We arrived and received a very warm welcome.
The hotel is located on the edge of Riva, which makes it very quiet. It's a leisurely ten-minute walk to the beach.
There is ample parking available in front of the hotel and in the parking garage.
The breakfast was delicious and offered a good selection.
The rooms are very clean and modernly furnished.
The reception staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
Our requests were noted and promptly fulfilled.

The property is modern and well furnished. Very functional apartment. Excellent location in relation to the lakefront promenade and the center of Riva. Very efficient, courteous, and helpful staff. The information we received about local attractions was very useful. The management of the property is very connected to the local area, which is definitely something to be proud of. Good breakfast.

A stylishly furnished apartment where we felt very comfortable. The modern kitchen, comfortable bed, chic bathroom, and balcony with a view of the vineyards left nothing to be desired.
The service is excellent, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious.
The bus stop is practically right outside the door, from where you can easily get to the center of Riva or Arco. You can also rent a bike from the hotel to get to the center.

Yes, we had an apartment with a balcony; a new building with a great bathroom and a functional kitchen. There's an elevator, and a sauna is available for a fee. About 600 meters from the beautiful beach of Lake Garda, less than 5 minutes by bike.

A perfect stay. We chose this hotel for a stop on our road trip and mentioned it was our honeymoon. Upon arrival, we found a surprise on the bed ️
The staff, the location, the view, and the team are to die for. The poolside cocktail is a big plus and very well done. We were well advised and pampered during our stay.
If you choose this hotel, I recommend the restaurant next door and, of course, the very well-stocked breakfast with delicious local products.

I was very pleasantly surprised. Very clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, but we didn't need it because we were enjoying other attractions. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi was great. We got what was probably the best room with two balconies. The view in the morning was stunning.

A fantastic place! We got a room with two balconies – the mountain view was heavenly , the breakfast was delicious, there was something for everyone. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a day on via ferratas. The staff were incredibly friendly. I recommend renting a Vespa and exploring the surrounding area, as the views are breathtaking

I just returned from this hotel located in a quiet area of Riva del Garda near the Port and Forte Garda. The hotel is new and well maintained and the rooms are new and clean. I stayed with my dog. I will definitely return. The center of Riva is beautiful. It is worth returning again, perhaps in another season where there are fewer people.

I only stayed one night, but the hotel is in a very quiet location, just a few minutes from the center of Riva, near Torbole and Arco. The room was amazing, and the best thing is that they accept dogs. They have good parking and a generous breakfast. Super clean, and there's even an outdoor pool. I'll definitely be back.

I would have to give this hotel a mixed review. The reception staff, pool and breakfast were wonderful, but there were some issues with the room. The air conditioning only worked intermittently and not during the night and when my bed collapsed during the night (a pull out bed to make up a triple room), instead of receiving an apology, I was asked not to ‘jump on the bed.’ I’m a 51 year old woman and unlikely to do this! Also we hired 3 bikes which were not in good condition with poor brakes.

A wonderful hotel. We spent seven days in the apartment, and everything we needed was there, including a very good breakfast and a swimming pool. Getting to the center and the lake requires a bit of a walk, but it's not a problem.
The hotel is very well-maintained and clean, and the staff is fantastic and extremely helpful. Parking in the underground garage is a plus. The apartment and hotel are accessible to people with disabilities. I highly recommend it.

Nice hotel, also a balcony in the room. Quiet, we got a good night's sleep. We had a really good dinner at a nearby winery restaurant and went for an evening walk in the center of Riva. The height of the garage was enough for our tall car.
The only minus is the air conditioning, which turns off by itself after a certain time delay.

At the Ecohotel Primavera, the name says it all. My wife, child, and I had a fantastic week-long experience with the staff, rooms, and ambiance at this wonderfully located hotel. It's located a little off the main promenade, about a 10-minute walk from Lake Garda. Not too close, not too far. The staff is incredibly friendly and constantly interested in the well-being of the hotel guests. There's a lovely small pool, clean rooms, and a secure underground parking garage for cars or bicycles. Of course, you get access with your room card.
If we ever find ourselves on the north coast of Lake Garda again, we'll definitely stay at the Ecohotel Primavera.

