismo Fioralba a true favorite.
We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend a stay.

My husband and I had a wonderful week at Agritourismo Fioralba.
Our apartment was newly renovated, stylishly and comfortably furnished, and had a large balcony with a wonderful view.
The breakfast was plentiful, with local and homemade specialties, fresh fruit daily, muesli, scrambled eggs,... and especially recommended, the excellent cappuccino (Grazie Natalia ). It was the perfect start to the day.

The Fioralba is truly a fantastic place to stay, nestled between the rustic olive trees. Our apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortably furnished. The small kitchen had everything you need, even for evening cooking. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade jam and honey. From the second day on, we were asked if we wanted the same coffee again, which was very thoughtful.
We also particularly liked the pool, which is brand new. We've rarely been so impressed by a pool. It's organically designed, with small stones forming an anti-slip surface. We were traveling with a child, so we really liked the shallow entry at the edge. When you discover the buttons for different bubbles, you feel like you're at a thermal spa. There's also a swimming instructor who simulates lap swimming, which we enjoyed using.
But the real highlight of this accommodation is the friendly family who run the property. They are simply super accommodating and just very, very kind and uncomplicated. After our own research only directed us to the tourist hotspots of Lake Garda, we relied solely on the excursion tips provided by the owner's daughter, and it was a great decision. We had a wonderfully relaxing time. Our child is already asking when we can come back. Thank you!

Nice garden full of olive trees, not far from lake Garda surrounded by vineyards, amazing swimming pool and very friendly, hospitable owners. How much love and work they put into this! A perfect breakfast, perfectly clean very modern appartments,... Couldn't ask for more.

We had a really lovely time at this agriturismo. The property is beautiful and peaceful, with old olive trees all around that give it a very special atmosphere.
The pool was fantastic — clean, refreshing, and with slightly salty water, which we really enjoyed. A perfect spot to relax and cool off.
Breakfast was excellent every morning, with some homemade products that made it extra special. The croissants and the coffee were definitely highlights!
Our room was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and very practical — everything we needed was there, and it felt comfortable and welcoming.
The family who runs the place is incredibly kind, helpful, and always friendly. You can tell they really care about their guests.
We felt very much at home here, and if we come back to Lake Garda, we’d be more than happy to stay again. Highly recommended!

We stayed a week in this beautiful property. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the apartment (which is not to be taken for granted!), the attention to detail in the furnishings, and its location, which allowed us to quickly reach some of the most beautiful places on the lake. The apartment, in addition to being equipped with a microwave and dishwasher, also has a lovely private outdoor space overlooking the garden's olive trees (perfect for those who love peace even in the chaos of August!). The saltwater pool is truly beautiful and unique, also featuring hydromassage areas. For an additional fee, you can enjoy a gourmet breakfast featuring many of their own products (and upon our arrival, we were even offered a bottle of their delicious wine!). It's a new property, and the owners are very attentive to guest feedback and strive to accommodate every request. It's definitely one of the best properties we've stayed in, and we can't recommend it highly enough! My only suggestion for the future would be to perhaps install a couple of washing machines in a common area, but that's just a suggestion! We will definitely be back!!

The agriturismo is idyllically situated between vineyards and olive groves. The new pool not only looks chic, but is also a great place to relax and play with children.
Breakfast is fresh daily, and almost everything comes from the hosts' own farm. The apartment was a comfortable size, very clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The hosts were always friendly and accommodating.

We had a wonderful two weeks there. With children and a dog, it was no problem. The owners are very friendly and take exceptional care of their guests! The apartment was clean and well-equipped.
The new saltwater pool is a highlight, and the loungers invite you to relax.
The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, made with regional products. The house's own organic wine rounded off our stay.
The agriturismo is in a quiet location. The supermarket, restaurants, and the lake are only accessible by car.

