We spent two weeks on vacation at Villa Abelia. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. We booked with breakfast, which we enjoyed very much. The family is very hospitable and always helpful. We brought our bikes with us and went on some beautiful tours, including into the hinterland.

We highly recommend Villa Abelia. As a middle-aged couple, we wanted a lovely guesthouse with a good breakfast, located a little outside the busy Garda coast. Colà has a shop and a few good restaurants. Our room was well-equipped and clean. The pool is regularly cleaned and topped up with saltwater. Mrs. Masconi and her husband are wonderful hosts. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to couples or families with children.

Beautiful rooms (there are 6) as well as 3 apartments. A generous breakfast is served under a pergola when the weather is nice.
The pool is a good size, and there are plenty of sun loungers.
Coffee, cappuccino, espresso, etc., are available all day from a large coffee machine at reasonable prices.
The lovingly furnished double rooms include a bathroom with a spa shower and a terrace with comfortable seating and a table. Room service is provided during breakfast.
There is a spacious underground parking garage.
Colá is a tranquil village near Lazise with a good selection of restaurants. The surrounding area is ideal for exploring on foot or by bicycle.

We spent another wonderful few days at Villa Abelia. It's very welcoming and family-run, and the location away from the lake and the hustle and bustle is simply fantastic. The little village of Colà is just perfect.
Fiammetta and her husband are wonderful hosts, and everything is spotlessly clean.
The breakfast is very generous with something for everyone.
We'll be back!

We highly recommend Villa Abelia as a vacation rental. From the beautiful double rooms and the excellent breakfast to the garage parking and the pool for guests, everything is perfect. For this reason, we wanted to spend our vacation there again this year after 2021. Due to a sudden serious illness, we unfortunately had to cancel our planned stay one day before arrival. Unfortunately, our request to postpone our vacation to another date was completely ignored, with the comment that they were already fully booked for this season. We would have liked to come in 2025, but that was never even offered. Instead, they demanded the full price of the vacation, including the cost of breakfast. We will definitely vacation on Lake Garda again, but due to this inflexible and unaccommodating behavior, we will choose a different location.

We are currently on our way back from our holiday at Lake Garda, staying at Villa Abelia, which we can highly recommend as accommodation!
Unfortunately, the chosen holiday destination didn't quite live up to our expectations! It was almost always too crowded everywhere (streets, towns, attractions, restaurants, etc.), and on top of that, the heat was unbearable; it was only tolerable in the room or in the car with air conditioning! Therefore, for these very personal reasons, we left after one week (we had planned for two). It was understandable that we didn't receive a refund for the room at the guesthouse, but we would have expected a refund for the breakfast and the unused energy and cleaning costs (for seven days, after all!).
But it is what it is; for us, the decision was the right one, and Italy will not be an option for a holiday again!

In two weeks we'll be back in Cola (for the third time) at Villa Abelia, and we're really looking forward to it. Everything there just fits perfectly for us: the tranquility of the small town, the fantastic house with its beautifully furnished rooms, the pool, and the underground parking garage, as well as the excellent value for money. Not to mention the extensive breakfast buffet and the wonderful hosts. We're planning tours with our e-bikes again this year, as the region is ideal for them. Although located a bit away from Lake Garda, you can quickly reach Lazise, Bardolino, or Peschiera by bike or car. Short tours into the hinterland are also worthwhile, whether to small wineries or historic buildings. We can recommend Villa Abelia without reservation.

We stayed at Villa Abelia for five days at the beginning of October 2023. We were absolutely thrilled by the warmth and friendliness of the host family. We had an apartment because there were no rooms available. At approximately 65 square meters, it was very spacious, tastefully decorated, and very clean. We were able to store our car and our e-bikes in the underground garage. The pool was a pleasant temperature. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the shared terrace. We hope we can make it happen again next year, as we would love to come back. Thank you very much and all the best!

This was our first apartment, and it was a real hit.
Beautiful grounds, very nice rooms, and an excellent breakfast.
The service is perfect, and they constantly strive to ensure you lack nothing.
Lazise and Peschiera are quickly and easily accessible by bike, and the small town of "Cola" offers many great restaurants.
We highly recommend this house.

A family-run B&B in Cola de Lazise. The owners are friendly but not intrusive, helpful, and warm. You immediately feel like you're in good hands.
Clean and beautifully furnished rooms with private showers and toilets, as well as air conditioning. The breakfast is more than excellent and plentiful. They offer delicious homemade cakes, among other things.
Overall, a top-notch accommodation with breakfast! We've already booked for next year! We'd love to come back!