Everything was very clean, the staff were courteous and friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and there was a lockable bicycle storage room with a workshop. We had a problem with our car upon departure, but the owner arranged for a mechanic to help us in no time, even on the weekend – thank you again for that. If we ever go to Lake Garda again, we would gladly stay at this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay in one of the apartments. They were superbly equipped and very clean. The on-site assistance was also more than just hospitable. We've been here many times! Sometimes with family, sometimes just the two of us, and once with our dog. We were always very reluctant to leave. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean, and the walk to the lake is wonderful after the delicious breakfast. An evening drink by the pool in the company of the founder, Rita, is delightful. This hotel is highly recommended if you want to spend a few days on the northern shore of Lake Garda. It's about a 20-minute walk to the lake, which has a small harbor, shops, restaurants, and swimming areas. It's a very nice, family-run hotel. The rooms are lovingly and modernly furnished. Everything is very clean. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is plentiful and offers something for every taste. Dinner isn't available at the hotel, but there are many restaurants within walking distance. Bicycles are available for rental. A charging station for electric cars is available.

Unfortunately, we can't understand the extremely positive reviews. We've already stayed at Lake Garda 10 times in different hotels and can therefore make a good comparison. It's not about stars, but about the price/performance ratio.
First, the positives:
the underground parking garage, the bike storage, and the friendliness of the staff.
The location is ideal for exploring.
Unfortunately, this doesn't outweigh the negative experience. The room we booked was called a deluxe double room – I wouldn't want to know what a standard room looks like. There are traces of rust on the air conditioning, and there's no real cooling. A screw in the shower drain is sticking out, posing an acute risk of injury. The shower head itself hangs on a broken bracket and wasn't repaired during our one-week stay.
The bathroom door is hanging and can only be closed with difficulty and a lot of noise. The bedside table drawer opens by itself because it's also hanging crookedly, and the coat hangers aren't worthy of the name. The breakfast is quite good, although the rolls are overcooked and very dry.
All of this might be acceptable, but the view is horrific.
You look out onto large silos and the grounds of a hardware store.
Who gives this facility top marks is a mystery to us. The room description says "view of a landmark" – does that mean the hardware store grounds or the silos?
I'd like to know in advance what I'm booking, so I can decide for or against it. But please, no sugarcoating.

A very nice hotel with very friendly owners. It's clean and there's a large underground parking garage. There's also a swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor terrace. There's a very nice and affordable restaurant within walking distance. In short, highly recommended. You can also take lovely bike rides to Arco and Dro along the Sarche River.

We arrived late in the evening, around 11:00 PM, already past check-in time, but the receptionist greeted us very kindly and helpfully, escorting us to our room.
I booked a superior love suite for my boyfriend's birthday, and we were truly impressed with the beauty of the room.

We stayed in the apartments for five days. The space is generally very limited. In the kitchen, there was a small table that was very small for four people. There was also a terrace outside with a mountain view and a small table, but it's January and we can't eat outside. As soon as you enter, there's a small hallway. Straight ahead is the bathroom, which is decorated in beautiful marble. To the left is the double bedroom with a wardrobe, a coat rack, and two bedside tables. To the right of the hallway is the kitchen, which is also where the sofa bed is located. When you open it, there's no room to turn because it's attached to the table. There are several things I'd recommend about the kitchen: the induction hob with only two burners for four people seems very small. There are pots and pans, but a frying pan would be useful. A potato peeler is essential, but I think it wasn't there. Also about the kitchen, I'd like to mention that the fridge kept dripping. I don't know if that's normal, and that they could provide garbage bags, which aren't expensive. Honestly, the service, even though it was an apartment and didn't require many amenities, was very poor. Upon arrival, there was a quick explanation of the room and that was it. A few more tips or a little more kindness would have been appreciated. I hope these tips can be useful in improving the property.

Besonders zu erwähnen ist die freundlichkeit der Familie, die das Hotel sehr liebevoll betreibt und natürlich auch dem sehr engagiertem und überaus reundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal im Haus!
Besondere Grüße an die "Oma" des Hauses! So eine süße nette Dame die uns auch mit Motorradkarten versorgt hat und immer Zeit für ein nettes Gespräch hatte und uns bei den Kissen und Nackenhörnchen am Abend vor der ABreise noch super beraten hatte. Muss man einfach mögen!
Das Primavera EcoHotel ist ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel in perfekter und ruhiger Lage am Rand von Riva wo man die Ruhe und die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die umliegenden Berge genießen kann.
Ebenso hat uns die Tiefgarage sehr gut gefallen, so konnten wir unsere Motorräder jeden Abend sicher unterbringen.

A very nice and pleasant facility, especially for families and cyclists. The Ecohotel has its own swimming pool, underground garage, bicycle storage, and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and vineyards. The garage also has a bicycle repair shop with a washing area for guests! For a small additional fee, the hotel also welcomes pets, so you can bring your dog along. The banks of Lake Garda are about a 25-minute walk away.