We received a very warm welcome. The owners of the farm are incredibly accommodating and nothing is too much trouble for them! The farm boasts a fantastic location in its own olive grove, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The apartments are excellent, and the building's orientation is ideal for summer. Each apartment has air conditioning, which definitely makes summer life easier! The complex features a communal balcony and a common room with a foosball table and a ping-pong table. The pool is large enough to provide ample opportunity for cooling off, in addition to swimming in the lake! Well-behaved dogs are welcome at the farm! The owners also offer breakfast. For those who prefer, there's also the option of catering. Perhaps the owners could adjust the price a bit to increase demand for this option ! The farm offers excellent access to the lake and the shops along the main lakeside road. A car is necessary to reach the lake, but this isn't a problem as there's plenty of parking available. You can find recommendations for the area in my local tips. You can get around quickly in all directions. I also recommend this accommodation for cyclists (mountain bikers, road cyclists) as it offers routes into the mountains as well as flat paths along the lake's edge. All in all, a fantastic place to stay and we'd love to come back. Thanks again to the whole family who own it. It was a truly wonderful holiday!

A charming farmhouse, surrounded by greenery and in a strategic location for visiting the lake. The family-run apartments are in excellent condition. As soon as you arrive, you immediately feel at home thanks to the owners' helpfulness. Our only regret is that we weren't able to taste all the wines produced by the estate, but we'll definitely be back. Congratulations!

I reserved the entire property for a two-night stay for 30 guests, and it was truly one of the most memorable experiences I've had. The rooms were impeccably clean and cozy, the location was wonderfully serene, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with a fantastic garden and stunning landscape. A good location for anyone looking to relax away from the noise and civilization, without depriving themselves of the comforts it offers. Clean, new apartments with perfectly functioning air conditioning (even in Italian August). An ideal place for a long break – all of Garda's attractions are reachable by car in a day, and for a longer walk or bike ride, there are several beaches to choose from and places for leisurely trekking. The owners are hospitable and helpful.

(Mosquito screens, air conditioning can be switched off, baby bed, perfect eqiped kitchen, etc.)
The owner Fioralba is super helpful with everyday questions (doctor, pharmacy, shopping, beach).
The agritourismo's own olive oil and wine can be tasted and bought! super delicious organic products!
We really enjoyed our family vacation there amongst the olive trees and hope to stay there again sometime.

We stayed at this property on two different occasions. The first time, we occupied three apartments on the first floor, and the second time, we occupied two apartments on the ground floor. Unfortunately, the second time, we were reprimanded by the owner regarding the air conditioning. He pointed out that the mosquito nets didn't work, and we wouldn't have used them. He remembered the first time a mosquito net broke. He had the nerve to charge €40 for the repair. Even though we had left this property around €3,000, we thought they would take our return into account. I don't think we'll be returning; it's a shame, because the place is worth it.

My wife and I stayed three nights in the Riel apartment on the first floor. We had a wonderful time; the apartment is new and has everything you need. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The apartments are nestled among the vines and olive trees. The kitchen/living room leads to the balcony, which offers a view of a "sea" of olive trees. From the bedroom, you can see vines and olive trees. We love these views, so our stay was very relaxing. We ate breakfast and dinner on the balcony overlooking the olive grove; it felt like we were sitting among the olive trees.
The location is strategic: we're far from the bustle of the lakeside and yet just minutes from Salò. We recommend it to everyone, especially those who, like us, enjoy staying surrounded by greenery and the tranquility that nature offers.

Clean, tidy, and comfortable.

Fioralba and Adriano welcomed us with kindness and extreme discretion. This new, eco-friendly farmhouse offers spacious, well-maintained, soundproofed apartments with every comfort. We stayed at Agriturismo Fioralba for 15 days in September. All the apartments were very nice, newly furnished, and spotlessly clean.
Fioralba and her family were very nice, always helpful, and we always felt like we were in good hands, which certainly contributed to the family atmosphere on the farm.
In short, a wonderful time, like being with friends.
I do have two suggestions for improvement, but these should NOT be considered complaints.
It would be nice if the apartments had Wi-Fi and a barbecue area with a table so you can eat right next to the grill. Especially in apartments on the first floor, it's a bit of a hassle to bring the grilled food onto the balcony.
And finally, a big thank you to Fioralba, her husband, and their children for letting us stay with you.

Surrounded by greenery, this brand-new property offers all the comforts, large apartments, and is very clean. It's also suitable for families with children because it's very spacious, even outside. Private parking is available.
The view is beautiful, both from your apartment and from the lovely terrace.

The Fioralba farmhouse is surrounded by olive groves, perfect for relaxing and ideally located for visiting some of the charming villages overlooking Lake Garda.
The property is beautiful and immaculately clean.
The owners are very kind and helpful.
I hope to return soon and I have no hesitation in recommending this farmhouse.