It's a small, owner-run guesthouse. The landlady speaks excellent German and is very enthusiastic about her work. She's always available to answer questions.
The breakfast is very good, but rather monotonous, with the same cold cuts and cheeses every day. It's nice to be able to eat breakfast outside.
What's annoying is that the owner of the house always waits in the morning to see when the guests are leaving their rooms so they can be cleaned. It's nice that there's an underground parking garage. Every vehicle has its own assigned parking space. The pool is very clean and well-maintained. There are also bicycles for rent, although they don't have electric assistance.

We initially considered booking something in the town by the beach, but ultimately decided on the villa, which was the best decision. Since we're on the go every day, we don't have to constantly sit through traffic; we can largely avoid it. The villa is beautifully furnished and super clean. The owners are friendly and helpful. The bed, which is very important to me, is very comfortable and has plenty of space. It's a very quiet and relaxing place. Breakfast on the terrace has everything you need. In conclusion, it's the best choice.

We are very excited and satisfied with this wonderful facility. A very good breakfast with at least 15 different types of coffee.
Everything is prepared with love every morning, from scrambled eggs to eggs and much more.
The pool is a saltwater pool, very clean and well-maintained, as are the entire facility and rooms. We love being here.

We stayed in one of the apartments for a few days as a family with three children. We really enjoyed it. Mrs. Abelia is a very experienced and friendly host. She lived in Switzerland for many years. The apartment was super clean, and everything you need was there. Air conditioning, a washing machine, a freezer, an underground parking garage, and a pool were all great. The majority of the residents were German. It's easy to bond because the complex is small, cozy, and intimate. The underground parking garage has enough space, even for large and tall cars. The entrance is over 210 cm. We would return anytime and recommend these villas. Many thanks also to the Abelia family. We have great respect for their work.

Villa Abelia is a beautiful villa for a relaxing holiday. We found peace and quiet there, and the breakfast they offer was always delicious. The rooms were cleaned perfectly every day, and the pool was always clean and warm. The owners of Villa Abelia were always very friendly and helpful. Villa Abelia is located very close to the town. We would love to come back again.

Very cozy, you feel welcome. A friendly welcome from the lady of the house, who showed us everything and explained it, was always available to answer any questions, and offered good tips.
The rooms are very well-equipped, and the en-suite bathroom is very well-maintained and modern. Outdoor seating invites you to linger. The pool is a great place to relax after a beautiful day; it's also a place to simply feel good.
The breakfast is clearly presented, beautifully decorated, very tasty, and there's something for every taste.
The location is very good: a 5-minute bike ride from Lake Garda. There are good restaurants nearby, and, importantly, it's pleasantly quiet. You can park either in front of the property in the free parking spaces or in the underground garage beneath the building.
If we're ever in the region again, we'll try to get a room here again.

This is our second time here, and we'll definitely be back. The location is lovely. The pizzeria just around the corner is excellent. There's plenty of parking. Everything is spotlessly clean. The pool area is also beautiful. Breakfast has everything you could want. In the afternoon, we treated ourselves to cappuccinos from the machine by the pool at a very reasonable price, and they tasted absolutely delicious.

Finally, a hotel where everything was exactly as described on the website! We felt very, very comfortable there. Unfortunately, we were only there for a week, but we will definitely go back for a longer stay next time. It's very clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the family is incredibly warm and welcoming. Quiet location; those seeking entertainment should look elsewhere. It's a bit far from the lake, but easily accessible by bike. A car is necessary for dining out unless you want pizza or steak every day. Unfortunately, we haven't yet had the chance to visit the Pansa taverna, but it's supposed to offer good local cuisine; we'll definitely try it. We deducted one star for the room due to the lack of hooks in the bathroom (there weren't any) and for the location because of the somewhat confusing bus schedule to the nearest town, Lazise. So, if you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. There's a small supermarket in town, but don't expect to find everything there. The owners are very friendly and always ready to help; this certainly won't be our last holiday here.

This was our second time vacationing there. You immediately feel at home, they help you, and answer all your questions. Always friendly and welcoming, with a smile, no matter how many times you see each other during the day. It's a very family-like atmosphere. Wow! We're unfortunately moving on, but this certainly won't be the last time we stay here. A very nice family who lovingly cares for all their guests. Great breakfast, not a mass-produced affair: a small buffet that's constantly replenished – you'll often notice that a bowl is empty – and it doesn't stay empty for long. The value for money is great, even outstanding.

This accommodation is perfect for those seeking peace, rest, and relaxation.
Away from the hustle and bustle of Lake Garda, yet only a few minutes' drive from Lazise or Peschiera.
Beautiful, well-kept rooms with TVs, a front garden or terrace with a table and chairs, underground parking, and a pool.
The owners are super friendly and very helpful.
The breakfast is very extensive and lovingly prepared. A separate breakfast room is available near the pool.
A restaurant, iced coffee shop, and supermarket are nearby, also within walking distance.
I highly recommend this accommodation.
