🔆 Never before had I received so much attention from start to finish! Clean, welcoming, and they fulfilled every request with care and attention! Tastefully furnished rooms with everything you could need, a spectacular lake view (in my case), a small private beach with lounge chairs and umbrella where they greeted us with a welcome cocktail upon arrival, the spa and pool were top-notch, and the location is just steps from the center with parking included, which is a significant saving even in Sirmione. What more could you ask for? I thank the staff for accommodating every single request. See you next time!

🔆 An excellent day at the Hotel Ocelle Thermae: spa, thermal pool, and spectacular views of Lake Garda. We chose the day-use spa & pool and felt pampered from the first moment: the outdoor thermal pools overlooking the lake are a true privilege. The California massage and the "Ocelle" massage performed by the excellent masseuse were excellent: expert hands, a relaxing environment, and attention to detail. The staff was welcoming, the environment was meticulously maintained, and the lake view added a special touch. Highly recommended for couples seeking relaxation and well-being.

🔆 Excellent option, just outside the city. Covered parking. Private beach and pier. Excellent breakfast. Bar and pool area with good service (Lana). Spa with indoor pool. Spacious, well-equipped room with balcony and lake view. Modern facilities. Good reception. 10-minute walk from the main city gate.

The hotel is modern, with attention to every detail, and far exceeded our expectations. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming: a special thanks to Ms. Patricia at the front desk, who with great courtesy and professionalism fulfilled our every request, making our stay even more enjoyable. The thermal pool and spa are impeccable: well-maintained, clean, and relaxing. During a treatment, I had the pleasure of meeting Elisa, a very competent, professional, and kind staff member. The passion she puts into her work truly makes the difference. We stayed in a Junior Suite overlooking the lake, and waking up to that view was splendid. The cleanliness is perfect, with attention to every detail. We couldn't find a single negative: everything was impeccable. This short break turned into a true moment of relaxation and well-being. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for an experience of absolute comfort and serenity.