My partner, I and our little dog stayed in this hotel. We had a great time. The rooms were clean and had a nice balcony. Two swimming pools where we could relax. The breakfast was good and plentiful. To keep my story short, I just have to say that everything was perfect The hotel is wonderful, located i a less busy street. The car could be parked under the hotel and there were city-bikes available. Awesome! I had a nice room with a wonderful view over the pool and the mountains.

Simply fantastic!! We were on a round trip. The eco-hotel was at the end of the trip. Upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome, and everything we wanted to know was explained to us. The city map was ready, and everything was marked, for example, where to find good food or buy good wine/meat. The owner is over 80 years old, incredibly nice, and loves her job, as does the staff. We had an apartment with a kitchen, bedroom, and two balconies. It wasn't directly on the lake... thankfully. This meant we could enjoy the peace and quiet in the evenings. We'll be staying here on our next Lake Garda vacation. Thank you for your hospitality!

Eco hotel Primavera is a really nice hotel in Riva del Garda. Quiet location next to vineyards. Clean rooms with balcony. Nice swimming pool. Good breakfast. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. Our daughter has many food allergies. The hotel arranged suitable food for her for breakfast. We received advice about the lake boat and attractions, good restaurant tips and the staff always called restaurants in advance about our daughter's allergies. The hotel ordered a transfer for us from Bergamo airport to the hotel. We rented city bikes from the hotel. There were towels in the rooms as usual, even though Booking said there were none. Good value for money. Thank you all, we would be happy to come again

A lovely, family-run hotel that places great emphasis on sustainability.
Beautiful, spacious, and tastefully decorated rooms with eco-friendly air conditioning and a fantastic bathroom with toiletries made from their own natural products.
Superb breakfast – nothing is lacking – and this is in Italy! Good location with lovely restaurants nearby.

The hotel is ideal for anyone planning to go biking.
The location is a bit outside the center and therefore pleasantly quiet.
You can park your car in the underground garage, right next to the bike storage room (locked and under video surveillance).
Unfortunately, this space is a bit small and therefore quite crowded.
The rooms are simple with a small balcony.
The entire hotel and the grounds (garden with pool) are very clean and well-maintained.
If you're planning a morning tour, breakfast starting at 8:00 a.m. is unfortunately a bit late to avoid the heat.
The breakfast offerings are plentiful and fresh.
We would book the hotel again.

Quietly located hotel with a diverse clientele. Parking is available in front of the hotel and underground parking is available. Very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast is plentiful and caters to every taste. All rooms have balconies. It's a bit of a shame that I couldn't edit my reservation via Booking.com. It seemed impossible to clarify the matter with the staff.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been very satisfied with everything the hotel has to offer, from the location and cleanliness to the excellent breakfast, the courtesy of the staff, the underground car park and the lockable bike room. Furthermore, we would like to thank the hotel owners for their friendliness and helpfulness; they are always willing to listen and have a lot of knowledge about things to do in the area around Riva. We would like to thank you again for their friendly support. They helped us a lot with a major problem we encountered (mediating things over the phone and translating with the authorities), both from the grandmother of the house, who is always friendly and helpful, and from the son of the house, who also helped us a lot. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Honestly, it's hard for me to give a specific opinion. The owners are certainly very friendly and knowledgeable in the industry, the premises are impeccably clean, and the rooms are welcoming. The kitchen was closed due to the end of the season. They weren't entirely transparent about the prices, but, again, it was the end of the season for them too, even though we had clearly discussed it on the phone. I would definitely return and recommend it for everything it has to offer, but I advise those interested to clearly ask about the prices for rooms, breakfast, and pets, otherwise they might be disappointed.

We booked an apartment, which was very nice, clean, and complete with two balconies. The staff was friendly. The pool was lovely, not very large, but more than adequate for the number of guests. Excellent! The entire hotel is powered by solar panels, has home automation, and is completely eco-friendly (including toilet paper). Jokes aside, this is a modern hotel with multilingual, competent, and courteous staff. A generous breakfast is served, ranging from cappuccino and croissants to salami, eggs, cheese, fruit, and all kinds of beverages. The price is reasonable for the level of service offered. Rest and relaxation are guaranteed, as it's located on a side street 400 meters from the lakefront. A little far from the city center, but bicycles are also available for getting around. I definitely recommend it.

The hotel is in a quiet location, but with convenient bus connections directly to Riva and the beach!
The pool is beautiful, as is breakfast on the terrace.
The owner is very friendly and accommodating, and happy to share insider tips.
A few minor drawbacks, however:
Next to the hotel is a small factory, which isn't exactly quiet! However, this only operates for a few hours a day!
The balconies are sturdy but not usable; you feel like you're standing on a diving board!
