La casa al Glicine is an elegant flat, recently carefully renovated, located on the third floor with lift of an elegant building that includes a large garden with reserved parking spaces and an outdoor swimming pool. The finishes, colours and furnishing solutions have been chosen with care and taste, taking into account the needs of holidaymakers who do not want to give up the comforts of home. The two-bedroom flat is air-conditioned and consists of a very spacious double bedroom lit by two windows with electric blinds. In addition to the Alcantara bed with storage space, the large room also features a wall mirror, an open wardrobe and a pouf that can easily be converted into a single bed. The living area invites you to relax: a comfortable sofa in front of the glass window looks out onto the incomparable pocket terrace, which opens onto the roofs of the building and offers a view of the surrounding green mountains. In the same room there is a large designer fridge, a table with chairs for four people and the open kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob and small appliances. The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower, window and accessories. The flat house is located in the centre of Toscolano Maderno, not far from the lake, the weekly market and the tourist attractions of the area, not to mention the paths to enjoy on foot or by bike in the countryside or on the splendid lakeside promenade along the Gulf of Maderno. From here you can experience "the lake from the lake", enjoy water sports and visit the surrounding villages or the island of Garda. Toscolano is also home to the historic paper mill with its open-air museum and the picturesque "Valley of the Paper Mills", which invites you to take refreshing walks along the stream.
